Two sides to this transaction: Sales and delivery. Sales went well. My rep, Brandon, was extremely helpful, communicative and responsive. I wish I could have dealt with just him and this could have been a 5! And I got the car, a 2021 Volvo S60, at a great price which is practically the only thing that makes me not want to cancel the contract.
But, I got handed off to the DSA, the dreaded slacker…., I mean Dedicated Support Agent. I fired the first guy because he would not answer questions nor take my calls. I got assigned a Lead DSA, Ersula, who was marginally better on communication, but literally lied to me outright on the delivery details.
Vroom contracts out the delivery. They don't control it and are NOT in the planning of delivery at all. I got more text messages and emails from them (last mile hub, Montway scheduler and Balboa Shipping) than I did from anyone at Vroom. Details: I signed a contract and made a down payment on 7/28 and sent them my credit union draft which they cashed on 8/2. I was going on vacation on 8/14, so to have the 7 days of evaluation I needed the car by 8/7 which I told them about at the beginning on the deal. Well they don't move that fast on delivery (even though the car was in NY and I'm in MD!). They do move that fast on cashing the check though! So my first call from last mile delivery hub is they are ready to deliver on 8/12. Of course I refuse and tell them 8/26 upon my return from vacation and that I want it at noon since I had plans for the morning. DSA says sure thing, all set. But it wasn't. Second round of calls and confirmation from scheduling for delivery and I had to straighten Montway out and tell them noon. They said yes. Then Balboa trucking company calls and says 7 AM. I'm SMH wondering why I can't tell Vroom something and have that get all the way through the process. Lots of emails and calls later and it is basically one big bag of don't give a $#*! by everyone involved in their end. If you want the car, this is when I'm going to deliver it. If not, they'll call tomorrow and tell you when. No choice, no input, just suck it up buttercup. Vroom never disclosed any of this. There's no smooth hand off on delivery and the customer just gets dumped on. Lots of apologies, but zero flexibility on their end. So I'm waiting until 8/28.
Two things would have to change for me to consider buying this way again:
1. Check isn't cashed until my 7 day/250 mile guarantee is over and I'm unable to return the car. They have an authorization code, so my money was good. This shouldn't be a problem.
2. There is a pickup spot for me to go get the car at my convenience. I could have driven 4 hours to NY or an hour to Springfield, VA and easily gotten the car 3 weeks ago.
Else this is a one and done for me.
Happy deal shopping!
Vroom seems like a good company to buy a car from as they have competitive pricing with other dealers; they have a large inventory and can offer vehicles for a seemingly good rate. That's what drew me in to getting my Outback from them. I love the car, however it was sold to me with a tire that had significantly differently worn tread than the rest of the tires. On an AWD vehicle this is totally unacceptable and can literally ruin the vehicle if driven for too long that way. I had to spend over 900 dollars on getting the tires replaced (and one of them patched right when I got it since it was flat when I received the car). I got approval from them to go ahead and get the tires fixed after getting a quote because they promised to reimburse me. Then after the fact when I inquired about it, they said they'd only be willing to pay for the tire patchup and 150 on each of the new tires which came to a little over 600. I found it kind of silly that they wouldn't cover the whole cost since they claimed the cars they deliver are fully inspected and ready to go, but I was at least happy that they would at least agree to cover some of it. That was towards the end of January. I've since called about 5 times trying to see what's causing all the delays on my check because it still hasn't arrived. First they said it would be 5-7 days til I receive it in the mail. I called a couple weeks after that because life was busy and I realized I hadn't gotten reimbursed yet. They said that the issue would be escalated to another supervisor to get the check sent out as soon as possible. They told me the processing could take up to another 3 business days/there was no tracking number for the check/they had to send a request to a different department to get an update. I've called 2 more times since then after waiting the allotted periods of time to hear something along the same lines. I've been reading about the company and it sounds like they're destined for bankruptcy, so I'm just frustrated and worried that I'm not going to get the money back that I was promised. The entire experience has been infuriating and I seriously hope that no one puts themselves in the same boat as me. I've even tried calling the extension of the sales rep who sold me the car, Samer Chaer. It seems his extension no longer exists. I feel quite helpless in this whole situation.
