I attempted several times to try and purchase tickets online but I could not see the seating chart to pick my seats. I became very frustrated until I found your direct phone number and was fortunate to have Alexis answer my call. She was very customer focused and a tremendous help to me so I was able to purchase tickets for my wife's special birthday. Literally couldn't complete an online order cuz your website can only understand the apartment address on a certain line. Really dumb. Called my credit card who suggested writing it all on the same line. Your website had a stroke when I tried. Had to call my order in like from 1992. Julian G. At ext. 3290 empathized with my frustration and dealt with it. Got my order in and help me decompress from the water boarding experience that was your website. VividSeats more like VapidSeats

I got a 10% coupon for Red Sox tickets on an email from Vividseats and clicked through to order. For whatever reason, the discount wasn't showing up on the order online. I called Customer Service and in a matter of 10 or so minutes, Marcus Pailler completed the order for me, applied the 10% discount, and I received the email with a link to my tickets within 5 minutes of finishing the call. I wish the site could have worked the way it should, but I was happy to find that Marcus was there to make sure I could complete my purchase. Thanks!

I want to thank John Lapinski from Vivid Seats for helping me purchase my tickets at a good price and also guaranteeing me that I will have great seats for the show, he made sure that my party of five for the concert would seat with each other since it was a bit difficult since the concert is approaching, he also applied my 10 percent off discount. The app said tickets were 90 each but when I select the quantity and go to checkout they jumped to 141 each. This happened every time I tried. So I called and the guy could see the 90 dollar listed price and helped me purchase the tickets through him so I got the listed price. He made it so easy and was very helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
