I usually face issues in buying footwear online because of my size. My size is quite small and i don't get very easily. Then I went through this website walk trendy which has huge varieties and amazing quality and fits perfect to me.

4 footwear in 999 lol fooling people they provide you but of super bad quality if you return they deduct portal fee n tax and you need to pay shipping charges for returning too here I am not done the amount they refund in a voucher so when you buy at once they bound you to purchase from their site only they don't refund in account. I recommend not to purchase poor quality. In picture products look super amazing but actually waste of money

I ordered 4 pair of shoes and paid full amount of it including the taxes and delivery charges as well. Today what i recieved is only 3 pair shoes which is of worst quality and when i tried to complain for my 4th pair, they said it has been damaged by us so we didnt deliver and now i have to bear the loss of it. This is a trap of getting 4 but once the receive the amount and you open the parcel, god knows what and how many you will get. They are complete fraud

Will never order again! Bad quality. The shoes tore right after wearing. Products received were in bad condition.

I made a purchase on 24th of Feb and received it the next day - unfortunately the size was too big so returned it on 26th Feb - today is 21st march there is no refund amount credited to my account. After following up for a month today they are telling me there is no order from your side. I am really surprised at your response. If you do not want me to return my money that is okay but if there is no such order why would I take the pain to write to you everyday and follow up for just rupees 244. From your end I received call twice regarding the order - and after I put the return request. Now you are saying there is no order really this is entirely not business etiquettes.

Reused or local products they send through courier. Highly dissatisfied with the products I received. Same products u can see for Rs. 100 in market. So ideally they cheating people by showing extremely nice products on the website.

It's been more than a month I havn't received my shoes also they are not refunding my amount. I suggest not to buy anything from walk trendy. As it ie one of the worst companies I have come across. They have a very $#*!ty coupon refund policy. The quality of their products are also very cheap. And the customer care is irresponsible. They are just cheating around. Stay alert.

Well I ordered not one but 8 pairs of shoes of which I rec'd 5. Along with that when I go to return option they keep mentioning wrong number or wrong I'd entered. Where as with the same details they had. Shown my order... also calling them multiple times the phone is never attended by ne one... gets disconnected on its own no reply of the email... I agree it's tempting to buy cheap shoes... but whats the point if u get some thing u don't like and can't return... it's a waste of your money... ne ways... so before you order think again...

They are making us a fool. Taking too long time to deliver the wrong product or to cancel your order without any prior update. Taking a big amount on the name of the delivery charge, no exchange & returned policy. Zero Start company.

Their service is very awful. I'm my first ordered was delivered incomplete and with wrong sizes when I contacted the team they asked me to ship back and they'll refund amount into store credit from which I can shop again I said okay and I shipped back after almost 2+ weeks after repeated calls they initiated partial amount saying they deduct amount for unit value providing some irrelevant explanation when I asked to refund the amount back they forced (requesting multiple times) me to post a review and then they will go ahead with the balance amount refund. I did as I was told and I placed a 2nd order from them with the amount the initiated and then these guys send me 2 out of 4 and collected extra amount from top of it. When I called them and complained them about the issue they told me they'll send a link to my email where I have to fill my bank details and I will be credited with the balance amount. It's been 1 month after this conversation. This guy Rushab from the customer service had totally disappeared when ever I contact customer service team they either say his busy or on day off or on an other call. When I try talking to a new agent even they promise to send me link and disappear the same way. This site is a loose of money and time. The products are not special either, they're a little better quality from those we find over street side stalls.
