I had a very positive experience with WatchMaxx. The watch I received for Christmas was simply too large for my wrist. I was able to exchange it with ease. They also held my new watch's shipping date until I arrived home from a vacation. Their customer service reps on the phone were always very responsive and efficient.

I bought few watches. It is ok if I did not return, but last purchase, the watch is bigger than advertise, not fit my wrist. So i decide to return. This company subtract the shipping fee (I understand), but this company also charge restocking fee. Which is not acceptable. I will not recommend anyone buy any watches from this company. Be careful. I wont buy any watches from this company ever again.

I bought few watches. It is ok if I did not return, but last purchase, the watch is bigger than advertise, not fit my wrist. So i decide to return. This company subtract the shipping fee (I understand), but this company also charge restocking fee. Which is not acceptable. I will not recommend anyone buy any watches from this company. Be careful. I wont buy any watches from this company ever again.

Every time I want to watch UFC PPV it doesn't work. Every & I mean every single time this POS
Freezes till the fights are over. It's a waste of my money cuz I still have to pay for the PPV. Not worth it. I think people writing good reviews are part of the company. This is all you get. POS

I received a Breitling watch that had scratches on it and was unable to exchange for a watch that is supposed to be in new condition they did not have available and I needed the watch as a gift so there was no time I was highly disappointed for there customer service support. Would not pause this site in the future, so unfortunate.

I made an offer online. I was contacted by Mark. He never gave an answer to my offer and never made a counter offer. Instead he offers a 100 "discount" for his overpriced watch. Don't waste your time like I did.

Due to "delays in our credit card processing for refunds" I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to receive a refund. WatchMaxx did not dispute the chargeback, but the process took weeks. Not a reputable company, BEWARE!

Heads up before ordering a watch from this company. Yes the prices are great but hope the watch you receive is working and not defective. I received a watch and the second hand was not working. I spoke to them twice as well as the manufacturer. It was determined the watch was not working properly so I sent it back. They received the watch back and are telling me the watch was working. Actually the person I spoke with last week told me the watch was already sent out to another customer but was working when they received it. The person today told me they currently have the watch in stock and it is working so I guess they need to get their stories straight. Bottom line is they charged me shipping and stocking fee for a watch that was sent not working to me. They took the time to size the watch band but did not check to see that the watch had the correct time? Sounds fishy to me. You can be the judge if you believe this is an ethical company.

Don't buy from this site. Let me explain. I bought two watches from them - no problem. Then I bought a new Panerai. As soon as I opened the box, I knew it was not a watch for me. I returned it and then got a message from a Cherry saying the bezel was scratched. I was shocked as I didn't even wear the watch. I wrote back and then got an email from cherry asking if I wanted to exchange the watch for something else. I wondered why that was even an option if they believed I had scratched the watch. They told me someone would call me. No one did. When I called, they said they have to return the watch. I will never buy from them again and I am warning you.

Had an issue with the delivery that caused a bit of a problem. The end result was that the item I had ordered will be sent back from ups without ever being in my possesion. Watchmaxx was incrediblly unconcerned about my viewpoint as the customer and took the stance of "we could care less about your business". So many businesses make you truly feel like they appreciate your business and are really concerned about your entire experience. Maybe Watchmaxx will consider a change to this position one day and value its customers or potential customers more.

Watchmaxx sent me the wrong watch. It was supposed to have a blue face like what it shows online but it came in black instead. When i complained They said i had to pay to send it back ( shipping & handling) with insurance and then want to charge a restocking fee 3% or apply it to another watch. How do i know this other watch would be the right one? What a scam.! I have complained to them on 3 separate emails. They don't even dress the issue. So i cancelled the order and sent them the watch. Don't buy form these people.

I was trying to decide on the purchase of a Bell and Ross BR05, I made a reasonable offer per their request ($200 less than asking sale price). I never received a reply. Next day the price went up approx. $400. Called CS, he actually found the email, said he'll get back to me... never did. I purchased the watch (different color dial) from a competitor website with awesome CS. I wouldn't recommend these guys. Probably would have paid original asking sale price if they would have replied with a denial.

I had a disheartening experience with WatchMaxx regarding the servicing of my Oris Propilot watch, bought a year ago. Despite their provided 2-year warranty, their services haven't met my expectations.

Initially, the watch was running abnormally fast and failed to maintain reserve power as specified by the manufacturer. After the first repair under warranty, these issues persisted. After another unsatisfactory repair attempt, which left the watch non-functional with visible damage and a missing screw, my confidence in their service took a serious hit.

Multiple communications and assurances from WatchMaxx failed to rectify the situation. After a prolonged waiting period, the watch came back with some external improvements but developed a new issue - a non-functional date setting. The key 10-day reserve feature, a major selling point, still isn't working as it should.

The watch has spent most of this year under repair rather than on my wrist, which is not a testament to professional service. This has significantly impacted my trust in WatchMaxx, as their service has been inadequate.

Repair Order #*******, for reference. I am hopeful that the Better Business Bureau can mediate in this matter towards a satisfactory resolution.

Tip for consumers:
They rarely reply to emails. Reaching customer service requires multiple emails that may go unanswered. When you decide to call they will always say that they were just getting ready to reply to the email that you sent last week. This is an issue being that the are an internet based company and long wait time for telephone service.

