“3rd ORDER, JUST AS HAPPY AS THE FIRST 2!”

Melissa T.
5/3/22

This is my 3rd purchase from WCS, and I will definitely be a returning customer for all of my ribbon needs. First 2 orders were all single face 1.5" Satin Ribbon, ALL EXCELLENT QUALITY...this order 1.5" satin again, plus organza... All EXCELLENT QUALITY AND PRICING. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING. I can only conclude there are some serious scammers who can't pull it over on this business, to be giving less than a 4star review. I couldnt ask for better. A+ WCS, from me! So glad I know not to trust the over the top complaint reviews...no doubt fake from the competition. Thanks WCS...I appreciate being your customer. -MEMORIES IN THE MAKING/M TAYLOR

“Owner is awful”

Katie N.
11/24/20

I haven't even opened my products yet. I sent a simple email with a question about my order after not hearing any updates for a week, and the owner replied back incredibly defensively, and insulted me. When I sent a clarifying email, he doubled down on being abusive, instead of being decent. I was absolutely polite in my correspondence. I was treated like dirt. He claimed to have given the best customer service he can. Don't expect much.

Let me start out by stating, Warehouse Craft Supplies receives and fills over 2,000 orders a year and over 99.9% of the people that place orders with us are very happy customers.

I assume that Katie N. Is an alias for Alicia Greene. I checked our data base and one 1 name came back with the first name "Katie" and the last initial "N", however Alicia Greene has left several 1 Star reviews on different sites and it fits the time line and and the complaint is almost word for word the same the other. If Katie N. And Alicia Greene are not the same person they can leave a comment stating such.

Allicia Green was given excellent customer service by our company. The facts are as follows:

Allicia Greene placed her order - Mon, Nov 16 at 9:48 AM

Allicia Greene sent me an email on Fri, Nov 20 at 7:54 PM requesting an update.

Allicia Greene’s order shipped on Friday November 20th and she would have received automatic updates from our computer system as soon as the shipping label was made. Our system is set up to send the tracking number TWICE from TWO different sources so we can avoid problems like this. One system is Ship Station which manages our shipping and sends an email with tracking information when a shipping label is created and the second system is Open Cart which is the software that runs our e-commerce platform. When Open Cart is updated it automatically sends another email with tracking information. Allicia Green claims she did not receive the email, but the error is not in our system because we have had no other issues like this with other customers complaining that they have not receiving tracking information for their order. Further more I sent the tracking information to Allicia Greene a THIRD time by email on November 26, which was Thanksgiving Day.

In summary Allicia Green was given excellent customer service by our company. She placed an order during our peak season and her order was shipped out in a timely manner. Allicia Greene was sent updates by email regarding the status of her order, but claims she did not receive them due to NO fault of Warehouse Craft Supplies.

Allicia Greene has made TWO threats against me and my company, one of which was to do a chargeback, even though her order was delivered to her and she received excellent customer service from my company.

With your order you will receive a card, pushing you to "spread the word!" The "word" being a list of websites pushing hate driven conspiracy theories. Alex Jone's Infowars heads the list. Okay, here you go, Dan Hall. I'm spreading the word so everyone can see what sort of barking mad person they are considering buying from.

A jury just fined Alex Jones 50 million US dollars for his sadism towards the first of the grieving families of slaughtered kindergarten children at Sandy Hook, and for egging his fans like Dan Hall's into torturing them too.

In the event that you too are a sociopath. And okay with that, maybe this will bother you:

Dan Hall brags about how all American his company is. But he doesn't sell a single item that is made in America. It's all from China. How stupid does he think we are?

People who are so antisocial that they can't hold a job often start their own company. Here you see a textbook example.

My order came covered in glitter

Tip for consumers:
It depends on whether I can scrape off the glitter, which was nit shown nor mentioned in the website whether I can use these

They advertise low prices, delay the order, then charge a fortune for shipping. The owner is one of those maga extremist creeps that sends alt-right nazi propaganda with the order. Try calling to get an update on a late order for a truly horrific experience. Stay far far away from this psychotic loser!

Their shipments come with cards that advertise some truly disgusting websites, including one of the main sources of the Pizzagate conspiracy. Places that scream about all trans people being pedophiles. Places that hate immigrants. Places that claim Covid-19 is a hoax. Places that tell you vaccines cause autism.

There's plenty of places to order craft supplies that don't promote white supremacy, transphobia, and tin foil hattery. Please don't enable this unwell bigot. If you want to see how sick this man is, go look at some of his Facebook reviews, where he accuses anyone who disagrees with him of being a gay communist. He also really likes trying to divulge personal information about people he doesn't like - he attacked people for things that were in their profiles, and notice he gave everyone on this site a customer's private emails and email address after the customer posted a negative review. I also included a few comments from Facebook, so you can see who you're dealing with. All censoring of sensitive information was done by me. Do you really wanna deal with this man? Because I can tell you from experience, it's not fun.

Edit: There he is below, folks. See for yourself.

I want everyone that reads this review to know that I have never had a customer with the name of Max T. Further more all of the attachments are from dialogue that I have had with a man named Zac Herbison on Warehouse Craft Supplies’ Facebook Page. Any one can read the dialoge by going to the Warehouse Craft Supplies’ Facebook Page, see link below:

In addition I have never had a customer with the name of Zac Herbison. I respect Max T. ’s right to free speech, but Max T. Is not entitled to there own facts. Below I address each of Max T. ’s concerns.

