Very grateful to Vispronet for ensuring my order arrived as early as possible; representative even took the time to ensure I save money on shipping. Product also came out great. If you're going to enlarge an image, I highly recommend looking into photoshop resizing prior to ordering with Vispronet. Their website doesn't communicate the "image quality warning" all that well, and there's things you can do to your picture before submitting it to Vispronet for your order! Still, the customer service told me my images wouldn't be too pixeled, that they should be fine, and they were right! All came out great.

After multiple days of trying to get a simple clean logo on a simple one color background they kept just cropping the picture, I spoke to them twice explaining hey it doesnt look like I explained and because I had trouble with the editing page myself causing in premature approval,was told one thing then was told the next day nevermind, basically a giant cluster mess. Will not be ordering my departments flag here, youre better of going somewhere else.

The customer service at Vispronet is shockingly bad. I've truly never been treated as poorly as I am right now in fighting to get refunded for a mistake that they made on my order. I'll be telling everybody who needs printing to avoid their company at all costs.

If you're going to enlarge an image, I highly recommend looking into photoshop resizing prior to ordering with Vispronet. The staff went out of their way to ensure I received my order on time, and the most financially efficient way possible.

They are unprofessional and play the "I dont know who you spoke to" game when it comes to reporting an issue or refund. Horrible Experience and business...

So I order this because it is the cheapest custom tent I can find. I expect it to still be working at least. I get the packages in and set them up the next day just to find warped polls and broken polls. I contact customer service and they blamed me even when i showed them the packaging it came in and how it was damaged. Want me to buy a whole new set because of their/shipping mistake. Destini has been the one helping... or lack of helping. To think we were going to order multiple products from them... not anymore!

I placed an order for a retractable banner. When you place the order and pay it will tell you that you have 2 days to upload and then it will be printed whatever the status is. This is not true it turns out. I chose for the automated quality review and not the manual review. Basically choosing for no interference and have it printed as i upload it. After uploading the graphics i got a warning but i still approved it for processing. I chose a 3 day production turnaround instead of the 5-7 days in order to speed up the delivery. On my account the delivery date was as expected during the order. So i thought nothing to worry about. During the process i checked if the delivery date was changed or not. That was not the case. So everything seems ok for delivery.

After i did not receive anything on the delivery date, and the two following days, and UPS told me that nothing had been scheduled for delivery i was confused. So i called customer service. They told me that after the 2 days window for uploading the graphics file they reviewed the quality and sent me an email to notify me about the, in their opinion, low quality. This despite the fact that i ordered for an automated review of the quality and not the manual. Why offer this option if you still check it manually?

I never received their email even though they claim it was delivered. They didn't bother to update my account or call me. They knew i chose for the 3 days production turnaround.

In the end it was a very bad experience. So the order was canceled. One day before the fair i had to have i printed locally and with exactly the same graphics file i got a beautiful retractable banner. No issues with the quality.

Not recommended.

We needed a flag quickly for a high school team event. We were able to developed the art work for the flag online with ease, we then submitted it and then were able to review and approved the design. The Vispronet people were great to work with and got us the flag quickly. It is an awesome flag! Thanks so much!

We ordered a custom tent in August and paid. Vispronet never got anything done and never called nor proceeded with getting our tent. In Nov I canceled and got a refund. In Jan, I proceeded to see if they got organized and nope they have not. VISPRONET is very unorganized and the customer service has to be the worst I've ever dealt with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with VISPRONET.

Do not ever order from this company. First of all, the customer service rep. Is extremely rude, and she has an " I'm right, your wrong" attitude. Who would keep someone there who talked to their customers like that? That's the complete OPPOSITE of someone you would want working for your company! Obviously this company doesn't want to succeed and doesn't believe in "Best Practices". I ordered 2 mini- retractable banners and when I received the "proofs" online they looked like the picture that I sent in, but when I received them in the mail, they were completely DARK and unrecognizable! They were totallly useless! When I called she said I had to send her pictures, well of course your "iPhone" makes it look lighter, (but still looked DARK), and she wrote back and said "We noticed no difference and will not be able to assist you"! Are you kidding me? I have now paid for 2 banners that I can't use and will sit in the corner of my office. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and no way to run a business. Very disappointed in Vispronet. I will certainly be spreading the message about my experience.