I've tried leaving a review on their website but at least from the mobile version it doesn't seem that there is any way to do that. In addition to that, they only allow visitors to see the 2 star and up reviews. I think that's pretty shady as well. I wish I would've avoided vroom altogether when buying my car.
Avoid it altogether
Subaru Outback
There should be negative stars. This dealership doesn't deserve even one. What a horrific, aggravating, upsetting, experience buying a car from this dealership. The salesperson was great but after that the process was totally horrendous. They lost my paperwork, as well as didn't send me all the paperwork that required my original signature. They didn't bother to call me to tell me. I called them after a week had gone by to see where we were in the process, as all the paperwork was submitted, this is when I found out. I was told replacement paperwork would be Fed Exed that day, didn't receive it. I called everyday for 2 weeks & nobody could tell me what the hold up was, it was always another department. I left several VM, no return calls. I requested supervisors call me never a return call. There are too many people in too many departments involved with one car &, other than the salesman, all are ineffectivein the job. Iemailed multiple times never a response, including the company president. I had send proof of insurance on the new vehicle@ the beginning of the process. I get an email from my insurance Co stating that if the car wasn't registered w/in 30 days I would face state fines/penalties. I called Vroom spoke to someone supposedly in that specific department, he assured me the car would be delivered w/ temp tags & title. Today the car was delivered, WITHOUT either the temp tags & title. I called Vroom advising that i needed these documents immediately as the car will be towed for being parked in the street & not having plates. The person@ Vroom had the audacity to tell me it will take 24-48 hrs for them to be emailed to me & continued to say the same thing over & over when I asked why. Why would it take thus long to email the paperwork that They should already have, no answer. What am I supposed to do sit in my car until they are emailed& to explain to the cops that employees of Vroom are incompetent? They all have the same script " I'm sorry & I understand ". It made me want to scream. I heard this hundreds of times from absolutely every person I spoke to yet none of them could give a straight answer to any question. I am supposed to have 7 days or 250 miles if I want to return the car. I can't even drive the car because of their continued ineptitude. The only thing that went w/o a hitch them taking thousands of dollars from me. I think there should be an investigation into this company as the majority of experiences are negative.
Update at the bottom,
Dear Readers,
Words of advice if you are looking for a new vehicle, please don't make the same mistake I made. I always take the time to do my research before buying, unfortunately, I made a purchase based on an impulse of great price not looking out for the services, Vroom was the company I selected thinking that prior comments on it, well they were not going to happen to me. God, I was so wrong that I wish I could had gone with Carvana, I have friends that had purchased from them and had such wonderful experiences. Well enough of those great experiences let me tell you what happen to me, on February 2,2022, I started the process of buy the vehicle with Vroom, the salesperson I found was very pushy to get me to put the deposit down and he said he would handle everything, well that was the last time I spoke with him, I was not inform of any updates. In addition I was looking to sell my car(trade) but Vroom offer me more money so I did go thinking that would be a smooth transaction again as later because I waited I they change the price of the trade on me. 02-18-2022 they took all the information of my car and from that day it was sold to them so not until my new car arrived 02-18-22 everything was great, temp tag good until 04-16-22 (you will think that was going to be easy) well I got noticed from DMV on 04-02-22 that I was in violation as I had not insurance, that raised flags right away, so I try to contact Vroom you go nowhere as they don't have managers available to help when you try escalate your issues, after all my tries no one had a clue only said they send it to DMV. I send up their paperwork to DMV so I can get clear as on 04-04-22 they indicated to me that Vroom sold the car and failed to update or send the transfer documents to show now I was in possession of a new vehicle. For now 5-11-22 I still don't have my tags and every time I call Vroom know one has an answer as they used the worst company to transfer documents ATC ( Automotive Titling Company) they currently have so many bad reviews, go and google it you see. Still, if I call Vroom they don't know their script and respond "they do apologize" I not sure I feel that genuine anymore, more than 30 days with an expired tag on a car that I truly love makes me have a bad feeling of the experiences I had, Well I want to try to educate those future buyers not buy from Vroom and if you do "Good luck" maybe try at the end if you have no choice to ask that you managed your title. Please don't make the same mistake as I did next time I would buy from Carvana or a local dealer.
