The site isn't the easiest to navigate and could use some work but it is actually better to call to place your order. Connor was a great customer service representative. Took care of multiple orders quickly and explained everything clearly.
Absolutely humbling young gentleman he answered my questions was not annoyed with me asking the many questions i had. I am very sure before i buy anything online. However, i received my tickets in a timely manner while still on the phone with Alex. He wanted to make sure i got the tickets. I printed them out with no concern.
Connor is great at customer service- the only reason why this is not a 5 star rating is because I want to know an exact time I will receive the tickets. Being that the concert is in NC and I live in CA- I would like to have them well in advance and he couldn't give me 100 guarantee that I will have them. When spending $2300 on tickets, I would like to know an exact date when I would receive them. Other than that, he answered all my questions, was patient and I would call him directly again to buy tickets. I realize this is not his fault, but I'm sure other people like me would like to know exactly when the tickets will arrive.

My boyfriend and I spent 350$ on Kings game tickets and never received the tickets in our email! When we requested a refund after missing the game, they refused! COMPLETE THEFT!

It was a fraud, VivisSeats are robbers, they charged me more the double amount of what I should pay. Instead of 500.00 they charged on my credit card for 1200. 00. They told me that tickets were 100.00. I called for the refund and they said that they recorded the conversation where I accepted to pay 1114. 70 for tickets that cost 103.00 each. How would I be accepting it? This is a scam, they are robbers? I am putting a demand against VivivdSeats! STAY AWAY OF THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE THE GRINCH, THEY WANT TO ROB MY CHRISTMAS EVENT!
