Vova is the number one online shopping website for me. It is very convenient to shop and I always get my order on time at my doorstep. I have ordered many times in vova and got a high quality products. Their customer service are also great in answering queries right away and they are very accommodating. The delivery is fast. So far, I have never encountered any issues with them and will definitely continue ordering.

Worst customer service experience ever. If I could rate a negative start I would to the highest power and multiply it again. I paid off my contract and they refused to cancel my service and was still taking money from my account and refused to give it back. The nasty attitude is from the management on down. I would NEVER recommend them. Not in this life nor the next.

I am never received my item. Now 1.5 months. Take my money. Keeping sending me rubbish massages. Now telling me to take screenshot of tracking page. This is not my job. Keeping play for time. Please don't be attracted by photo of items on website. This is how take your money, and you never see you money again. I feeling up complains form to trading standards. I hope so stoped trading this company on UK market.

Une entreprise nulle. J'ai joué à leurs jeu et j'ai mis beaucoup de temps pour parrainer des nouveaux utilisateurs mais ils n'ont pas voulu me virer mon gain. Pour me liquider ils ont dit que j'ai utiliser plusieurs cartes ou plusieurs compte et je vous assure que je l'ai pas fait. J'ai demandé qu'ils me donnent les preuves mais aucune réponse à ce jour.

When you see a website offering some products for a very low price you think "hey, something is wrong" and you might even doubt if it's legit. But believe me. It is!
When I first bought with them, I was insecure, but it's worth! When the product arrived (within the deadline, very important) I was amazed by its quality. Until this day I ask myself how can someone sell something so good so cheap.

There are scammers but if you are careful you can get great deals. Beware of false reviews, only buy products with more than 30 reviews. If a product has a starred review, don't buy unless it is because the product arrived broken. Don't buy perfumes because they can't copy the original and they will sell you scented water.

Vova is a joke all they sell are fake items with poor quality. Took money without permission don't refund after losing $1 gifts like stated.

Customer service are one big joke don't matter if you contact by Facebook or email directly the outcome is the same all I got was blanked with no reply and now they are saying I never used them and trying to get all my reviews removed but I have all proof

I have always had a very good experience shopping with Vova. Vova has excellent variety of products and brands. Unfortunately the Vova shopping app has changed recently and the app is no longer jam-packed with designer goods. I'm very saddened by this change as I have only been shopping with Vova now for a few months. I have never had any major problems with obtainingthe goods I orderedfrom Vova, even thoughthe shippingtimes were sometimes lengthy. I always used to recommend Vova to everyone I know, but now things have changed, not so much.
Hopefully Vova will come back better than ever before, I will wait for this.

I have been trying to get in touch and talk to some one about your blocking me from ordering. Why. Your block for no reason and want me to upload documents when the the up load is not working. What am supposed to do? I need to order my xmas gifts. Please unblocked me thanks...?

It was good at the beginning but now when more people are using it it got worse: i keep receiving stuff that i didnt order have photos of it vova says its nothing wrong with the item ( i had 3 situations like these already), when item does not arrive they reject refund query... very bad but good advise for u all people - pay via paypal and you can contact paypal to give you a refund when they see what sh*t they send they refund straight away

DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. More have had bad experiences than good including me. I ordered a pair of shoes sent me the wrong size and insist it's my fault. There's no customer service. Its a computer that sends out the same answers. Shows how much they value customers when they can't be bothered to personally reply. They even blocked bad reviews on other review sites that says it all. I repeat do not go near this site. Plenty of other good companies out there who will talk to yoy.

I was at first concerned at whether I would get a good responsive customer service if I wasn't happy with something I bought because it was the wrong product or size, but honestly vova customer care is so easy to work with and I was sceptical at first since I saw that the service was automated but to my surprise the communication was so much easier this way and I have shopped with vova so much now that I can't stop! I love all the products and I can get many things at cheap price compared to other shopping sites/apps and if I'm not happy with the fitting of something or the product I received looks nothing like what I saw in the images, I could simply ask vova customer service about this and they are happy to help. The shipping time however does take long but it's free shipping so I shouldn't be complaining. There are also many extra activities you can do in the app to get coupons or things at a better price, which I find keeps the online shopping experience exciting. I love vova and will definitely keep using the app.

I purchased this and it took over a month before I got it, and when it came the package was flimsy and when I open the container the product was leaking out because it was open or was used. Am afraid to even use it because I don't know if it was tampered with. Wouldn't purchased it again, more over they don't contact you or send you up dates via email or any other communication about your order. I have no confidence in this because of the poor handling of the shipping. It wasn't even in a box other than just the container it came in.

Forget your money when you place an order with this company. Zero customer support also, there is no one to complain too except for a robot who says there is no proof that your item is different from what you ordered. Who said it's different? I didn't receive it in the first place to know if it's different or the same!

Biggest spam ever. Sent me a piece of garlic instead of what I ordered, not to mention customer service is a joke. It's automated messages and they don't read anything as they reply the same things over and over again. Been arguing for nearly 3 weeks now! About outrageous things on my behalf and they're still sending me emails lying! This is the worst worst worst

I bought an item that was faulty and hence returned it for a refund, which I never received.

I can only say that it was THE WORST EVER Customer Service I have received and I'm feeling disgusted by Vova.

I will make sure everyone I know about the inconsiderate treatment I've received after the damage sustained of being left with no itrm and no money in the end. I will also write it on every single blog and shopping-related websites.

You've lost at least 20 customers for almost £30. I wonder if it's worth it.

Good luck getting a refund from your non existing packages.
If you do get anything can pretty much guarantee it either looks nothing like the picture, wrong size, or dangerous knock off. Seriously do not ever order the makeup.
The freebie games thing they have is a joke.
Is it legal to call a "game" chance if it's rigged? Getting 20 coin every single day isn't a free lucky spin. It's just a waste of time.

I ordered few items from VOVA in September 2021 but I didn't get yet after near about 6 months. I requested for refund but no response from them.

Good communication. Updated me of the process from start to finish. Fantastic customer service. Definitely recommend to my family and friends.