P. S
As of 05-20-22, we had escalated the issue, and still no response today they said that I have to wait 15 days counting from 04-04-22 that the document was send over to DMV, and nothing. Now a new cases number because is past the time allow, #******* as the rep said there is nothing he can do as it handles by another department that would call me. (Should I wait) I will keep posting until I received the tag needed. I only wish a Lawyer jumped in cases as on 2020 Carvana got sued the person got 6k and the lawyer maybe 10k but I would say due to the number of complaints it can be an opportunity for them to get the act together.
I received a truck that needed an entire paint job and had significant body work. I paid 10K too much for a truck that needs a complete paint job purchase for $24,000 should have been $14,000.
I have 3 Quotes from $9,500-$15,000 as this was at the height of COVID, and I was having severe issues getting into any body shop to get estimates; VROOM assured me not to worry and they would work with me. It took 2 & 1/2 months to get all the estimates. One body shop had it for two weeks and then took another two weeks to write it all up.
All the while, I was in weekly contact with VROOM and was reassured by them not to worry that they would fix the truck or take it back. Once I obtained all three, they then stonewalled me and said it was past the seven days and refused to take the truck back or pay me more than $2,500.00. That was two months ago; no check, no, anything, just a big FU. So if you like being stolen from and buying something not as represented, then, by all means, go ahead and purchase from them, rolling the dice as they will NOT stand behind anything they say or sell.
Cracked windshield, torn carpet, and paint destroyed from bird droppings stains and most importantly over buffing through the "burning the clear"
Come to find out that the Driver's side of the truck had been repainted, the entire truck, including the headlights, shot with clear. All three body shops told me the truck had been hit on the Driver's side and had the rear door replaced and the rear side window replaced as the door was painted a different color with. 690 thickness.
If I could give them a -100 I would If I were you reading this. They were made aware of this on day one; when Vroom delivered this truck to my girlfriend and just handed her the keys, I should have known there would be issues.
She called me, telling me I needed to look at this truck and the paint to come home now, I was floored they did not call me to meet them like they were supposed to and then released it to her and not me.
Vroom was sent 50+ high-resolution photos showing all the damage, none of which was shown online at all, and no mention of it.
I am not even going to get into all the issues with plates & registration, as it was a nightmare. I'm still dealing with this every time I call in. I have to retell the ENTIRE story, and repeatedly, VROOM needs to be looked into for fraudulent auto sales.
In 1,500 miles, I have had to have the entire heating/cooling system flushed, New Brakes Pad and rotors front and rear, a New gas cap, Ned serpentine belt, and a tensioner. Now the transmission has a delayed engagement into reverse.
I bought a car online the day after Christmas 2021. The red flags should have immediately went up when after putting a contract and getting financing for the car a Vroom representative contacted trying to find a car for me. Hey it could have been a mistake, people make them. The day finally came. I got an email saying my car will be delivered and someone would contact me 24 hours before. Awesome. That day came and went. No email or no phone call. So I called and was immediately apologized to. I was then told by the customer support representative they would refund me the 700 delivery fee for the error and the car hadn't even shipped yet to my local terminal. That refund was appreciated and calmed me down a little. Because mistakes happen. Except I never got the refund and when I asked about it was told that's not the policy the customer service person shouldn't have told me that. Oh, I didn't realize your customer service people would just lie to a customer to shut them up. Waiting again for the car and I get a phone call one day saying your car is being delivered today when can I come? I'm at work I was told someone would call me 24 hours before. Sorry but I have it now so I can either deliver it or you can call back and schedule another date when we are back in the area. NO NO NO let me do a few things and I'll leave work early. The car shows up and the delivery guy was nice enough and did a good job. The car was filthy but hey it just snowed and I get that. I take a look inside the car and oh dear lord it was filthy. Whatever I can clean a car it is what it is. This thing just made a trip across most of America so I get it. But wait there aren't any license plates. So I call vroom. Did you check the glove box or center console or above the visors? Oh I didn't think do that…. Yes I actually looked. Again a very apologetic customer support rep helped and sent me a copy of the license plate by email. Cool, thanks. It is now mid February and my tags are expiring. Vroom sends an email we need the following list to get you a set of temporary tags while we work on your permanent registration and tags. Ok, within the same day I send the package back off. My tags now expire and I can't drive the car. I call vroom again and another very apologetic customer service rep says they have everything they need it must have been overlooked we will get you tags within 72 hours. So I can't drive my car, it's annoying but things happen. The tags are finally emailed to me and things are good. I get notified the title and registration paperwork was sent off to the state and it may take 4 weeks. Ok not a problem, except my temporary tags are getting ready to expire again. Vroom emails me says they have what they need so look out for an email with the new temporary tag. April 1 comes and the tags are now dead so I call. What happened and guess……yes a very apologetic customer service rep says we have everything we need we will email you a new set of temporary tags in 24-72 hours. Hey this is getting a little ridiculous you told me 2 weeks ago you had everything You needed. Why the wait? Sorry but it will take us that time to get tags. Ok. Now it's April 6 and I still don't have tags so I call vroom again and you guessed it another very apologetic customer service rep says they have everything they need and will escalate my problem and I should have tags in 72 hours. Hold on! You said that on Friday and 2 weeks ago you emailed me saying you knew this was going to happen. What happened? I'm sorry that's all I know, you will beta tags in about 72 hours. So I can't drive my car now for more than a week. Again I'm paying for a car and paying insurance for a car I can't drive.
