I ORDERED A PRODUCT FROM VITAMINRITE BECAUSE I COULDN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE ELSE. I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND WAITED. AFTER 1 WEEK I RECIEVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT THE PRODUCT WAS ON "BACK ORDER" AND MY ORDERED WAS CANCELLED AND PAYMENT WOULD BE REFUNDED. I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING 6 WEEKS FOR MY REFUND. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, PHONE CALLS OR FAXES. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR ANYONE ELSE WHO CAN DO IT. THANK YOU, LINDA IN SAGINAW

I was having a hard time finding XYMOGEN online anywhere and I finally found vitaminrite.com – They took my $ for the products. 2 weeks later, when I emailed them to find out where my products were, they told me they didn't have them in stock! Finally after 3 weeks I was refunded. It's a scam!
