What they tell you you're getting from a support standpoint is absolutely not true. This is a ton of work and support is non-existent. There is no integration to any dropshippers and you're in constant spreadsheet manipulation/import hell. If i knew then what I know now, i would not have invested my life savings into this venture. Huge regrets, and they recur daily as i'm desperate for support and nobody cares or is responding to support emails. They sell websites. Websites that they don't support. I've been "in business" for 8 months and sold nothing - between the shape of the site and the crippling changes that are happening out of my control are zeroing out my pricing ($0 on pages and pages of items!) and zeroing out the Quantity (showing Out of Stock) - it's futile. I'm stuck and hope you think twice before you invest your life savings. PS don't bother requesting a Manager call (hence sadly that there's nothing left to do but to warn others).

I'M OLDER AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND I DON'T KNOW HOW ANY OF THEM SLEEP AT NIGHT! WISH I HAD JUST HUNG UP…I'M MAD AT MYSELF BUT WILL FIGHT THIS! GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND LOOK UP ALL THESE COMPANIES U END UP DEALING WITH…SOLSTICE MARKETING CONSULTANTS, E COMMERCE SOLUTIONS, DOBA AND WAR HEAD TRAINING. THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED! GO TO BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT!

Everything the people are saying on here is true. Do not waste your money, time, efforts, anything on Warhead. Everything they tell you is a LIE! I had the same experience every single one of these people had. Once you get started with the process it is not what you were initially told. The contract they go over with you, while you are signing up, is not the same thing you are being told. I paid for the highest package. A year and $20,000 later, I haven't made a penny and I'm in dept. They were supposed to have done all of the everything for me so that my website could be successful. All I was supposed to worry about was getting products and manage the website. Instead, I was dealing with building the website, doing tasks that I was initially told would do for me, appointments and more appointments on them telling me the next step of what I needed to do. When I inquired about what they told me they were supposed to be doing, they said they were supposed to be teaching me and that they would only do a portion, I had to do the rest. No one ever answers the phone everything is done through emails. The trainers don't teach you, they just tell you what to do with no explanation on why. They don't give you any information about any other department. It's a never-ending cycle of emails. To make a long story short and not say the same things everyone on here has already said this company is a nightmare DO NOT FALL FOR WARHEAD'S SALES PITCH, unless you have money to just throw away, you will end up in debt. If you have money to just give away, your better of giving it to charity or helping one of these people out. I really wish we could all get together and sue this company to get our money back and start a campaign or something to make others aware, so they don't end up like us.

As with everyone else's reviews this place is a joke. What got me was the fee's everyone was charged! My guess is they did the same as they did to me. Asked what card you would use, got your card # and then figured out how much available credit was left and then took $250 off that and said that's how much they charged to sucker you in. This is a company that is targeting retired people or close to it then taking advantage of them. The US Attorneys office should look into this. I know not a single person will get their money back but they could fine this place into bankruptcy and close them down. They are committing fraud by their practice just from the fee to do the website as they different for everyone based off their available credit card balance.
I had $10,000 available on my card my start up fee was $9750. Then I have monthly subscription fee's
Which I have stopped. I have a friend who builds websites and her fee is $2000 to $4000 depending on how much stuff is going to be in the website. And she had never heard of Warhead! She uses newer technology.
I am an idiot! Scammed by then! If I ever run into the people who scammed me I will be more than happy to go to jail over what I would do to them! Referring to a major $*******+ $#*! kicking!

To my dismay and shame, I fell for their hype an BS to the tune of over $20k - and a year later I have not had a single sale. This is just a huge scam. I was hoping to supplement my income and help my retirement, but now I am so into debt from these scammers that I may never retire. Yes, training every two weeks for 30 minutes, big deal. No help, a faulty set up, hours and hours needed to fix the website through the limited Warhead platform, one supplier who isn't using their format ever - just more work - and still - not one sale. What did I learn? Don't get scammed. Trust no one. Get out the moment they ask for the next 5 to 10 thousand dollars. Once you pay the first scam fee - you are in for a few thousand, a few weeks later you go in for thousands more. I was a sucker. Don't be sucker. This is a huge scam and should be illegal!

Firstly, I'm sorry to everyone that has gone through this. I have just concluded that I've been scammed after 7 months of going through warhead training with full intentions to make this work.

Warhead is a very outdated e commerce software, and the owners of the cooperation can't comprehend the fact that they are losing to Shopify, so they have turned to this method to get new merchants on their platform. The method includes luring people into the idea of e commerce, ask u how much u can afford to invest, and then taking all of it. Requiring you to purchase subscriptions to websites they most likely own as well.

All of the coaches are in different areas of the world, and you only talk to them for about a month so everything is disconnected…

The crazy part is that the entire cooperation makes so much money, that they can afford to hire multiple trainers to work and they have full intentions to help you understand the platform.

Just go to Shopify…. Save your time and money.

They suck you in with big promises and a lot of hype. Once they get you hooked they work you until they get you for thousands of dollars, tell you you're all set and have life time support and then they don't deliver, neither giving you a functioning web site nor the internet marketing that they promise. If your reading this, dump them like a bad habit before they break your bank.

I couldn't believe it when I saw on the Warhead website, that you can build an "easy" website for free!
As I stated in my last review of them, It's not easy building an e-commerce website through them even when over $20,000 was spent and my website still is not fixed.

I could feel the hard sell as too much, but I took a chance anyway hoping to create a genuine store. $12,000 later, I am told nothing promised is even remotely going to happen. Month 1 was supposed to bring in about 3K in sales, with each month increasing and PAGE 1 PLACEMENT ON GOOGLE. Six months later, I get no email or phone response from those that got the money, leaving the techs to "train" me with appointments too far apart to do much good. Rather than page 1, I have had zero visitors in 3 months. And the $15/month hosting hit my card for $49.99 the last two months. I don't think this can even be transferred to a different platform so I can try to do it myself. The credit card payments are breaking me! Hang up the second you hear they are marketing gurus. They are bottomfeeders preying on those most in need!

This company is wrapped up with Kreative. Makes it sound so lucrative and easy. It was neither. I am embarrassed to admit how much money I they got from me.

I signed up with Warhead.com just over a year ago with the promise of my new e-commerce website producing a supplemental income within 3 to 5 weeks of my 8500 dollar purchase.
I am into it for about ******* plus a monthly 49.99 hosting fee.
The hype sounded promising for a struggling artist to supplement my tattoo income. What I actually got was a non functional website that can't even be seen in the first 10 pages of a google search with endless amounts of work on my part and not really any effective help from the place that promised they would help me get through it all and then became relatively NON-Existent. Support takes minimum of 1 week and up to 30 days to get any help or changes made on your non-functional website.
These companies are a SCAM and you should run as fast as you can the other way! There are way better options for e-commerce websites thuan WARHEAD.COM.
