Ordered CCW wheels on October 29,2019 Numerous correspondence over next several months with same reply 8- 10 weeks. Contacted CCW directly, Vivid never ordered ordered them. Spoke to Adam to cancel order and obtain refund. Took several more calls to finally get a refund.
Order an exhaust from them and did not receive any updates after a week, so I went through the reviews here and started to worry if the shipping is going to take months (shipping to Australia). I sent them an email asking for tracking number and they replied within the same day and my exhaust came in the next 2 days.
Ordered Flowmaster exhaust system 2 weeks ago still haven't received my system calling doesn't get you anywhere they don't care about customer retention they are the worst vendor ever take your money and run
Luis provided exceptional sales support. He answered my questions on a Sunday evening. Ended up buying 6k worth of accessories from him because of his great customer service. I'll continue to do business in the future.

Ordered the floor mats for my Nissan 240SX. Shipment arrived on time, and i was amazed when saw the quality of the product, they're way better than OEM. Definitely will do business with them in the future.
I was initially impressed with this company. All sales reps seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. However, after selecting and purchasing some wheels their website said would fit my specific vehicle they refused to do anything to assist after learning they did not. The hub bore was smaller than what was needed and I couldn't use the wheels which I had just spent near $900 on. Their customer service department essentially said it was my problem and not their's. I've placed a dispute with my CC company and will never do business with them again. I'd recommend spending your money with other merchants who value your business and will help resolve issues such as this as opposed to blowing you off.
Ordered a park for my motorcycle and was told it would be shipped oct 28th and would have it before xmas then was still yet to receive any updates then after 2 weeks past and dozens of emails sent by me they finally responded saying we will send a tracking number on Dec 17th once again didn't hear anything so i kept emailing them after 1 month they got back to me saying a expected shipping date is march 1st then when trying to get my money back i cant hear back from them because of awful customer service, they just keep pushing shipping dates back will never be ordering from vivid again.
I ordered a set of tires that was currently on back order, I then talked to someone via email on getting another pair that was in stock. Everything went good, I was busy for a couple of days. Just to get back and have them cancel my order, I proceeded to order 3 different kind of tires and my order wasn't going through. So now, they won't reply to an email. It's okay, just thought I would explain my unpleasant experience with Vivid racing.
Vicid has the greatest line of communication skills and updates ever. They keep you posted on any changes to your order and step by step tracking. I love this company. They truly care about their customers.
Order a product from them. Said it was in stock which it was not. 2 weeks later never shipped. Tried to get a hold of someone by phone and email. Got put on hold and offered callback. They never called back. No one replied to my emails. Could not get in touch to cancel or inquire about status. Disputed my charge with the credit card company.
Also, be aware they use websites with names other than Vivid Racing, but when you place your order you then see they are the same company, same terrible customer service.
Do yourself a favor and do not order anything with this company. They charge your card immediately, have your money and never ship the product.
Anthony is my "Go-To-Guy" for parts. He listens and has great feedback. He's gone out of his way to help me locate hard-to-source parts, keeps me updated on timelines and always responds to my email inquiries. I've stopped shopping everywhere but Vivid because of his great service. I see several negative reviews, but they seem to stem from supply-chain issues, which are out of Vivid's control. Keep up the good work, guys!
Accidentally ordered wrong part and needed a quick cancellation. Customer service guy named Keaton saw to it by actually calling vendor to make sure they got word of my cancellation. He saw to it and lo and behold got my cancellation confirmation email 30 minutes later. Thank you for saving me the hassle of accepting part in mail and then having to return it!

Recently bought a car cover for the new Supra. Took too long to get shipped out and once received it didn't fit the car. I emailed them back expressing the problem, no reply back. Pity, had a big list of parts needed for the Supra, I know from where not to buy now.
Don't order from vivid racing. I ordered the wrong part canceled it within 24 hours. Never got the part and I was charged me $800. They will not refund me. Its in credit card dispute as of July to August 2023.
They made a mistake and inspite of every email saying they are 100% committed to customer satisfaction as well as their on hold recording saying the same. They totally left me hanging. They apologized for their mistake offered me a small discount for the missing part, which I found cheaper even with Thier discount on both eBay and Amazon. They really didn't seem to care and were cocky and arrogant in their replies.
I purchased a j-tube for a turbo i had previously purchased from them after several weeks to finally receive the item I realized they had charged my credit card twice for the item 9/20/2023 and 10/03/2023 for $159.00 both times.
I called ant talked to Brett and sent him copies of my credit card statement, I called him approximately called him 20 times over the 2 months each time saying he would take care of it and call me back not once did I receive a call from him.
On 12/15/2023 I was finally able to talk to a manager Kelly Herring which I also sent him the documents on 12/******* he emailed me that they only charged me once and there was nothing they could do.(even after seeing the proof that they charged me twice)
Purchased a $3500. 00 steering wheel and it never fit or worked correctly. Zero response from Vivid. I have sent them email after email and still no response. Never ever buy from this company. Their reviews say it all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On top of that they make promises that they never keep. I was told a replacement wheel was coming soon... that was months ago...
I was very satisfied with the quality of service i received from my sales person Luic. He was very polite and flexible.
The overall price is a bit pricey compared to other cars exhausts but hopefully it's worth every penny.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