Their shipments come with cards that advertise some truly disgusting websites, including one of the main sources of the Pizzagate conspiracy.

REPLY - Attached is a 2 Inch x 3.5 Inch business card that I put in with ALL orders. As you can see InfoWars.com is the disgusting website that Max T. Is referring to.

It is clear to me that you do not like people having different points of view. Your review proves that. InfoWars and Alex Jones does not push a political ideology. InfoWars is a news reporting organization like NPR, CNN or Fox News. Furthermore do you boycott companies that are paid to play CNN in there businesses?

Places that scream about all trans people being pedophiles. Places that hate immigrants. Places that claim Covid-19 is a hoax. Places that tell you vaccines cause autism.

REPLY - I invite everyone that reads this post to go to Infowars.com and decide for yourself.

InfoWars does not promote white supremacy, transphobia, and tin foil hattery. Making these accusations WITHOUT proof is a typical leftist talking point. I have watched Inforwars for years and have never witnessed Alex Jones promote white supremacy, transphobia, and tin foil hattery.

Furthermore you give a lot of power to one 3-1/2 x 2 Inch business card. Warehouse Craft Supplies is 100% American owned and operated and we proudly support organizations that support Americana ideals and values and I make no apologies for that.

As Joseph Goebbels said, who was Adolf Hitler's Propaganda Minister in Nazi Germany, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.". This customer is entitled to there own opinion, but not there own facts. If they were in fact customers and didn’t like the business card all they had to do was throw it away and get on with her life.

Below is a link to an article published in Business Insider, titled:
These 6 Corporations Control 90% Of The Media In America - https://www.businessinsider.com/these-6-corporations-control-90-of-the-media-in-america-2012-6
In addition have you ever noticed almost all of the news outlets have the same talking points, almost word for word. This is call operation Mockingbird, see definition below.

Operation Mockingbird is an alleged large-scale program of the United States Central Intelligence Agency that began in the early years of the Cold War and attempted to manipulate news media for propaganda purposes. It funded student and cultural organizations and magazines as front organizations.

With the consolidation of news media as described above and Facebook, Google and YouTube censoring individual Americans and InfoWars, it is now more important than ever before to support independent news media, like InfoWars.com, so we have as much information as possible when making decisions.

Here’s the bottom line. If you want to buy craft supplies from a patriotic American that has good prices and gives great service then I’m your company. If you hate American ideals and values then you probably won’t like my company and the values that we stand for.

I made a purchase, it didn't arrive when it was supposed to so I sent an email. The response was UPS messed it up here's the number. Not that short but, said to me, not my fault you deal with it. No sorry, no further information. A blow off. That's how it felt. When I responded upset, not understanding how UPS could screw it up when all the info came from them (my address was wrong) The response I then received was very rude and insulting. This Dan Hall is the owner so I guess that means he can be ignorant and rude with out a worry. There are only a few employees, now that I researched, and I think he really needs some lessons on what customer service is. Had he spent a few extra minutes on that first response, we are sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately now you need to be the one to call UPS to change the address since it is addressed to you. Etc. Etc. Etc. I wouldn't have felt blown off and wouldn't be writing this review.

Because I believe in transparency and accuracy I have listed all of the emails that Tracy and I sent one another regarding this matter.

Tracy,
You made no mention of needing the package no later that Friday September 1,2017 before your order was shipped. Furthermore we shipped the package exactly as you requested when you placed your order. If you needed your order no later than Friday Sept 1 it would have been prudent of you to pick a fasted delivery option. After I gave you excellent customer service on Saturday 2,2017 which was Labor Day weekend when we happened to be closed and you did not get the desired results you sent me a nasty email threatening to leave negative feed back because you did not receive the package when you wanted it.

Wow, there was no usual customer service in your other reply like, we are sorry for the inconvenience, it seems UPS has had a problem on their end, etc. Etc. And furthermore by being rude you made it worse. I even told u it was a Last minute thing. That is not close to proper service. I will now make it a point to especially use your name. I hope you own the company or u may loose your job. You are never rude to a customer!

I am not the UPS and I have no control over when they deliver a package. I can only tell you what they tell me. Furthermore I tried to help you on a holiday weekend when most companies are closed. If you want to be be angry at someone how about directing your anger at UPS or yourself for ordering so late.

Hi Tracy,
The UPS software changed the city on the label automatically. I just called UPS and tried to change the city and the Customer Service Rep was not able to change the city either. You can call UPS directly yourself, 1-800-PICK-UPS. You package should be delivered Tuesday.

Many Thanks,

Hello, so first I did not get my shipment yesterday when it was supposed to come? I also noticed on the ups site it has my address as being Waterville, Me not Benton Me as I put on my order? We share the same zipcode. I am very concerned now as to why it didn't arrive and now it won't b here in time for the wedding. This was a last minute, last few things we needed order!

I have purchased many times over the years from this company. One of the ways excellent customer service is shown by the company is shipping immediately after receiving the order. Standard UPS delivery uses an algorithm to adjust shipping destinations according to zip codes for fastest delivery. It appears that queentracey has more of an issue with the status of the name assigned to her zip code, which she blames for the delivery not being accomplished in a 2 day UPS time frame. A 3 day UPS time frame should have the product delivered tomorrow at her location. I fail to see the problem that this person has with the vendor or UPS, it seems more like she is trying to put her disappointment onto another person or company.

Tip for consumers:
I have had many repeat orders from this company. This is the first I have written a review. My tip for others is to buy from this knowledgeable and competent person and company.
