Ordered kitchen aid mixer over a year ago. Never got it. Web sign disappeared a month after ordering it.

I also purchased a KitchenAid mixer from this website advertisement that I received on my Facebook page.
I understand the website is down and I have never received my mixer.
I see they are advertising on Facebook again utilizing a different name and website.
Since Facebook is promoting this ad on their site, and getting revenue from it I'm sure, don't they share some liability for promoting a fraudlent business?
Who do we contact at Facebook about this issue?

I ordered an kitchen appliance and my account was charged more than the price shown. Tried to contact via there "contact us" form and sent 2 emails but there is no response. No shipping information! Everytime I log in my account I can see an approved order and that's it. No phone no to call.No physical address. I think I wasted my money!

Just like the other people on here, I ordered a mixer for my wife 2 months ago. No response now the site is down! Stay away... I hope they catch these crooks!

You can no longer sign into you Vogobuys account. I have now been to my bank and alerted them but have noticed on face book they are being advertised again under a different company name. Please be aware.

I to purchased a kitchen aid, I sent so many emails asking when I can expect postage details and delivery, last week I got and answer to go into the website go to my orders and saw a note stating, due to huge sales it will take longer to get them posted, fair enough. This week no website hmmm we have been scammed

Ordered the kegerator in the begining of the summer of 18. Got on their site and asked how long it would be until it would be arriving. Was told that they were running a bit behind but would be here soon. It is now the end of October and the site is down and my monies are gone as well. WTH they are REALLY a bunch of scammers. I would not give them anything... Can anyone out there tell us what we can do to catch theses people?

I ordered kitchenaid stand mixers they took more from my account than they were supposed to. Had to file fraud with my bank. Unable to get resolution from the website. If you ordered from them cancel your card immediately!

Now kitchensin but the site is down. Ordered a blowdryer. Now cancelled my card! Took out more than they should have - don't do it!

I as well bought kitchen aide, nothing. Navy Federal Credit union has done no research and closed the dispute. Its been 6 weeks no response from vogo and website is not loading. Again going thru Navy Federal Credit union and dispute this with my CC, hopefully this time they do something and refund my money!

I ordered a Kitchen Aide stand mixer on July 18th. I sent them several emails and all sent back that account was full. I contacted my credit card carrier and they are doing an investigation into it.

Complete scam!' Don't send money. I Ordered kitchen aid and waited and waited and never got kitchen aid, just gave them money.

I ordered mixer and 7/17 and still have not received it. Web site not working any more, however they are advertising again on face book under new name of Kitchensin at https://www.kitchensin.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=9.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.
