I used this site alot, it help me quite a bit and the tutorials are easy to understand for a beginner

Answer: I am not so sure if this website is legit enough to pay for a "certification" but it is a neat place for beginners to go for computer languages 101. Personally, I would choose a community college to receive a certification.