"The colors on the banner I received were washed out and faded looking, compared to other competitor's banners I've gotten.
The material doesn't stay very taut at the edges and bends inward a little.
You can see visible "stitches" of the woven fabric this is printed on when light shines through.
The artwork is also slightly pixelated. The art team asked me to send this at an unusually low pixel resolution. I objected to this, thinking that it would print pixelated, but the team assured me it would not - well, I was right.
I will never order from this company again. I would ask for my money back, but I only just opened the box a month after receiving it, because of COVID cancellations."

I order 28 A-Frame signs (had ordered the same sign from them a few years earlier) they showed online photos and specs. I had them shipped to a client's locations all over the state of Texas. The signs that were delivered were totally different. I had signs printed from another location to insert into the frames, but they didn't fit. Vispro said they could send me velcro to hold the signs in place. Vispro informed me that they just didn't have time to update their site and that was my problem, not their's. That they would not discount. My client could gather them all the signs and ship back (at the client's expense) for a refund or tape their signs to the frames. You take a risk shopping with this company. Vispro does NOT take care of their customers. They take care of THEMSELVES.

First off the price was the best I found for our custom canopy. Second the artwork department was incredible and took the crap logo and tex I sent them and made magic happen with it. The quality is the best Ive seen. We now have a nicer canopy than any other school at the meets and for low cost. I could not be any happier. Well maybe the canopy could have come with a carrying case but it does not claim to come with one.

I have used Vispronet several times. The last time I used them, the colors were way off on the finished image. They would not accept any responsibility or do anything to compensate other than to say they would give me 20% off of a reprint. If you didn't print it right the first time, I am not going to spend more money for them to not print it right again. The proof that I was sent and approved looked like it was supposed to look. In the pic, the top image is what they sent me, the bottom image is what it was supposed to look like. I will be taking them off of my list of vendors.

Spent three days trying to get a graphic artwork popup tent finalized. Could not get into the website. They said we could take credit card information over the phone - Thank goodness, I didn't fall for it - especially after seeing the other reviews.

My advise if you are thinking about ordering "ANYTHING" from Vispronet is turn around - run - and never look back!

Very unhappy with a $6,000 order with Vispronet. Had been promised my 4,000 signs would be packed in bundles of 100. Arrived piled loose in two big boxes. Kristen and Alexis could care less. Basically said too bad. Yes, pricing might be good but now that I'm having to have overtime employees come in over the weekend to finish their job. Not sure it was worth it.

Poor product and was refused a refund after spending my money to ship product back. Product was not easy to assemble from the on-start and it was eventually not used for the purpose it was purchased for.
Received an email saying refusing an issuance of my refund. No worries! Will never recommend or use them ever!

Ordered a few things from them. One sign was not printed on the correct material and does not hang as it should. Told they are not going to replace it because its been more than 30 days. Wow, what a product guarantee - they screwed it up... and won't fix it. Who prints a 3 sided directional sign that is 40" wide on flimsy paper? Its crap!

I have been trying to get an order rectified after spending nearly $300 and all items are missing the step stakes that were promised in product description. Spoke to "Julia" who also goes by the name Judy and says they are doing the best they can, they have nearly 1000 emails to sort through, meantime I spoke to her yesterday and was promised they would come up with a solution to the problem. Also said she is the Manager. Poor business practice to sell items, if you do not have the proper supplies as promised. It would be better to deny the order rather than fill it improperly.

I placed an order on a Sunday night, awaiting a confirmation email with the artwork to approve. I received an email discount of 20% the following morning. I called Monday morning and then again on Tuesday requesting Visnopret honor the discount. Customer Service on Monday was to call me back. Never heard back. Customer Service on Tuesday refused to grant me the discount, notifying me that they were unable to grant a discount once an item went went into production. I never received an email to approve the artwork, how could the items already be "in production." Then I was told by the same Customer Service rep in an email that since the order was for letters, I do not receive a proof. That is not what their website states nor what was stated in my email. Why then did I receive in my confirmation email that action would be required for me to approve the artwork? And yet I have never received a proof to approve it.
False Advertising as I never received an email with artwork to approve and so never approved it for production. However, their website states FREE PROOF WITH EVERY ORDER. Also, my confirmation email stated:
ACTION REQUIRED
Your order contains product(s) that require artwork. Before we can start producing your order, you must approve the artwork proof(s) that will be sent via email.
Website is also misleading as it shows you a much later delivery time for items, unless you select to rush the production (they give you several rush periods). When it fact, there is no need to "rush production" on letters they already have in house. So I also paid an additional $21 to ensure I get my items on time. When there was no need to. I won't be doing business with this outfit again and I encourage folks to beware.