I will never use an online dealer again. Vroom has ruined it for all online dealers. They are quite possibly the worst company I have ever done business with. It's sad and honestly they care about 1 thing. Selling cars. Maybe I should have known it, maybe I'm naive for thinking an online company would want to take care of their customers, but man was I wrong.
It's a learning experience and I learned stick to the lesser evil and go to a dealer and deal with the snake you can see.
Vroom sucks and I hope this helps persuade you to never use them. Forget the convenience. Forget the ability to do everything in the safety of your house. You're going to have to deal with an In person car dealer but you will agree on the long run that 4 hours spent at a dealer will help you alleviate almost 5 months of headache.
Avoid vroom at all costs
Vehicle
Short: For those who do not like to read long detailed reviews, this is your sign to please STAY AWAY FROM VROOM. I beg everyone to stay away! It's not worth the hassle!
Long: For those who do like to read detailed reviews, here it is. My girlfriend and I decided to buy our first car together, we decide on a Honda Civic Type R. We loved the vehicle, the pictures only depicted 2 imperfections, so we thought we were in for an amazing vehicle. Right from the start everything started to go downhill, we put our deposit down to reserve the vehicle and after a week or so we didn't really hear back at all. I kept calling customer service and every time I would call, someone new would take on my case (as expect, since it's a big company). Because every time I would call someone new would get my case, things started to get really screwed up and I was simply calling for updates! I financed with them and got a pretty horrible rate, mind you that I have a great credit score (above 800). Once we got approved and moved on to the contract, there was an error and it took another week for that to get resolved pushing the delivery date further and further. They have this stupid policy as well that is the vehicle is not already under your insurance they will not ship the vehicle. After the contract was fixed and they asked me to add the vehicle into the insurance, then they started the delivery process. This is already 3 weeks down since the whole process begun. I had already a due date for my first payment and I had already started paying for the insurance but still didn't have a vehicle!
