I had a very positive experience with WatchMaxx. The watch I received for Christmas was simply too large for my wrist. I was able to exchange it with ease. They also held my new watch's shipping date until I arrived home from a vacation. Their customer service reps on the phone were always very responsive and efficient.
I bought few watches. It is ok if I did not return, but last purchase, the watch is bigger than advertise, not fit my wrist. So i decide to return. This company subtract the shipping fee (I understand), but this company also charge restocking fee. Which is not acceptable. I will not recommend anyone buy any watches from this company. Be careful. I wont buy any watches from this company ever again.
Tried to pay via Amazon. Tried 3 times and each time it just brought me back to the checkout page without any option to pay using my Amazon account. Was getting 5% off from my CC by purchasing through Amazon but was unable to transact that way.
On website promotion is flashing for Swarovski Pen. I applied the code but it says expired. That's so frustrating. I ordered for USD 1495.
Somehow, I only managed to order ONE of the two watches I intended to order. The one I ordered for myself was delivered. I only hope the other one (which I ordered on Nov. 30 as a gift for my father) comes in before Christmas. My fault, anyway.
Your "order status" function on the website is utterly useless. It only tells me when I placed my order and when I took delivery. I already know both of those things. What I want to know is if the order has been processed and when it is en route.
Quick and easy.
When I received the watch it was missing the pin that attached to the clasp. I had to go to a watch specialist to fix the issue. Because of the issue, the watch did not securely fit in the box so when it arrived it was on the side of the box. The band did not look new, it did look handled and that might have happened when it was being transported.
The packaging was also sloppy. I would recommend taking a look over when you purchase your watch, take photos of how it was received and the packaging. Do not remove anything otherwise you won't be able to make return.
My first time ordering from this website I paid for expedited shipping, but it was extremely delayed and I had to cancel the order since it was a gift. I ordered it with plenty of time.
The watch is great and was a great price, however, customer service at WatchMaxx was anything but great. There was a delay on my order and I never received updates, I would call in everyday and was promised updates and told to call back the following day, only to be told the same thing the next day and I was never given any updates.
I ordered an Omega leather strap.The strap arrived sooner than the estimated delivery date. Unfortunatelly, the strap ordered came with a small defect. Need to return so a one in perfect condition can be re send.
This took SOOO long to get into the cart. Seriously, it took about 5 minutes to do so and it couldn't have just been because of SSL because each time I made an update to the cart it took the same amount of time. Then when I used the alternative Amazon method, it took off my coupon code so I had to do the whole thing over again. I can't really complain though, it's a great deal so if you have to trudge through some of the retailers cost savings then so be it.
Awesome price terrible customer service. Took much longer than the estimated date for delivery and nobody answers emails. When you call they give you some run around answer.
The other store gave a $20 discount for orders over $250 for supplying my email address. Can you match that?
No Canadian provinces in State drop down menu. High shipping cost to Canada. No clear indication in Shipping FAQ if I can send to a PO box & which carrier chosen. Too small rebate sent if item left in cart.
Great selection and prices. Watch is very nice and exactly what I ordered, however even though it looks completely authentic it did not come with any of the paperwork other than the owners manual, no warranty card or COSC certificate. They said that they will send the COSC and I can purchase the warranty card for an additional $150. Because of this even if I do get the COSC certificate I still feel I need to send it in to Breitling to be absolutely sure and that's not going to be cheap. When spending this kind of money missing paperwork sends up a red flag. Also there are many other gray market sellers that will include the paperwork with the AD info blocked out so as to assure the customer of its authenticity.
I was told I would get a 10% discount off of this particular order and it was sent to my email I never received it I couldn't find it in my email or anywhere

Excellent except I always have issues with shipping since I live in an area with no USPS mail delivery so have to have itmes shipped to friends (UPS shipments go to the post office, which usually creates a mess.) Thanks for your good deals on watches.

I have had many challenges with the ordering process; however, WatchMaxx has always tried to accommodated the customer service to help resolve the issues.

The wrong time and date was set on this watch and it was very difficult to set. I was actually nervous that we would have to send the watch back. I want to ensure that the watch that I purchased was a new watch. Due to the way it was sent to me, I am worried that we were sent a used watch. We have been able to set the watch. It just reads like poor customer service for the watch to be sent to us with the incorrect settings.
Easy to use but when I ordered the watch they didn't say it was out of stock.
When I inquired about the shipping date I was told it was out of stock and had to wait an additional week.
Your website does not allow for Affirm to offer their services in the state I live. Tried multiple times. You should also have Synchrony
Hi, I have ordered several watches in the past, however this time I shipped it to Canada. The amount of the watch that was on the website was different from what I was charged on my card, with extra charges almost $70 more than the original price on the website in Canadian dollars. I am also very disappointed as it was a mother's day gift and the delivery said it was supposed to be delivered on the Friday before mother's day, even after confirming several times, and I even paid them the customs fee before they delivered the watch. After 3 days of waiting, the delivery came after mother's day had passed and again the delivery driver was asking me to pay the customs fee. And very sadly, I had requested to put a message saying Happy Mothers day, however there was no message and the watch was poorly packaged. It looked like it was opened by UPS delivery. I really hope that you guys will look into this. Thank you

I emailed twice to ask about shipping faster. No reply. I called- could not get ahold of anyone. Finally sent email to customer service. I was finally told no.
