Constant receiving damaged products like smashed breads and snacks, broken eggs (a lot of broken eggs like 13 out of 60) Packages with holes in them, missing items that I was charged for...etc. Some delivery drivers are nice, but some are miserable and just should not be interacting with customers. If you are disabled like I am and this is your only option for groceries at reasonable prices, you're screwed like me. If you have any other option at all then avoid Walmart delivery.
I have been a Walmart Plus Member for over two years. It is convenient but fraught with so many problems, I doubt I will renew. First off, the app is severely limited. You cannot change delivery times after ordering. If you get a notice that an item is unavailable, it comes by email not text so you can't pick a substitute. The substitute they pick will be the biggest upsell they can add. The produce is a whole other issue and I don't even get any produce there because it's abysmal. When you call Customer service the answering bot makes you repeat 3,000 times why you called before transferring. But more infuriating than anything, groceries are delivered without any notice. No knock, no text. I got a RING but they can't even press that. I had Walmart Plus in another state and didn't have these problems, this may be location specific as they are using Uber. And a last minor point, I never could access Paramount so counting that as a Bennie is useless. Below RING shot of milk just sitting in 68 degrees, no bag even for 40 mins before I had to answer door for another reason.

Shipping is a myth and is usually just a delivery from another store in my area rather than an actual shipment.

Always love to buy pastries at Walmart Bakery. I'd say the cakes are really tasty. I'll definitely come here again.

We are discriminated against because anyone going into the stores can use coupons and get the discounts. If we order online, no coupons. Other stores and warehouses have them online, but NOT Walmart. I have been asking for the past 4-5 years, and all i get is "they are working on it but haven't gotten it up & running yet".

I was shopping there and ordered shipping. Everything arrived in a timely manner, though the packaging was damaged
Walmart is a quite good to shop online and quick delivery. But too expensive, I hope it can be a little cheap!

W+. Is really nice. You get 10¢ off a gallon of gas, paramount plus basic to stream, discounts and credits for certain purchases.If you go in stores you can use phone to scan your groceries as you go along. Walmart.com always makes.things right if there is ever an issue. They DONT take hours to get it resolved. You actually get items from Walmart.com with in 1-3 days. I will use Walmart instead of Amazon from now on.
Website can use some improvement! I don't like the way I sometimes get kicked off of it. I don't know why this happens? I find I can't always narrow down what I'm looking for. It takes me awhile to do a search and find what I want. I LOVE the way I can get my goods as cheap or even Cheaper then Amazon w/o paying for Amazon Prime! My goods get shipped out rather fast! ALLOT FASTER then my goods get shipped on Amazon and thus I try to go to you Before Amazon! Shipping prices are BETTER then even Amazon Prime!
Once a month we purchase a box of Walmart Great Value buttery popcorn (24 per box). This is the best popcorn ever except 4 bags out of the box do not pop properly, very disappointing.
Their platforms is user friendly easy transaction, their customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable for me
I have been shopping at Walmart for years. I love the store and the prices are good. I find that the store is always well stocked with what I need and when I need it. The workers are always friendly and you can find them to help you anytime you need it.
There products aren't as good as they use to be and they keep raising raising prices. Your not saving as much as you use to get.
I think they need to loose third party consumers. The worst is it's hard to get consumer to contact or respond to customers
I used to buy in Walmart many times and what I can say in general I like that you can find anything you need there, however if you going to buy some electronics, Walmart does not offer best prices for it.
Lost package didn't correct, did not have the proper forum for customer to file complaint,on the edge of frounglents acttivly.

Because of the errors in delivery practice, the customer needs to add a different shipment address such as po box ups for you to pick up later from UPS , and all ways sign instead of door drop offs just extra security measures ECT but I have not seen on the Walmart site about anything as of yet about who has the right to sign for packages this is one problem that added fauldgemt practice passes along to all except in this compounding problem that customer pays for regardless if they receive it.

Even though I've read so many bad reviews about them, I can say that I am pretty satisfied with their services so far. Not bad, so far...
I received my shipment in time and the package was safely delivered. I am so grateful to have chosen Walmart.
The heavens opened up the day I discovered shopping online at Walmart.com. I couldn't ask for better prices if I tried. I sign on and go straight to the CLEARANCE section. Yea ME!

If you see something you would like to purchase on CLEARANCE get it as soon as you can or someone else will.

Never really had any dealings with the staff but always found the store useful and able to provide everything I'm looking for at a good price.
Walmart and Ebay are my go to for ordering online.
I despise Amazon.

Thinking back pre-covid, I hardly shopped at walmart, and when I did, I was getting socks, grandkids toys and such.
Fast forward to full out 2 years in covid.
I am now purchasing just about everything thing here, more tha half of my groceries many bulky items, but as well as meat, can goods, bread.
I give credit where credit is due, this is a very well organized, greased organization period, hats off to Walmart, who would have thought!

Has better quality,than people think,and here is where you save and stay ahead of inflation.

Because it's easy and they provide free shipping on orders over $50, I visit their store. If you're looking for something specific, you should check their website frequently because they also give bargains every day!

I went osceola iowa walmart got alot stuff for small store no self check outs but that was great for me. Creston iowa store 30 minutes away is not as good as osceola. Great customer service in osceola