Sent a watch like it was a $5 toy. Still waiting for refund and also lost money on this terrible $1500 transaction.

Tip for consumers:
You pay for shipping and insurance back on a watch, plus minus initial shipping. Even if they poorly pack your watch. Communication has been awfull, still waiting on my refund.

Two months after placing my order, they cancelled it. When I called, they advised me there was a technical issue that caused the order cancellation. They refused to match the price of my initial cancelled order. They were very rude and disrespectful when I was discussing the inconvenient experience their technical issue caused. When things escalated with the person I was speaking with on the phone and I asked to speak with a manager, I learned that he is the owner of the company whose name is Eli Hoffman! Never buy expensive and luxurious products from such a kiosk!

I ordered a watch band for a 19mm Tag Heuer. Paid, and then they shipped flawlessly. IT arrived, and I said that the band was 20mm and had a different serial number on the clasp than then band that I ordered. They provided a RA number, and asked that I send them a photo.

I said I was willing to exchange for the correct band, or they could refund if they didn't have the band in the size I actually ordered. They just processed a refund and charged me for shipping and restocking fee. Poor practice given they sold me something I didn't order in the first place.

Ordered a 19mm watch band, they delivered the wrong band. Charged restocking and shipping fee upon return.

I had tried to get assist from this company for many times but no luck. They are always closed. I got this watch with damaged. The crown gets jammed when I tried to adjust time and won't go back into the original position. I wish there's someone to help me out so I could take care of this this issue.

This has to be the most unprofessional company ever. Anything you buy, they do not have because what they do I try to source it with your money. If you need to buy a gift, you are going to miss the date. After weeks of waiting, Steve "I am the boss here" cannot even explain their own internal process. Again, this company is not reputable or and they should not have your business.

I returned the watch. The watch I received was not what I ordered. It did not come latched together and was not on the pillow holder in the box but stuffed under it. I have ordered from you before and this is not the quality I was expecting. Very disappointing

They ship the item in a way that evantually you have to pay besides the duties and taxes also for the release process.
I paid for a full DTD shipment and found im charged by UPS for the release process + duties
I kept complaign to UPS and the reply was its caused by the way WATCHMAXX is shipping it
Last time i work with WATCHMAXX
Terrible customer service, terrible company
Beware - you'll be charged at your end for much more!

I recently purchased a watch from Watchmaxx. It was the worst experience I have ever had in online shopping.

The watch arrived with a very odd manufacturing defect, in that the hour hand only appeared on the hour marks at 30 minutes, instead of at 60 minutes. I immediately called, and the salesperson, who had no knowledge of the watch they sold me, told me to look on YouTube to see if I could figure out the problem. This problem was so obvious that it should have been detected prior to leaving the manufacturer, if not by the various retailers it went through before making it to me via Watchmaxx. So, the whole situation was questionable from the outset.

I had sought out help from another individual at Watchmaxx after not hearing back from the first person I spoke to and was disconnected twice. So, I had to resort to email, which is absurd for solving a problem on a large purchase. Ultimately, I had to explain the problem multiple times, through email, before anyone would send me a return label. They only communicate through email.

Once I sent the defective watch back, I told them just to send out a new watch. They refused, saying they had to receive the watch and investigate the problem before they could offer any "solutions."

After having to follow up with scores of more emails, I finally received a determination that they would give me a refund because they claimed they had no replacements in stock, even though they were still selling them on their website, at a price increase from that price which I paid. No wonder they didn't want to send me another one.

SO, I wasted over two weeks, wrote countless emails, did more to solve the problem than Watchmaxx did, and ended up with nothing more than a hassle, but no watch.

This company has zero customer service and is completely ill-equipped to handle any problem. This is not what anyone needs when buying a watch.

One can't help wonder if all the positive reviews are legit. I ordered a watch from Watch Maxx in early December. The ETA is between late-December and mid-January. The watch is in current production. Everything seemed good, and the site's order status showed confirmed and the payment charged. Apparently it isn't the case. In mid January, I received a notification that Watch Maxx couldn't fulfill the order. Any company that promised its customer and then fell down after over a month is a worthless merchant. What a total waste of time! It makes me wonder if all those positive reviews are legit, or if they merely a marketing scheme.

I really doubt the product I received is genuine. This is an Oris Aquis I purchased fromWatchmaxx, through eBay. I did not expect a reputable Swiss watch have a time lapse of about 30 seconds a day. I also did not expect the screws are easily loosening with minimal usage. It was less than 9 months that I bought my Oris that I have lost a main screw on the bracelet where it is attached to lug. I called Watchmaxx and received the type of answer I expected: "this particular issue is not under warranty" Don't get fooled by them.

I've purchased Breitling Avenger Hurricane for $4900. The watch was advertised as new and authentic. I came without manufacture warranty AND without authenticity card. I tried to register my new watch on Breitling with model number and serial number - got rejected with "we can not find this watch in our system"! How possibly it can be authentic than?!? So I fund a DEFECT in them right away - the chronograph was not working properly. I made a recording, showing the problem and provided it to the WatchMaxx. They accepted return and provided me with a return label. Based on the UPS tracking WatchMaxx received my return on May 06. Sing then I beaing calling EVERY DAY - requesting my money back. Every day I am receiving different excuses and as of today, May 19 I did not received the refund!
