The worst! Chrome bumper rusting after 2 months on a garage kept pickup. Vivid expected us to remove the bumper, repackage, and ship back on our own dime. All the while the pickup is not usable. A replacement was months out. Was fed a bunch of B.S. By customer service! These people simply do not care and don't stand behind their products.

I was thoroughly disappointed in this attempted first purchase from Vivid Racing. They made me believe that they had a tire in a size that I had been unable to find elsewhere. After my order, they immediately charged my card, and then informed me the tire would not ship for another 6 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried to get their customer service to answer my question about why they had a tire no one else had. While their customer service was polite and always responded promptly to my emails, they never addressed my concern in multiple emails about the tire being discontinued. After 6 weeks, the tire didn't ship and I cancelled my order. For all I know, they just took my money to make interest and knew all along that they would never ship the tire, but trained their customer service reps to continuously dodge the issue. I assume that isn't true, but I'll still never use them again.

We responded to your claim, the refund was processed Feb 29th back to your paypal.
Do NOT order from them. They claim they shipped my item which should have been over 50 lbs. The shipment states package was only 7 lbs. and this was after we requested a refund then all the sudden we were supplied a tracking number weeks later. Never received package. Won't refund money. THIEVES!

It's been 7 months since I ordered an exhaust pipe.about 4 months ago I got the notification that it had been shipped. (I think it was out of stock) it said delivered. The picture that it was delivered to was not my home. I contacted vivid. It took 3 to 4 months to tell me the carrier denied it and said it had been delivered with a receipt. Ya I'm sure but not to my address. They did very little to help me get my product that I spent 400 dollars on, Do NOT order from vivid racing. Such a crap show.

Ordered a part Nov 2. Never received a confirmation. Fast forward to Dec 24, and received a confirmation. Two months later! I had ordered the part elsewhere in the interim. The part was delivered and I have attempted to return it. Multiple emails back and forth just to get an address and inquire how they want it shipped (UPS, etc.) and still have not received answers to these questions - it's like pulling teeth. Add to that a restocking fee. Crap business. Crap customer service.

I ordered 11/ 20/23 4 rims on deskription was shiping 7-10 days, got first email estimate shipping 12/16/23. After one month 12/20/23. I got second email estimate shipping 01/19/24.try to do a conversation about my order explaining my situation the guy lysen then put me on the hold and never came back. Do nut wayst time here just by from somebody else.

They already send me the same hood twice damage on delivery plus my car had been in the shop for about three months without a hood. Just to be honest I'm so not happy with the customer service also nothing gets done right when you call and you give them your order number. My ex-wife was helped by a staff member to select the rims for my daughters birthday. The rims were delivered to the wrong house, I am willing to say that is the only thing that is not their fault, but it was a sign of things to come. When we tried one of the rims, it was the wrong size. Starting the process to return the rims was a headache, but after a few weeks, I was able to send them back, at my own expense. With the discount to have the tires mailed to me, it was $100.00. Without the discount it cost me $400.00 to send them back. They were sent back 01/12/2024 and they confirmed they got them. 3 of the rims were never taken out of the box and I still haven't received a refund. If I get a refund, I am out $500.00, no rims and my daughter doesn't get her birthday present. I will never use Vivid racing again.

I stumbled upon Vivid's ad for what appeared to be a Snow performance Stage 3 water/methanol injection kit at a huge discount. It is however NOT for the complete kit but for the 'controller only! In their listing there is only 1 place that says controller and that's at the top of the page. If you look at the picture, it shows a whole stage 3 kit, not just what is being sold which is the controller. If you read the description it has details abouy Snow performance Stage 1,2 and 3 kits. Nowhere does it describe the controller or how it works etc.
I tried cancelling the order but nobody was able to do that. So I was charged for the unit and shipping. Being in Canada I was hit with $62 Cdn for duty and now in order to return it I have to pay to ship it back.
All the while Vivid racing has maintained this is my error and they don't pay for others mistakes!
I even asked if their sales team could contact me and give me a quote on an actual 'kit", which is what i really need! Never happened.