Next comes the delivery! After almost eating 5 weeks for the vehicle since the beginning of the process, I got a text message from the delivery driver stating that he was on the way and would only be able to deliver around 1:00 AM. Who delivers cars at 1:00 AM! I specifically mentioned that I wanted it delivered at my house and at a rightful time since I payed $699 for delivery. Anxious, I simply agreed. I wanted my car now and if picking it up at a parking lot at 1:00 AM was the only way, I had to go with it. Since the vehicle was delivered in pitch black, I just saw a beauty ready to come home. As soon as the sun came out the next morning I jumped out of bed to go inspect the vehicle and take a ride it. I started waking towards the vehicle and there was deep deep scratches on the hood, both windshield pillars, the mirrors were broken and plastic pieces were missing, there was huge scratches on the rear, and the carpet in the back seat was lifting up. Keep in mind that they only showed 2 imperfections in the pictures when I bought the vehicle! I quickly got on the phone and called their customer service just to get looped around a million times! They said they would take care of it and that I just had to send pictures. I took about a million pictures in every angle to show them the damages, they told me they would get back to me with 72 hours to fix the issue. Since I saw all those imperfections, I was very scared that the vehicle was going to be mechanically faulty so I took it to the Honda dealership to get it inspected, there went $140 down the drain. The Honda dealership did an amazing job on the inspection and the only issue with the vehicle was that the brake rotors were warped and the brake pads needed to be replaced. I then sent the estimate into vroom customer service email for it to be added into my file of vehicle imperfections and things that needed to get fixed. I called again that same day to make sure they had everything and again they sent me into a loop until someone confirmed and told me it would get resolved within 72 hours. Keep in mind that vroom only gives you 7 days to return the vehicle. After I waited the 72 hours with no reply; I truly started getting scared an anxious. I called vroom a million times with the lady four days that I had the vehicle to get an answer and estimate but no one would answer. At one point I was told that I was getting transferred to that department just to stay on hold for 3 hours, 3 hours! And then finding out they were closed all along. On the seventh day I got an email from vroom apologizing for me temporary tags being expired and they were never expired and that was never the damn issue! I was truly fed up at that point and started looking for a lawyer as a back up plan. Once I found a lawyer that was going to help me locally, I called vroom and threatened them that if they didn't get me an estimate within 30 min, I was going to return the vehicle and formally sue them. I got an estimate within minutes just to come find out that they were offering me $600 for their estimate repairs of $1,400. What the hell was I going to do with $600. The brake rotors and pads were a total of $700 alone and they to get the scratches fixed at a body shop was going to be over $2000. Their best offer was $600. I called them up right away and requested a return. I kept my lawyer in the loop the whole time and would document every single email and call with vroom. They ended up taking the vehicle and I was just tired of being scared and anxious every day for more than 6 weeks straight. I beg everyone to please stay away from them. Go to your local dealership and spend a day there rather than being in misery for more than 6 weeks. My credit has now gone down because of the hard inquiry and I don't even have a vehicle to show for it. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE.
Positive: there is no positives truthfully coming from my experience with vroom. There were some customer service agents that were truly amazing and helpful but that was like 2 out of the million I spoke with.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Vroom was by far the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. Believe all of the negative reviews you come across, because there is truth to them. When looking for a new car we decided to try Vroom out. The sales person we first spoke to gave us a reason of why they had all the bad reviews, always an explanation. We should have never moved forward after this, but we did. We filled out the pre-approval paperwork and I found the car I wanted. It was a 2017 Mercedes, with about 51K miles. I was trading in my existing car into this purchase, they offered me 9K. I would later find out by another dealership I could've gotten over 12K. It took them a week to finalize the initial contract, which is ridiculous in itself. There was always an excuse and apology from our sales rep of why it kept being delayed. After I finally received the "pre" contracts to DocuSign, they let me know they would be sending final DocuSign contracts and then mailing the paperwork that needed to be signed in person. I did receive the DocuSign contracts emailed to me, I was just waiting on the other papers to be overnighted to me. Of course, there was always a reason for the week delay of why they had not been sent yet. Once I received them, my address was completely wrong on ALL of the paperwork. It was an address that wasn't even in the state that I lived in. I contacted Vroom to let them know the error, and they had to "open a support case". Which always took 48-72 hours for them to even contact you. They give this time frame, but you never actually hear from anyone after. I always got everything in writing, because they will deny anything if you do not have proof. I would have to call every single day, multiple times a day to get anywhere. After a week, they finally mailed out a "new" set of documents that should have had the correct address. However, when I received these, they were the same. Nothing had changed and the address was still incorrect. So, I called again and had to do the same exact process as the first time. Open a case, call 2-3 times a day to get anywhere. They resent these documents not 3, but 4 times until the address got corrected. I was told multiple times that I could not just mark out this mistake and sign, they had to do it. The only reason they were correct the 4th time is because I sent an email