I've been ordering products from VistaPrint for a long time. Whenever I contact them via online chat or phone, they always provide me with support as quickly as possible. Today, there was a mistake in the order I placed, and through online chat, this lovely lady Cynthia quickly provided a solution and assisted me superbly. I'm very grateful to her and wish her success in her professional life.

Very poor quality. They will not make their product right. They will blame you for not sending a high quality logo. They will send you some terrible quality printed merchandise and refuse to make it right, you're stuck with what they send you…. Lesson learned here.

I ordered what I thought was buy one get two free offer to try their calendars. Not only did they claim I didn't submit my order correctly to receive this offer but it went back & forth & I still got no satisfaction. With that said, onto quality. Very poor. Snapfish uses a sturdier paper & their resolution of prints are far superior over VistaPrint. Just overall hideous looking. Soooo happy I tried "one" before I did my usual large order for my customers. VistaPrint is good for business cards and that's about it.

The website will take you FOREVER to upload anything. It literally never works and has ruined our production time as a company because of their new "upgraded" website that incorporates more javascript. The whole thing is a piece of $#*!. Its so frustrating to use them!

I used Vistaprint from 2003-2010 when I owned 3 small businesses. I relied on them for all my printing needs. They provided quality products and great customer service. Well, I ordered 2 business return address self-inking stamps and one personal/home stamp now. I was so disappointed. I used their customer service person to help me create the orders and get the sizing right. I ordered 2 medium-sized business stamps bcz she assured me that the inked portion would be 2" wide. And I ordered a small stamp for my home address. I was very frustrated when I received them bcz they were both SMALL...too small to use as a return address stamp AND they were the same size. Two different customer service people tried to rectify the situation and were very nice but I realized that I was never going to be able to get the correct size due to their product limitations. I decided to find business ret addr stamps elsewhere (and I did, for half the price.) The 2nd cust serv person I got was kind, professional and helpful. She ended up ordering a home address stamp for me in the correct size and using a credit from the business order. I appreciated her working with me on that. It's still frustrating that I ended up, essentially, paying $50 for ONE home address self-inking stamp. And it's nothing fancy. UGH! I do not recommend VistaPrint for return address stamps but would still use them for printed materials.

Products used:
I chose not to have them replace the business stamp bcz they do not have the capability to use my logo and make the stamp the size I wanted. I had them remake the home return address stamp but it is a very basic font and stamp. I would use VistaPrint for any printing needs but there are better options out there for (return address) stamps.

TWO OF THREE MASKS HAD NO FILTER WITH THEM. THIRD MASK FILTER HAD REGULARLY SPACED HOLES PUNCHED THROUGH MOST OF THE LAYERS. REALLY?
MASK MATERIAL IS VERY THIN THOUGH COMFORTABLE. PUTTING MY OWN DOUBLE FILTERS IN ORDERED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

Tip for consumers:
They fit well but there are other masks that fit just as well made of thicker materials and with filters consistently included.

I don't have a major complaint about the quality of products provided by Vistaprint. However, there are two things about their business practices that really aggravate me and are, in my opinion, quite deceptive.

First, everywhere you turn on the website, there's an up-sell. As you go to check out, the up-sells get more and more frantic, and if you don't pay close attention, you could slip into buying something that you had not intended to.

Over the last 3 days, they have had a "40% off everything" promotion and today was the final day (see the photo below). I created an order for $77, and applied the promo code SALE40, expecting to get a $30.80 credit - 40% off. Instead, I got $19.26 off, then charged $11.99 for shipping.

This is totally deceptive and unethical, in my view. And still, I have come to expect this from Vistaprint, then I swear them off for a year. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. When will I learn that these folks lie and cheat?

I used to love this company until I realized their shipping was outrageous. I used to get my business cards from here. Now I can barely afford them so I took my business elsewhere. Not recommended.

There can be some problems in the process of ordering. When I made my order for the first time everything was good, but the situation during the second time is really disappointing. I don't know why but my order was declined... and the manager didn't want to give a full answer to my question...

