First registered for Vyking Ship a couple of years ago. The experience is without fault, straightforward shipping options (not to mention giving you multiple shipping from postal mail to express couriers), and the completion process is prompt.
Refused to allow me to add a US forwarding address (Becuase it was there competitors), When questioned on this it was met with a rude response stating 'If the other companies are perfect why are you using us'... I'm Closing account and using others who are a lot more helpful and NOT rude when asked a simple question. The fact is if I pay the shipping and fees and taxes I should be able to have my parcels forwarded to any address I require. Attempt to have your parcels sent to another forwarding company (so you can easily consolidate parcels) and you will be met with rude responses. They can hide behind there hidden T&C; s in any response here, however there is no excuse for rudeness. Used once and never again
Vykingship is by far the best Forwarder website for US shopping!
I tried 3 forwarders: Mymallbox, MyUS and Vykingship. Mymallbox was great at first but their service went downhill the past year so I changed to MyUS: exorbitant prices and they add extra fees everywhere for no reason.
My last try was Vykingship: the BEST forwarder I've ever tried! Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is absolutely great, best CS I have ever encountered! Plus, they have a live chat to help you at anytime. I chose the cheapest service « World tracked through Asendia ». It takes 15-20 days to France but I save a lot of money on shipping, duties and taxes! And the insurance is included in case my package is lost in transit. So far, Asendia never lost my packages, I cross fingers they will not in the future

Yes, the website design might seem outdated, but the outstanding customer service is worth it. I've been using Vykingship to get my stuff from the US since 2015 or earlier, and they have never disappointed.

The first time I truly experienced the customer service excellence was when I had few minutes call with Vykingship CS, they helped me with a complicated request that they don't have to do. The level of cooperation is phenomenal, I felt like I'm talking to my friend and I was so happy about it. However, it's too good to be true, isn't it? That's what I said; maybe the CS representative was professional and friendly, but it actually happened again with a different shipment few months later "yesterday" same level of support, professionalism, and empathy that 50 years old big companies can't beat.

Excellent service! Customer Service Rep made a custom solution to save me postage. He even went to my package to see what gains in size and weight could be had. Started by removing some cardboard but ultimately repackaged in plastic bag to reduce weight and shipping cost.
Vyking Ship is professional, efficient, and--most importantly--trustworthy. Website is easy to use. Prices are fair. Packaging is careful and competent. I live in Australia and had to use a shipping and warehousing service to take advantage of much cheaper inter-America shipping rates for small/media packages. I put together a large package of about 60 records and they were packaged together in an extremely sturdy format. It was 10 records together for each stack, bubble wrapped around 3 cardboard cutouts (1 in the middle). This was all surrounded by packing pellets. There were no issues with damage and the mostly free warehousing with photos is absolutely great.

After reading about the issues with so many other mail forwarding services, I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised by Vyking Ship. So far, I've had Vyking Ship process six parcels and never had a problem with them.
The customer service is top-notch and very responsive, and they work very quickly as well. I've also since tried using their consolidation services and the package arrived well-packed and intact, and the box was a very reasonable size. They also calculate the price for the consolidated package and offer several different options for delivery (I mostly use USPS and FedEx).
I would definitely recommend this company and will continue using their services.
