They wont deliver you water for weeks to months but will bill you as if they have. They also charge $40 deposit per bottle. Youre supposed tp get your money back when you return the bottles which I return our bottles, but then the branch manager refuses to credit us back for the returned bottles and/or will credit us for only one bottle when we've returned 3-4. If you have hundreds of dollars of extra money to just throw away each month, take the risk. If not, use another company

Our service with water. Com/Primo was good for the first few deliveries. Then they stopped showing up - yet would bill us as if they delivered. They also charge a $40 deposit per bottle that they are supposed to refund upon return of the bottles. We would return our bottles but then they wouldn't credit us or on some occasions, we would return 3 or 4 bottles but only give us credit for one thus racking up huge bills. I have tried dealing with them for months on this issue, have spent hours on the phone with customer service and each time they say a branch manager will call me back to resolve the issues yet he never does. Mountain valley water is wonderful but find another way to obtain it as water com/Primo is a scam. They are literally crooks in how they've handled our billing. On top of it all, more recently, I was charged an admin fee due to the fact that they had to speak to be about their fraudulent billing. Unethical company with incompetent and dishonest management.
Their management of our account and billing and lack of response from management is abhorrent. The BBB needs to handle this and if it continues, I may hire an attorney as what they're doing is fraud.