I've ordered a Calendar only because it was advertised on TV that it is half price. If I would have paid the full price, the score would have probably been lower. I've received other photo items from other companies, and they were much better.
Good offer though!

I've used Vistaprint EVERY YEAR for 14 years to create a mug of my dog from a puppy until now,"found a better place"
The prints on my mugs have been nice, afew grainy but I was not unhappy.
However, their shipping is on the high side and just way too many product promotions before you can actually check out and pay.
Also, they just don't stop sending emails at least 5 weekly, I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND STILL RECIEVED THEM, finally, I had to add them to my spam box which is always full of email from them for the same items at same prices

This is a review of Vistaprint's design service.

I recently ordered a set of business cards using Vistaprint's design service, and honestly, it was like working with children - stupid children. It was a simple design - I supplied an image to be centered on one side of the card with 2 lines of text centered on the other.

For starters, they changed one of my lines of text. The first line was the business name and the second read, "thanks you for your business." Apparently this did not make sense to the people working on the design - they do not speak English as a native language - so they changed it, dropping the "s" in "thanks." Fortunately I noticed the change in time to correct it.

Second, they had a great deal of trouble with the concept of centering the image and text within certain quadrants of the design. For example, "center this image on the left half of the card" produced a design with the image in the upper left corner. It was the same with the text. I would have thought the basic aesthetics alone would have been enough to convince them that "centering" does not mean one line at the top of the card and the other at the bottom.

But there are actually two problems when working with Vistaprint's "design team" - and this is completely ignoring the change they made to my text. First (and most obvious) is their lack of English fluency means they do not understand basic terms like "centering," and second, they are not trained designers. They have no art training whatsoever.
Consequently, when they can't understand the instructions, they have no aesthetic sense or training to suggest to them that something might be wrong with their interpretation.

After the second failed attempt to get the basic layout correct, I decided to finish the revisions over the phone. The woman I spoke with was very polite, but had no notion of what I was talking about when I spoke of centering elements within quadrants. I was able to get the design completed only by frequently checking her uploaded revisions and making changes by saying things like, "A little lower and more to the right," or, "Try to get the second line directly below the first line." A real designer would have been s$#*!ing for days over instructions like that.

My issue with this process is that the design fee, an admittedly modest $10, only includes 3 revisions. We went through one revision simply because the "design team" didn't understand the instructions. We went through two more revisions over the phone because they couldn't understand that "centering" applies to both horizontal AND vertical. The fourth and final revision was to correct the change they made in my text. I wasn't charged anything extra for the final revision, but by then I was beginning to wonder if they weren't deliberately misconstruing the instructions in order to force me to pay an additional revision fee. I am still wondering about that because I just don't see how anyone could, in good faith, screw up such a simple design so many times and in so many ways...

The reason for the 3-star review is that I was, in the end, able to get the design I wanted. But it was far too much trouble to get there.

Got an email offering to REORDER my previous order at half price. Called to use the code and REORDER. No such deal. They had some excuse that My cards had a few extras and would be more then DOUBLE the advertised half off to again REORDER my cards. I asked why would they asks me to REORDER my cards but offer at more then double? Their excuse was that the language used is for basic cards and NOT my cards. Why offer me to REORDER my cards yet be deceptive in the price. They just lump us all into a bucket of customers and the add is for not me and my order but the initial low price to spark interest. The kicker was they said they are not trying to be deceptive. Ya, right. I a offered for the manager to honor their deceptive offer or my company will take our business elsewhere. She only stated again the more then DOUBLE cost. I wished her a nice day and let her know my com pamy would no longer be doing business with them a and that I would be letting every business I know to not use them and we deal with a lot.

