Missed Christmas. Got an email that said "shipped" but that only meant they'd printed the label. It wasn't physically in the mail for several more days and it arrived after Christmas.

Would like a call and a replacement shipped.

Very upset and will never buy from this company again as they were Christmas gifts that never ever came.

To start, I was guaranteed to have my shirts on Dec 20th before Christmas and they came 8 days later. The design that I picked looked NOTHING like I ordered. Shirts barely had color to them. I am going through the refund process so hopefully its not a painful process

The shirt was ordered a month ago from an advertisement on Face book. I have called them twice and left messages and I have e-mailed them four time, still no response. Don't order anything from this company.

I understood having to wait until they could make more shirts, but when I did get it, the shirt looked blurry. Looked faded. Just nowhere near worth the $30 I paid. Will not order from them again.

Sweatshirt I ordered was here in a timely manner. My daughter will love the purple sweatshirt! She has worn out a black one I had purchased several years ago.

I placed my order on December 8thas a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive until December 26th. The original order said December 21st. I won't have ordered it had I'd known it would arrive after Christmas.

They noticed I accidentally duplicated my order and contacted me about it. They could have taken advantage of my mistake!

I will never buy from this company again. Material on shirt not good and too expensive. I could have made this shirt less and with better quality material.

I really LOVED the concept of this sweatshirt. But I was disappointed that most of the characters are either yellow or faded. For the price I paid I would have loved for it to look like the picture.

The design was nice, but looked better in ad. The shirt was smaller than expected. Glad it arrived on time.

Ordered 2 mugs, one right after the other, in plenty of time for Christmas. Received one 2 days after Christmas and have yet to receive the second one. Wrote to them and received excuses in reply.

The product did not look anything at all like the product that was pictured. It was poorly made and no more than a glorified sweatshirt.

Everything I ordered was beautiful. It arrived in a timely manner with nothing broken or marred. I love how everything looked. Thank you.

I understand it was near the holiday and orders tend to get backed up but took forever to get to me and then when I got the two shirts the quality of the shirts were terrible the prints did not have legible written on the crown royal bottom and the greens merged into another on the grinch, this is the only and last time I will be ordering!

Product was as advertised, a big hit as a gift. Fast shipping, I ordered very near Christmas and it was delivered on Christmas Eve. Thanks!

T shirt was well done and nice quality but it missed Christmas by 3 days. I ordered 12/19 and was delivered 12/28.

I haven't received my second item and I have contacted customer service about it... Have not received my second item...
