I really don't like shopping in a store with filthy electric carts. The store needs to keep their inventory updated. This is especially true in the garden department though so many more areas at the Consumer Rivers store need attention with inventory. It's a great location with great workers the lack of inventory is disheartening.
Yea Walmart has good prices but its not worth it, target price matches. I ordered a doll online for pickup, 3 hours later it still was not ready. I went to the store and found the doll in toy isle myself and took it to the pick up area hoping that since i made their job easier they would just print my receipt. I was told i cant do that and i have to wait for them to text me its ready. Meanwhile im late for a kids party. They told me i could go ahead and buy it again, then come back to the store when they say its ready to pick up and then i could return one. Is this a joke? My sister Nausheen Khan is one of the Digital Operations Dispense Ecommerce Managers with Walmart. She has always tried to convenience me to try Walmart online grocery system for several benefits. I never believed her till a few weeks ago when I was not able to go for groceries due to some health issues. I decided to have someone (Walmart employee) pick and choose my grocery items at Walmart. It was a hard thing to do that someone who does not know you is going to shop for you by following your grocery list. Well, I was extremely pleased by the service and the quality of the goods which was provided at the Walmart store ******* Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX *******. The person who placed my groceries in the car was very nice and respectful. Few of my items were substitute but were high quality. Walmart has truly taken the shopping experience to the next level of standards. I purchased a juicer on Walmart.com. After using it once it was not what I expected. I started a return on Walmart.com. The instructions said to wrap up the package and take it to any Walmart store. I did so but when I got to the customer service desk after waiting in line for nearly a half hour, I was told I cannot return the item to Walmart since they sold it to me from a third-party. I question why I was instructed to take it to Walmart in the first place. Total waste of my time, very disappointed in Walmart customer service. I will purchase from Amazon.com from now on, returns are much easier.
The two companies are entirely separate from each other! I ordered on walmart.com, got a promo code for an issue on a previous order and the hassle we went through the first time. I go in to use the code and low and behold, the code DOES NOT work because it was for grocery pickup and not eligible for walmart.com or delivery.
A little explanation, this order is food for an addict who is on the verge of homelessness. So instead of money, I am sending them food and beverage.
Now, with walmart.com, they tell me to place the order and they will refund me $10 once I have an order number. I place the order, give them the order number, low and behold its a damn Walmart Grocery order now and walmart.com can't pull it up and they can't refund me $10. I went back and forth with Walmart.com and Walmart Grocery because the systems don't talk to each other. Get back to walmart grocery on the phone and BAM! They can cancel the order and replace the order with the promo code and the refund cancellation will take 3-5 days. I asked to speak with the manager cause I was done!
Manager gets on the phone and has the basic back and forth, but doesn't under the full extent of what I have gone through. I then explain it again and they completely understood why I'm upset. I will say, the manager did amazing in understanding my explanation and worked with me, but after 40 mins on the phone to try tor resolve and another promo code being sent to me along with refunding of the delivery fee, I STILL HAVE TO GIVE IT ONE STAR. NOT FOR THE REPRESENTATIVES, BUT FOR THE SENIOR LEADERS MAKING THE DECISIONS ON WHO THIS WHOLE PROCESS WORKS. I DON'T BLAME THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE THE DECISIONS!

I bought over 1000 dollars from Walmart.com first time buying from them so tried and paid for expedited packages. My delivery was changed without my notification and tracking info was off. I called called to no avail reps were rude and no help. They tell you any thing reps are not trained or able to tell truth. I never have gone through this as I buy on line Amazon, Home depot and others always and never this ever. Amazon always courteous delivery is there in 2-5 days packing good cheap and that is where I will shop and suggest everyone does. I ordered a Fisher Price Jeep from Walmart a couple of weeks back. I got an email that told me who would be shipping my package. After I read all the negative reviews about them, I was nervous. Thankfully my experience wasn't bad at all. Walmart sent my package shortly after receiving the email. My son is very happy with his new Jeep.
I sat in line at Walmart in hammonton Nj for 1/2 hour waiting for a manager there was a lady there with long long nails as I sat and my food spoiled she never came to help me I finally walked out and went across street to Shoprite and shopped better then Walmart people I called asked for her name said they can't give it home them I said manager Alan can I take to him she replied no we are here that's why he hired us so he don't have to be bothered what did I derserve to get this treatment! Ordered a wheelchair for a paraplegic friend in S. Carolina. 1st chair they couldn't find in stock. Ordered another chair (diffrent model#) again to be shipped to a HOME South Carolina. Today a walmart in TEXAS calls asking if Id like to come pick up my wheelchair! After calls to Bentonville headquarters lasting over 4 yes FOUR HOURS now all of a sudden theres a NEW tracking # being issued and the 3rd yes THIRD wheelchair is to be shipped out in the near future. But in the mean time they have caused unnecessary delays in my paraplegic friends wheelchair delivery greatly effecting their quality of life! What was their reply to all this? I got a tv that was purchased the Walmart.com, when I received it it was shattered and was no good! After 4 hours on the phone I finally got an English speaking person. I also finally got them to realize I need to send it back. We sent out tv back and we never got or replacement. We called today and they said it was shipped. They couldn't help with anything. We would have to contact the local police. Well the order was sent to the original address even though we made it clear we changed the address. So after another 2 hours on the phone today they told us that we were out of luck unless the police could figure something out!
No hassle returns & no charge to return. So easy to return. They e-mail a postage paid label that can be picked up by your mail man. Doesn't get any easier than that. Also great prices.and they carry just about anything you need.