They list items for sale, you order it and pay extra for rapid shipping... they immediately withdraw money out of your account. Then, when the day its suppose to arrive based on 2 day shipping comes and still no item, you have to call them 4 times in order for them to inform you that that item isn't available, and they have no idea when it will be...further more, they then take 7 days to return your $300+ that took them 7 sec to takenoyt of your account.
None of which are qualities of a reputable company, especially a web based company...

Hello, we apologize for this inconvenience, as for the refunds, this can take approx. 7 business days depending on the bank once an order is cancelled.
They advertise products as available, but come to find out, NONE of them are available for over 90 days. Then, they charge a restocking fee for utens that THEY NEVER HAD IN THE FIRST PLACE. Worst experience ever in online buying. Avoid at ALL COSTS
Ordered a grill guard on 9/29/2020. Shipment delayed several times, so I tried to cancel the order. That's where the fun began. No one ever answers the phone, and received several responses to my plea to cancel that indicated no one knows what he or she is talking about. Finally, in November, had to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge.
They charged my card for a product they didn't have then tell me they can't refund to card I need to take store credit or set up pay pal account just for them

Do not spend your hard earned money with this company. I called to order Sparco seats and asked what I needed to install them if I wanted a slider. The salesman suggested everything I needed. Unfortunately, everything he recommended was what was best for Vivid, not me, the customer. The Recaro slider he sold me did not work for sparco seats and was 40.00 more expensive per side than the sparco slider. The salesman admitted the mistake on the slider alone but I don't trust anything he sold me except the seats. As it turns out, they aren't a sparco retailer so they obviously tried to unload the products they normally sell, even though they don't work. The entire process has been an absolute nightmare. I have spent hours and hour on the phone. No one ever calls back. It's been almost two months since I placed the order and I still don't have my seats installed. I've asked to speak to the owner and was told they don't have phones and don't talk to customers. All I get is sarcastic young people with absolutely no customer service skills. I even wrote to the email "boss" and got no response so don't waste your time. I can see why they have such a low rating. All you have to do is read their reviews on this site and others like it. You'll see a common theme with their customer service, especially once they have your money.

I never got a confirmation email from the company. When the part arrived I was missing several bolts.
The experience had no complaints with great service.
I called and spoke with Austin about my quote and asked for a shipping date! I was told my order would ship out on Friday 12/22/23! I called back on 12/22 to make sure order would ship. Austin said he checked and it was definitely scheduled to ship 12/22! On 12/26 I still had no tracking number and was told by Austin, he was unaware that manufacturer was closed on 12/22 and therefore would ship out on 12/26 instead! Even though he said he checked with manufacturer on 12/22 and was told they would ship that day, now tells me they were closed the day he checked with them! I cancelled order as I do not like to deal with dishonest individuals! This may or may not be on the company.

Hello, we apologize for the delays, after looking into this, the wheels have to be custom drilled and made before shipping out. Some items (including custom wheels) will have build times.
I bought a lift kit online, didn't fit. Called vivid racing, no answer left message, said they would call back with in an hour. Didnt happen. Email them day later got email back wanting picture, so I sent them. Another day got an email send it back, but no RMA number, which they said I had to have or they wouldn't accept it back. Will not shop here again.
I cancelled an order hours after it was placed - called and filled out a cancel notice -- they confirmed receipt 0- then I get a notice that my cancellation was reversed - they said it was too late and had been shipped -- LIARS! Two days after that I received a shipping notice way after the fact - such bull**** - It wasn't even shipped by them - it was drop shipped by Holley - these people suck -- it's been over a month and still no refund -- BEWARE! I order over $350,000.00 worth of parts for my restoration shop every year -- this iOS my first and last transaction with them