If you don't mind your cards coming out with tiny dots (that look like pixels) on your text then Vista Print overall is ok. Otherwise, I'd pay more for a better print. I was doing a two-color business card on both sides and the text was horrible. As said above, it looked like there were tiny white dots in the text. The posters come out nice but they're on VERY thin paper. VistaPrint is just affordable. If you go with their standard products, don't expect it to be great quality work. I'm just a bit butt-hurt that I typed a review explaining the quality of their business cards, and they rejected the review even though there are tons of one star reviews with non-sense words or text, and yet those were approved. So what's the point of letting your customers submit a review for a verified purchase if you're going to ignore it?

Their printing is professional grade, but pretty much the bottom of professional quality. Their templates and ease of use are the best in the business. Their prices are among the highest for online printers. Their add-on fees and upsales can be a little tricky as they create add-on fees for some things the rest of the industry does inclusive with pricing (like uploading a logo). Their website is smart and offers you really low prices on your first visit and then jacks up the price on reorders and return visits after your initial orders. Pay attention to their list prices (not their sale prices) if you are looking for a printer with whom you would like to have a long-term relationship.

They did well on the business cards, but when I ordered my daughter's birth announcements, the first set was cut wrong and the color was completely off. They did reprint them, but they were still a little uneven, though the color was better. It also took additional time so by the time I finally received them to mail them out, my newborn was almost 2 months old. Not real impressed overall on their "non business" products. Would not order from them again for invites or announcements.

The agents were fabulous! Excellent customer service. BUT, it was WAY TOO expensive. I needed to buy only 12 inviations, plus 12 RSVP cards. Well, unfortunately, it only comes in packets of 10, so I was forced to buy 8 extra that I didnt need. Shipping costs are also way too expensive!

Also, the RSVP cards did NOT fit inside the invitations. They do NOT have any RSVP cards that fit, so they ended up giving me bigger envelopes, so it all goes inside the big envelope but the RSVP cards are not inside the invitation, instead it is placed outside which is unprofessional!

Both my inviation and RSVP envelopes are white! If I wanted it to look professional and have matching envelopes... it was going to cost A LOT MORE money PLUS extra expensive shipping costs!

I was not happy about the expensive cards, the expensive shipping and not happy about having to pay extra for matching envelopes. I am not happy that they do not have RSVP cards that fit inside the invitations!

So I have given a three-star rating for Vistaprint, for the following reasons:
We'll start with the PROs!
-It was very easy for me to customize my design
-Delivery was much faster than estimated
-The final product looks quite nice
-I had a question regarding my order, and when I called around 8 pm at night, I was answered almost straight away (but I don't think their call center is based in AUS, as I wasn't talking to a native English speaker)

Now I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the CONs...
-The first package arrived with a part of my order, but I was disappointed that the RSVP cards came without any external envelope or protection, the stack was just loose inside a much larger cardboard package. This meant that the edges were slightly damaged (but not unusable).
-Later that same day, the second package arrived with the rest of my order. Upon opening, I was glad to see that this bigger cardboard box came with air pillows around the cards, but I soon realized that these card stacks too were merely put in the box with no covering, so again the edges were slightly damaged.
-I had expected both packages to be delivered to my door (my packages always come this way normally, even if I don't sign for them), but both were put in my letterbox, and as the second was too big, the lid of my letterbox was just left open (it was raining earlier that same day!). Any small amount of rain would have ruined the entire order, as the card stacks had no protection aside from the cardboard box they came in.
-The envelopes that came with my order were glued together crookedly (though I can't complain "too" much, as they were free).
-the return address labels weren't white as advertised, instead, they all came in a Karki/cream colour, therefore don't really match my white invites and white RSVP cards.
-I paid extra for Linen, but the invites were a lot thinner than I was expecting.

So in summary, my items are definitely usable and the invites still look nice (luckily you can't really notice the edge damage when you hold a single invite), but a little more care taken to how everything was packed and sent would have been good. I got everything cheaper as I used a 50% off coupon code, but if I had paid FULL price I think I would have been less satisfied with the end result, given the cost.

They have send me poorly trimmed stationary before (where someone else's design bleed into my art) and sent me fuzzy illegible printing due to bleeding ink. Their customer service division was quick to help me and sent a free reorder BUT they sent me more of the same poor quality product.: (
