“Do not ever buy warranty for your laptops/desktops...”

Do not ever buy warranty for your laptops/desktops or any other item etc through warranty bazaar, they are a total fraud company. They are a subsidiary of aforeserve ltd which is authorized warranty provider of HP laptops. I had bought extended warranty from HP who in turn subscribed me to aforeserve. They troubled each time I raised an issue saying we can't provide onsite support but each time after reaching out to their managers provided me onsite support. The next year they passed on the warranty to their subsidiary warranty bazaar who charged me same amount as previous year i. E. Rs 5200 for one year warranty. After signing up they didn't even send me warranty certificate, HP doesn't have a record of this warranty that I have purchased, calls to their sales manager who had done big promises at the time of selling the warranty are picked up by some junior staff who say that Neeraj sir is in meeting. I have tried calling at different times and days but never have been able to speak to this Neeraj sir! I even wrote to the President and founder of the company Soumitra Gupta through linkedIn but he didn't care to respond back. If you call their customer service number and wait for 30-40 mins then also you don't get connected to any of their staff. Don't waste your money and time to buy warranty from these fraudsters.
