Absolutely humbling young gentleman he answered my questions was not annoyed with me asking the many questions i had. I am very sure before i buy anything online. However, i received my tickets in a timely manner while still on the phone with Alex. He wanted to make sure i got the tickets. I printed them out with no concern.
Connor is great at customer service- the only reason why this is not a 5 star rating is because I want to know an exact time I will receive the tickets. Being that the concert is in NC and I live in CA- I would like to have them well in advance and he couldn't give me 100 guarantee that I will have them. When spending $2300 on tickets, I would like to know an exact date when I would receive them. Other than that, he answered all my questions, was patient and I would call him directly again to buy tickets. I realize this is not his fault, but I'm sure other people like me would like to know exactly when the tickets will arrive.

It was a fraud, VivisSeats are robbers, they charged me more the double amount of what I should pay. Instead of 500.00 they charged on my credit card for 1200. 00. They told me that tickets were 100.00. I called for the refund and they said that they recorded the conversation where I accepted to pay 1114. 70 for tickets that cost 103.00 each. How would I be accepting it? This is a scam, they are robbers? I am putting a demand against VivivdSeats! STAY AWAY OF THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE THE GRINCH, THEY WANT TO ROB MY CHRISTMAS EVENT!