threating to sue to any and all executive officers of the company in hopes I would get a result. I ended up calling and calling until someone finally made the correction with me on the phone, guiding their supervisor to make the actual corrections. As a customer you are not allowed to be transferred to any supervisors at any point. I had so many chances to walk away, and I didn't. I figured that if I had already been through this much, and taken this much time I should've been done with the hard part. I sent in the final documents, and now it was time to get my car delivered. As soon as Vroom marked I was trading in my car, a third party reached out immediately to come pick my car up. I had to explain that I would be without a car, since Vroom had not delivered mine yet. I had to tell them this for about 4 weeks. I had gotten a delivery date for my new car, but nothing else. Once the delivery date was approaching I told the third party who was supposed to come get my car they could. It was going to be a same day swap. So, the third party came and got my car. I still hadn't received my call from the delivery driver for my new one, so I called Vroom again. They let me know that there was a "glitch" in their system and my car actually wouldn't be there for another 5 days. I was running around calling Vroom and all the third parties involved to get everything straightened out. I had no car and no concrete information on when my new one would arrive. After another week, my new car finally arrived. My heart sank when I heard the delivery driver tell me "I just wanted to let you know that when we were loading your car, I heard a pop." I was grateful that this person told me, but was furious that Vroom still had this delivered knowing that the car was undriveable. The serpentine belt was completely snapped. I had to call a local mechanic and have it towed because it was undrivable. I was grateful that this happened within the return period. I was deciding between having it fixed and paid for by Vroom, or returning it. The shop ended up fixing this, and by this time I still did not have a car. After another week, the mechanic called me and let me know that after they fixed the belt and started the car, the engine started smoking badly. He said the head gasket was completely blown and the engine was bad. He said whoever sold you this car, knew it was undrivable. I had to go through the return process which of course was a run around game getting ahold of anyone to help, all with not having a car still. They tried to argue with me to tell me I couldn't just cancel out the contract. I HAD to find another car from Vroom to get out of the car I was returning. After hours of back and forth I had them submit the paperwork to get this returned and cancelled completely. I was never buying another thing from this company. I had a down payment that they owed me, they still hadn't paid off the car they came and picked up weeks ago, I had another open loan for a car that I couldn't drive and was returning. It was a mess. After calling 3-4 times a day I finally got refunded the money I was owed and was able to get them to internally cancel out the loan for the undrivable car after 3 and a 1/2 weeks. I had to call about 4 times and finally got someone to pay the mechanic shop, because they weren't going to. They finally paid off the loan for my traded in vehicle after 2 months (I still had to make my monthly car payments because they didn't do their job). The last and final thing I needed from them was my bill of sale for the car I traded into them. I opened around 7 different support cases trying to get this. All the reps kept sending me a purchase agreement for the car that was returned, not the bill of sale. I threatened to sue, and sent an email to the executives of the company and someone finally sent me what I was needing. This whole experience was horrible. I feel bad for the employees that work there because they typically get the upset customers when it isn't completely their fault. I think this company has horrible, poor communication and they do not have a good process for anything. Many of the support reps you call do not know what to do or say, hence the reason you have to call multiple times for the same problem. I should have seen the red flags and listened from the beginning, and that was my fault. No wonder Vroom's BBB accreditation was taken away. Stay far far away from this company.
WARNING! DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! I put down a $249 deposit to hold a car. They emailed me the contract for a car and it had my boyfriend's name on it. I called and it took approximately 2 weeks to get the issue corrected. After it was corrected and signed, I contacted my bank to complete a bill pay for the remainder of my down payment. While they were waiting for my down payment, I received an email stating that they needed proof of my payment by the end of the day, within 3 minutes, I sent a screenshot with proof of my payment to include a confirmation code. Within 1 minute I received an email stating they received my request and somebody would contact me (which never happened). The next day I received another email stating that they needed proof of my payment. Within 3 minutes I sent proof of my payment with the confirmation code for the second time. Approximately 37 minutes later, I received an email that they received my documents. The next day I received an email stating that they put my vehicle back on the market for sale. I also received an email stating that they were keeping my deposit. This is absolutely ridiculous! I waiting approximately 2 weeks for them to get my contract right and then they wouldn't wait for my down payment even though I provided proof 2 times that the payment was made! Every time I contacted Vroom they told me something different. I asked one customer service rep to speak to a manager, she gave me a direct number to the supervisor and it was a non-working number. I called again and the customer service rep told me they were going to transfer me to a supervisor. Another customer service rep answered and stated they were not a supervisor. I was told a supervisor would call me and I have yet to hear from one. Even though it was no fault of mine, they are keeping my deposit! I bent over backwards and did everything they asked and they sold my car from underneath me and still kept my deposit! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE!
