Ordered and paid for tickets while driving and talking to the representative. Get home an d look and there are less priced seats in the SAME AREA! Called back to find out why and got the complete run around. I will NEVER use this company again.

Rick did a great job resolving a problem I was having getting a 10% discount, that had been offered via email, on Hamilton tickets. I was having issues on the internet so I decided to give the 800 number a try. My call was answered within a couple of minutes and the gentalman that answered was more then happy to help the event (Cardi B) was selling out very quick and he found me a seat in a good section. He even gave me his ext# just in case I had any problems and even for my future purchases. Which I will be using.

I was a first time user of vivid seats and was having a problem taking advantage of a promo code that had been mailed to me discounting the tickets I wanted to purchase via their website. I called Vivid Seats 800 number and spoke to their customer service rep Dexter who politely, patiently, and courteously took me through the purchase process on the phone allowing me to take advantage of the promo code. I received my tickets exactly as Dexter promised. I would absolutely use Vivid Seats again.

Matt was great in assisting as I purchased tickets to the Cubs v. Giants game on July 24th. I received my order summary immediately was informed that I should receive my tickets no later than June 10th. From reading the "bad reviews", I have used Vivid in the past and never had any issues receiving my tickets.
