The first watch I had ordered was marked as fraud when everything was in my name with correct information. Couple months later here I am trying again and now my watch has been returned to sender after waiting 2 weeks because they didn't put the correct address. Would never recommend to anyone.

I've bought several watches from watches.com. I recently purchased an expensive watch that had a final sale which I unfortunately missed. Because it was sent with no paperwork in the box I became suspicious. I asked to return it for a store credit toward 2 new watches I wanted to buy. I was rejected & told it was discontinued. But worse is the company "Sisu" was going out of business. So any future issues would be impossible to get repaired.
Really unhappy with watches.com. Don't plan to purchase with them again!

Final sale items are marked clearly on each product page. Unfortunately, your order was over four months old when the return request was made as well. Even if were were to accomodate a return or store credit, we cannot accept back something purchased so long ago. It's part of our quality control to ensure that used and worn watches are not returned or put back into stock.
