I found a great deal on four tickets for an upcoming concert. I was wary of the additional fees as I couldn't see them until after entering payment info. However, I called customer service to ask about final price before committing and found customer service to be immensely helpful! I was immediately provided the final cost and then generously offered a promotional discount. I was sold! My tickets were delivered to my email within five minutes and are already in my TM account. Thank you!
12/23 Headed to a concert. Decided to purchase online. I googled it and vivid seats is what came up. The parking was $80. I made the purchase thinking this was how you had to pay. We get to parking garage. Parking was $40! I payed $80. My bad, I'll use the tickets I paid for. They would not accept vivid seats as payment. We had to pay again. Vivid seats will not give me a refund. Life is expensive enough, with out being cheated by this company.

I have been a VividSeats customer for many years and almost always turn to them to purchase tickets for my favorite events. Their customer services representative and especially "Sam" whom I interacted with most recently, always provide exceptional customer service. Their online system for purchasing tickets is efficient too. Also, I find that their tickets are always competitive and fair.

Joseph was a great representative. Despite my issues with the VividSeats mobile app and frustration that the company does not give phone reps ability to apply Rewards to compensate customers for mobile app technology issues, Joseph salvaged my experience by being really friendly, helpful, and patient in processing my orders. He also tried to help get me in touch with customer support after my orders were processed to see if they could address my mobile app issue (even though customer support did not get back to me).

I have never purchased tickets before from either VividSeats or this theater. So, I really wanted some advice.
When I asked Chris, the agent helping me, for advice on seating for a party including a 13 year old, he gave me a good rational for picking tickets in a specific area. So, I finished the transaction happy with my choice.

Due to high traffic, the website wasn't processing my order. I called and immediately dealt with a person rather than an obnoxious voicemail. Luke S. Was great! He was efficient and thorough, very pleased with my first experience on Vivid. I will definitely use them for future events. I was attempting to purchase tickets online to an upcoming MLB game, but had a few questions. I was lucky enough to get paired up with Dan, and he was exceptional! Very knowledgeable about Vivid's rules, and also well-spoken and informed of sports moments/history, as he was well aware of Larry Walker's time on both teams. Very happy I ended up calling in to ask questions, as all my questions were answered and I have a solid understanding of what to expect as the event nears! I tried to order concert tickets for my nephew online then I tried calling. I was able to order the tix but then it was cancelled for some unknown reason. I called again and after a 45 min wait, I finally got Jose who walked me through the whole process of accessing my tix and then transferring them to my nephew. If it wasnt for Jose, my nephew would have missed out on the concert. I live out of state otherwise I would have went directly to the venue to get the tixs!

The app said tickets were 90 each but when I select the quantity and go to checkout they jumped to 141 each. This happened every time I tried. So I called and the guy could see the 90 dollar listed price and helped me purchase the tickets through him so I got the listed price. He made it so easy and was very helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

After reading a lot of recent reviews through different sites, my hopes were not high for a satisfactory outcome for a refund.
I knew the Dodgers game would not be on so I emailed approx 2 weeks ago to try to start the refund process, as there is no way to travel out of Aus for the foreseeable future.
They responded back with a generic email.
Two weeks prior to the game I received the email 'refund or credit', and chose Refund straight away. Another day later, an email arrived asking if I still want a requested a refund, to which I sent an immediate response back. Next day a confirmation that the refund process had begun, but could take a while. Four days later (today), the refunded amount appeared.
Maybe I was lucky, but I did respond back virtually immediately, and in a courteous fashion. Good luck to you all.

The venue said total sold out except for some standing room only tickets, but Vividseats had two left down front. Great seats.
There was a glitch in the Vividseats website but I got hold of an agent named Chris who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He solved all the issues immediately and now my wife and I will be going to see Elton John in July in St. Louis! Thanks soooo much Chris!
