Exorbitant Fees

I purchased six tickets to a show for 5-12 year olds (JoJo Siwa), order #*******. The tickets were $108 each. The company claims that an itemized bill was displayed before the purchase was final, but I saw no such bill. My card was charged $846, $200 more than I was expecting. I emailed the sales office and, to their credit, they replied promptly. They informed me that I had paid $24 in "delivery fees" (for downloaded tickets) and $174 (!) in "service fees"! I understand the company has to make money somehow and would have been happy to pay a reasonable fee. The fees and tickets are non-refundable, of course. If you are looking for resale tickets, look elsewhere (markstickets.com maybe?) This company exploits people looking for tickets to popular shows.

I purchased 3 tickets for $174 each, but was charged an extra $147 in fees. I tried to immediately dispute it and get a refund, but it was in tiny print. I don't need reader glasses, but I should've had some on for this purchase. BEWARE!

Extremely helpful!

Called customer support and they were extremely helpful in allowing my sister and I to purchase 2 tickets together, with separate credit cards. The site didn't allow it, but the customer service guy was so helpful and made it possible. It was complicated and took 43 minutes, but we ended up with great seats together for Elton John's last tour! It was worth it, and so glad he was so helpful and made it possible!

Bait & Switch Scam

Last night I purchased two tickets to see the 5th Dimension. "Please wait" came up in a red button. 30 minutes went by. 60 minutes. Finally I refreshed the page. Up came the ticket for an extra $103! I felt gypped but since my husband and I had already made arrangements for an 800mile RT to the concert I decided to buy the tickets anyway. Same thing happened and this time the price was even higher! Got "Please wait" again. Then this morning, an ad for the concert appeared in my Facebook feed. I clicked over and bought the tickets thinking this was a software a glitch they would remedy rather than a deliberate bait and switch scheme. I contacted customer service and they gave me bs excuses. No refund. I respectfully asked them to refund the difference between the 2 sets of tickets & they dismissed me.
Now I am seeing 1 star reviews on most review sites. I should have checked that out first. My mistake but I hope I can help others avoid the same.
