First of all, the product is excellent - TABB skinny black strap, and Im sure it will last me a lifetime judging by the quality of the materials and stitching! However, when purchasing choice is an abundant commodity it is rare to find the company that sets itself apart by delivering outstanding customer service. I contacted the company (V&T) after the strap I wanted was no longer available through Reverb. The owner contacted by email, told me when the product would be back in stock and (icing on the cake), offered a discount. They then followed up with another message after the strap was mailed and have taken the time to engage a third party survey company to garner feedback. I am a customer for life and strongly endorse their company to all who are looking for a quality product, backed by quality service!
I have yet to receive my item and haven't heard back from the company despite reaching out to them about status of a very late order.
It took 9 days for my order to ship. 2-3 days is standard, but 9 days for one item to leave a store is just ridiculous.

HI Kristen, I am so sorry you felt it took so long to get you your order. We do usually ship in a few days- We apologize. It does take 7-10 days sometimes if we have to adjust or make something from scratch- as we are not a music store- we are a Brand & Manufacturer-and if you look at our terms, it does say that it takes 5-7 business days to ship some orders. WE are a small business not amazon and not Walmart- Sometimes you have to wait for something not mass produced., We should have explained to you in our thank you letter and we will change that today so everyone understands that some of our orders take time.
