Constant receiving damaged products like smashed breads and snacks, broken eggs (a lot of broken eggs like 13 out of 60) Packages with holes in them, missing items that I was charged for...etc. Some delivery drivers are nice, but some are miserable and just should not be interacting with customers. If you are disabled like I am and this is your only option for groceries at reasonable prices, you're screwed like me. If you have any other option at all then avoid Walmart delivery.

I have been a Walmart Plus Member for over two years. It is convenient but fraught with so many problems, I doubt I will renew. First off, the app is severely limited. You cannot change delivery times after ordering. If you get a notice that an item is unavailable, it comes by email not text so you can't pick a substitute. The substitute they pick will be the biggest upsell they can add. The produce is a whole other issue and I don't even get any produce there because it's abysmal. When you call Customer service the answering bot makes you repeat 3,000 times why you called before transferring. But more infuriating than anything, groceries are delivered without any notice. No knock, no text. I got a RING but they can't even press that. I had Walmart Plus in another state and didn't have these problems, this may be location specific as they are using Uber. And a last minor point, I never could access Paramount so counting that as a Bennie is useless. Below RING shot of milk just sitting in 68 degrees, no bag even for 40 mins before I had to answer door for another reason.

I often shop at Walmart because of their affordable prices and wide range of products. However, customer service could be better at some stores.

I kind of like Walmart prices, and they generally get your stuff to you quickly, but their packaging totally sucks. They love to use boxes that are several times too big for the items being shipped, and then they wont put enough protective stuffing in it to keep thing from bashing against each other. And never, ever order canned goods! All will be dented and bent, some may even be beat up badly enough to leak. But the real mess starts when they mix canned goods and soft-packaged items. That's a real party! Flour coats everything, rice is running every where, and the M&M's are broken open to make a kind of rice cookie. All you need is for the package to get rained on during shipping. And let's not get started on their choice of shipper at times! They can improve there, too. I'm about done with Walmart. Your complaints are heard, but ignored. Nothing changes.

Having to schedule a time to pick up your order is ridiculous. They give you a one hour time frame and usually most of the times needed are taken. I can't order something and have my significant other pick it up anymore. It is very frustrating so now we just go to Target.

The production information panel indicated the 2 set Onn walk-in-talkies would come with rechargeable batteries(3 AA NiMh) per unit.
IT LIED!
The 2 set were delivered with alkaline batteries(NOT RECHARGABLE).
I hope someone has not load the alkaline batteries in, and tried to recharge them!
DANGEROUS! CAN OVER HEAT AND CAUSE PROBLEMS!

My advice, Pay more for a set the cones with lithium-ion batteries already installed.

I do shop at Walmart to buy certain items, both store brand and national brand. While my local market is clean and efficient, the "super center" can be chaotic at times and is not clean enough to please me.
Employees can be helpful or they can completely ignore you. Good variety of canned goods, meat, produce, etc. Size of store is over whelming to this 81yo;.

Tip for consumers:
be prepared to walk long distances, long check-out lines as I have never seen all the check stands used despite long lines.

I always got the great value milk because it's cost efficient but lately it just doesn't taste right. This morning when I had a glass of milk it tasted kind of sweet. I have had milk that just didn't taste right or has a slight not normal smell. Anyone else have issues with great value milk?

Walmart! Its amazing not THE Best store in the world... but very conviniant and is probably one of the best outlet stores ive been to. Also great customer service!

Difficult to manage and navigate! And the prices for home delivery are not clear and U get charged a fee if U are ordering anything other then groceries

I ordered some furniture for studying, the total price including shipping was quite high but it wasn't a blocker for me. I wish the quality of my new table was better, wish it was more solid. After all, it seems the materials are not the cheapest, so i hope there will be no problems.

Your COVID-19 policy is putting people at risk. I parked in a handicap spot at the far right of your store because I wanted to pick up an item in that area, without walking through the store and passing other customers who might be infected. But I couldn't enter that door and one of your employees came toward me and said I had to go through the middle door. I told her I couldn't walk that far, but more important I wanted to minimize contact with other customers. She said that was the rule. So I left and made my purchase elsewhere. This is an honest and objective review.

Many times their website is not current. This is frustrating because when you go to the store based on what you see, the product is not in stock. Also their grocery pick up is a 3 at best. I have called several times to complain and asked for a mgr. To call back. Never received a callback.

Tip for consumers:
I think the company has made entirely too much money to be paying its employees so poorly and doing away with positions.

Thinking I could avoid the menace of shopping at Walmart, I began ordering online for home delivery only to find that my purchases were NOT delivered, and I was forced to spend hours trying to get a refund. Walmart's customer service, or what there is of customer service, is located in India and Pakistan. There's no way to win when you deal with Wal Mart. Well, maybe the formal complaints have worked as Wal Mart has stepped up to do a better job. I upgraded my review accordingly. Thank you Site Jabber for giving us this forum, and thank you Wal Mart for reading it.

Tip for consumers:
I don't know what the solution is at this point.

None arrived. All ended up in WalMart/Fedex Hell.

