Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the misleading and inadequate service provided by VisaHQ in processing my Schengen visa application (Case #ET*******). On 25, Aug, 2025. I paid a service fee of $99 to VisaHQ under the clear impression that the company offered an end-to-end visa application service similar to VFS Global, including the handling of government fees and submission processes. However, I later discovered that VisaHQ merely provided generic information readily available on official embassy websites and did not facilitate any part of the official visa application process. Despite multiple requests for a refund, VisaHQ has refused, claiming they provided "consultation." The so-called guidance consisted of basic instructions such as "contact the embassy," which any applicant could easily obtain for free. No exclusive, value-added service was delivered. I demand a full refund of $99 based on the following: Misleading representation of services; Failure to provide substantive or exclusive assistance; No tangible service justifying the fee. Should VisaHQ continue to deny my refund, I will escalate this matter to relevant consumer protection authorities and continue to share my experience publicly to warn other consumers. I expect a resolution within 5 business days. Sincerely,
Sarah.Zhou
