Purchased concert tickets 3 months before the event. We caught COVID and we're unable to travel to the event. Found out from VividSeats that our e-tickets were restricted from being resold or even transferred. We can't even give them away. $400 down the drain and there was no disclaimer when we purchased them that we would not be able to resell the tickets. I wish I had 4 arms so I could give this company 4 thumbs down. I will never purchase from them again.

I purchased tickets to a concert & still hadn't received the tickets the day of. When I contacted customer service, they said they don't own the tickets & they're just the middleman. So they actually have no tickets and no control over sending the tickets. They rely solely on the seller. If the seller doesn't send the tickets, Vivid Seats keeps ur money & it's your tough luck. It's a good gig for them I guess but I would never risk buying from them again. I'm out $800 & now I have to fight to get it back.
