I placed my order when the Covid first hit in March and everyone was scrambling for exercise equipment in the USA! The shipping was delayed but all that was clearly spelled out on the website and the email confirmations I got. Equipment was received within some days after it shipped ( more delays due to Covid with fed ex). Once received everything was great. I have now almost completely equipped my home gym with Vulcan. Check their pre-order and In stock pages to save some time.
I ordered a bench from Vulcan in November 2021, originally expected to be delivered in January 2021. Received an email that delivery to Vulcan was delayed to 8 March 2021. I understand that delays happen, but I have not heard from them since the late January email that gave the March delivery date. I've tried calling and messaging multiple times with zero response. I admittedly can't comment on the quality of their products, but their customer service is horrible.
Ordered commercial DBs from them that do not fit on a standard commercial grade DB rack. They list specs on them in mm, so I was told I should have used Google to convert the measurements. Their solution was to sell me new rack. No Thanks, very poor business practice. Product should be clearly listed as not being able to fit your existing gym racks.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you read all the fine print and convert the metric measurements into inches. Don’t assume that the product is what would be considered standard in the gym industry.

Dumbbells
Bought a Vulcan 3.0 bushing bar and had problems from the beginning. Bar was chipped and stained and looked used.
Spin on bar has almost diminished entirely after only 3 months of light use.
Asked for repair, refund, and exchange and was denied all requests. Beware of the so called "lifetime warranty."
Stuck with defective bar and no recourse. Not satisfied with this company's equipment or service.
