I ordered a Cashmere coat and paid extra for express shipping. Turns out they ran out of material cauae of high demand so. They waited for new material. Anytime u try contacting support they don't even answer is questions just defend themselves with sorry ur order is ready soon. When I received a shipping number I out it in the China mail link to track package and show s a graphic tee instead of a cashmere coat... i still haven't received my item and it's been 3 weeks. I will submit another review once I get my package. It better be cashmere and a coat that's wearable... but take it from me. Only order fro. Sites that are in your own country. This site is crap crap crap. Terrible service and they need to learn proper English!

I ordered 2 pairs of pants, one pair of jeans arrived without button holes, and no laces, the other was suppose to be 2XL, instead I received a small with a broken zipper. I fought with them for a refund, but these people are scammers and GREEDHEADS, they only offered 60%. They refused to pay for return shipping from America to China, so in order for me to be fully refunded, they expected me to pay for shipping to return defective and damaged clothing. I complained to PayPal, and my credit card company, PayPal gave me something towards shipping costs, but not enough, it's ridiculously expensive to ship anything to China from the the USA. These people are the most unethical business people on the planet! They couldn't care less about what they stick in a package on a slow boat from China to the USA, then they dig their heels in after seeing photos of the substandard defective and damaged merchandise they churned out. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON VIVIBEAUTYMALL! Especially if you live in the United States. BEWARE and a WARNING to all AMERICANS!