Purchased a step and repeat banner. I states in the details of my purchase that the hardware is included. However, they do not include the hardware unless you are aware that it is a separate purchase. Would not recommend this company due to deceiving tendencies to force you to spend 2x the amount.

before you purchase be sure you have searched and determined that your "hardware" is included....

We ordered six table throws from vispronet with yellow being a primary color. While two of the table throws were printed correctly, four of them were more orange than yellow. At first the sales rep blamed this on us - saying we didn't call out a PMS color. In previous orders we had never used a PMS color and they were printed fine. We don't need an exact color match - but they can't be a completely different color. Upon telling the sales rep this information, she told me it was because they changed fabrics and did not notify customers who had not ordered in the last six months (another excuse). After sending photos showing the yellow and orange throws side by side showing that this is clearly not our fault and was a printing/quality control error, the sales rep offered us a 20% discount on a reprint AFTER we pay to mail a table throw back them. Excuses after excuses to blame the customer instead of taking accountability for their own mistakes. This is the second time we have experienced beyond poor customer service from this company and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Do NOT trust their website reviews! There is a reason they have high reviews on their website - because they do not engage in review sites that are unbiased and say themselves that "comments that are excessively negative will be removed.

After ordering the item, we had a problem with the proof, but got it figured out with a representative. Then we payed extra for shipping to get it in time. After a few days, we still didn't receive it, so we called and they said we still owed $12. What? We paid in full exactly what they asked and they never notified us of this impending balance. They said they emailed us everyday about the remainder, but we checked all of our inboxes (including spam) and had zero emails from them. So they didn't even begin on production. They then said we had to pay extra to one day ship it, even though we already paid that fee. We ended up paying $75 for the original two-day, and then an extra $109 because they messed up. Awful company. Awful service. Total scam trying to get customers to pay more. Do not go with this company. Pay extra elsewhere for better service and quality.

I had a designer create the design I wanted using Vispronet's template.
After much back and forth getting trying to get the system to accept it, I ended up emailing it to their customer service. Their customer uploaded it for me. One of their departments must have edited it because it came completely wrong. Completely!
Their response even though I have emails and time stamps of what I sent is, we can offer 50% off a reorder. Seriously mind blown that I spent over $1,000 for a custom tent and it came late and wrong. Buy somewhere else and save yourself a horrible experience.

My company placed an order to get marketing material for a huge event we were sponsoring and relied on Vispronet to get the items made and delivered per the promised time. We approved the proof they sent us as soon as we received it. There was an issue with 1 item. They said the resolution was too lower however after 4 attempts of having the resolution and dpi made over 800 per their standards they still gave us a warning saying the image would come out blurry if printed. I called the company to ask if we could pay to have them improve the resolution so it could be printed or have them remake it. The employee was incompetent and didn't understand our request. So I opened a chat online to speak with someone. They were then closed and I had to wait to receive an email when they were open again. Once I received the email to discuss the issue they said I could pay $30 extra for them to recreate the image. I agreed to do it but still needed to make sure they would deliver per the original promised date since we had the event coming up soon and had lost time due to this issue. They said I'd have to pay for 1 day shipping in order to receive it in time now. (which was the same cost of my order.) I thought this was ridiculous since I placed the order in time, uploaded 5 images to try resolving the issue, called them multiple times, created a chat online, & emailed them. Not 1 time did they take it upon their selves to suggest a way to resolve this in order for me to receive my order as promised. I asked Vispronet to refund the money for that item only and to continue with the rest of the order. I also inquired about the original promise day... I wanted to make sure I'd still receive everything in time. They said that since the image was not approved for this one item the rest of the items on the order were not made. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I placed the order IN TIME. Approved the proof IN TIME and they said I won't receive it IN TIME! Then they canceled my whole order after I questioned why I wouldn't receive the rest of the order in time. I called to speak with a Manager since I felt the customer service I was receiving was poor and they were all in a meeting. I need the remainder items in 2 days. I will not find somewhere to get these things made and shipped in time! This is truly VERY POOR customer service! This is not how you handle business.