WALMART MASK COPS CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH

Since the death of the last of the Waltons, Wal Mart has been taken over and is run by China/CCP. There are less choices than ever and the prices are no longer even competitive. None of the employees have any fluency in English. The employees hate Americans, and are using the fake mask oppression to scream and yell at American customers, grabbing power in their commercial setting. Good bye, Wal Mart. I'd rather shop elsewhere. Wal Mart stinks to high heaven, and will use what power they have to bring in the Bolshevik Revolution to take what you own, kicking Americans to the streets, having already burned their homes with their Directed Energy Weapons. I waited 32 minutes to pay Wal Mart on my last visit two (2) days ago, they are just that inefficient and worthless.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you always have a cart and use it defensively to protect yourself.

Has anyone every felt that the oil change guys at Walmart Lawton OK Cache Highway store find something to vandalize and eventually breaks after an oil change? Is it more than a coincidence something goes wrong with my vehicle a week to a month out after a serviced oil change? And it's not the first time with my first vehicle.

Review for ‘AAA' of Washington

Usually ‘AAA' sends me a request (afterwards) to review their services. Apparently, that only applies IF everything goes "smoothly"; and, usually it does; but, not this time. So, I thought I would leave a review outside of ‘AAA' of Washington.

After requesting help with a dead truck battery, the representative took all the details, including instructions on how to find my hard-to-locate address. (A GPS will not get you here.). I also made sure to request that the driver BACK DOWN MY EASEMENT BECAUSE THERE IS NO TURN-AROUND.

She was thorough in taking all the details and repeating them back; THREE times.

I was given a window period of 45 minutes. A phone call (back) confirmed. I opened my gate a few feet and made sure the person had easy access to my truck. I then went back inside to wait.

Next thing I knew, - the window period had expired. I waited almost an hour before calling back and asking for a status update. I'm told that the driver came out and no one was available! She said he had knocked on the door. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE! My dog would have yapped his head off if he heard anyone nearby, let alone a knock on the door.

Okay, she dispatched for repeat service. When I went back out, there was a note tucked under my windshield. He left as quietly as he came. NO KNOCK ON THE DOOR. This time, I waited by the gate. Much to my chagrin, the driver is heading in - NOT BACKING DOWN the easement. When I asked why he didn't back down as instructed, he said he ‘DIDN'T GET THE MESSAGE'. Whether this is true, I don't know.

IF he didn't get the message, - WHY NOT? Is there a breakdown in communication between the request for help and driver / tech who responds? Why bother asking for instructions if they aren't passed to the driver?

Since he drove straight in, he now has to use my neighbor's driveway to turn around. NOT COOL!

Other than that, he got the battery started and helped hook up the battery tender as requested. Overall, after a testy start he was pleasant.

My message to ‘AAA', - never mess with little-old ladies who might choose to leave a review OUTSIDE of your company.

To get a refund for the order. At least I did get a refund, so that is saying something! I would suggest extra attention if you are ordering something that isn't directly from Walmart.

I found an "Ugly Christmas Shirt" on Walmart.com through some company called "JOYBUY". After purchase, I was assured it would be delivered by December 10th, as I wanted to wear it for a show on Christmas Eve. The date came and went, and was changed from the 10th, to the 13th, to the 17th to "Delayed". I reached out to the company with an automated response. It wasn't until I cancelled the order today on Christmas Eve that I got an email back asking why I was cancelling... um... wut? Walmart should not try to be Amazon and carry multiple vendors that will not ship on time and keep communications open. Warning... Make sure that whatever you order from Walmart is actually... WALMART. Epic fail from one of the biggest.

I've had multiple orders shipped where everything is packed into the same box, and I mean easily squishable pills in the same box as a lot of clear American sparkling waters that crushed the pill box. I've had chip bags in with prune juices and the bag arrived wide open (thankfully it didn't spill!). So i've learned to make separate orders for things that should not be in the same box! Their packaging is... less than ideal. And i've heard from others that have the same experience.
However I can say one time I got 5 less waters than I ordered and when I contacted them online it was quick and easy to get a refund.
The website seems to be confused. I'll filter by "ship" and when I go to order, some things can't be shipped and I gotta readjust my order, because stuff they claim can be shipped all of a sudden can't when you go to order it.
So, Walmart isn't the best but I don't think they are the worst either. I've experienced worse.

Products used:
I often buy Clear American Sparkling water. Also dulcolax, caffeine pills. Stuff like that.

I am frustrated by the number of items on this site that won't ship to PO Boxes. I also hate that the site won't just tell you an item isn't PO box eligible, it tells you "please try your order again" or "sorry, item is out of stock", both of which I've learned mean, at checkout, that the vendor won't ship to PO boxes. Just say it people!

Site is complicated and loops you around a lot. You should simply be able to click your store for your order instead of checking availability for each item. Some items say not available for pickup when they actually are if you go another route.

My review is going to focus on Walmart's returns lately. I don't like to do returns to retail stores at all but the other day I did a return to Walmart because well quite frankly I just didn't want what I bought. I had the receipts I had the item in perfect condition. When I went to the customer service I finish it up at the Walmart by my house, they told me I had to take it back to another store because they don't carry it at that store! This has got to be the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard! I was returning something that they would carry at any store as as generic as a regular box of Cheerios, I had to drive across town to return an item just because customer service statedthat one store didn't carry it. An item just because that one store didn't carry it. I think that customer service is just being lazy!
