Purchased a laptop from VIP outlet via Walmart app...I never received my item as it delivered to some unknown address on my street. It was left by a blk folding chair and a picture was taken of it and posted. I walked up and down my street looking for where it was placed and was unsuccessful. I contacted Walmart, who told me that they would contact the sellers (VIP outlet) and that they would contact me via email within 24 to 49 hours to receive my refund. VIP outlet contacted me and is REFUSING to issue me a refund without a police report. I explained to them that I can't without the info on where it was delivered or to whom as it. They RESENT the same exact email saying to call police, so I called Walmart back and told them what I was told. Walmart stated to contact the sellers again or contact my bank so they (the bank) can refund my money to me. I placed this order in Feb 9 and my item was to delivered on Feb 13th. Today is the 19th and I'm still fight for my $230 that was stolen from me by Walmart AND VIP outlet! These people are thieves! Don't buy anything from them as they don't follow instructions...my orders are to be signed for and a pass code usually sent when things being delivered. The take ni accountability for their actions and will STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MAKE IT YOUR FAULT. RUN!

Received my order of a very expensive set of headphones which arrived damaged. Things happen but, there was zero effort to make it right in a timely manner when explaining this was a gift. Not only damaged but, sent a lesser model. Will never work with VIP Outlet again and neither should you.

I recently purchased a Cricut ******* Explore Air 2 Bundle Cutting Machine from this seller on eBay, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

When the package arrived, I discovered that the machine was sent without a power cord, making it essentially unusable. I contacted the seller immediately, and it took them an astonishing 3-4 days to confirm that the power cord was indeed missing from the package.

What's even more frustrating is that the seller's proposed solution was a mere $10 refund for the missing cord. Considering that the machine is worthless without its power source, this offer felt like a slap in the face.

To add insult to injury, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 7 days to receive my refund. This entire experience has been a lesson in patience and disappointment.

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this seller to steer clear. Their lack of attention to detail, slow response times, and inadequate resolution measures make them a seller to avoid at all costs.

I ordered the Nextbase 622GW Front and Rear Camera Combo. What I received was the front camera only. Also no USB cable for connecting the camera to a computer (listed on the box as an included component necessary for initial setup, but it wasn't there). I contacted VIP OUTLET immediately, and they said the best they could do was offer me $30. A rear camera retails for $70, so why would I accept $30? Also they never replied about the missing USB cable. Now I have to deal with the hassle of mailing back this piece of junk. VIP OUTLET engages in false advertising and hopes that customers won't notice their attempts at ripping you off. Avoid at all costs!

VIP outlet sent me a USED phone
Then they said they had not received my return ( I kept receipts)
Then they ignored my emails
Then they took weeks to refund my money
Meanwhile I have wasted time and money and still had to go buy a NEW phone
I would NOT recommend them, bad business, scammers

Terrible company

Garbadge scammed me and tried making me pay more for the correct item I wanted it was an msi monitor instead they sent me a refurbished crappy one said I could get a refund then pay 100 dollars more for the correct one it was so stupid and the support was terrible it was apart of there dealwiz marketplace seller on Walmart never will buy from them again they will rip you off they also waited weeks and weeks to try resolving it so yeah

I've lost count of how many times I've purchased from VIP. They have all sorts of items at different times. Your best bet is just to check in and see what's new. I often find items they list on another site they sell on, then come to their site and buy it for the same or a lower price. Computers, printers, cell phones, air fryers. I've really lost track of all I've bought from VIP, and most of it half of the retail on most other sites.
If you do have a return there is no problem and they handle it quickly.

Horrible, horrible experience

If I could give this company no stars, I would. I bought a cell phone for my daughter through this company on Walmart.com. When we got it and tried to activate it it said that it was locked and we had to take it to Walmart to have them scan it before we could use it. Took it to Walmart and - surprise! They can't do anything with it because it wasn't sold through Walmart. So I called VIPOutlet themselves. Only to be hung up on 4 times. I finally got ahold of someone and was informed that the phone I spent nearly $100 on was useless because "Samsung sent them a faulty phone." Essentially I had a fancy brick. According to the VIPOutlet agent I now have to take the phone to our local Walmart and they will send it back to VIPOutlet so I can get my refund. I call Walmart to confirm this information and am told that they don't do that. So now I'm stuck trying to get ahold of these people AGAIN to try to get my refund. Horrible products, horrible customer service, all around HORRIBLE company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Scammers that walmart authorizes
March 3, 2022

Don't expect to get your package or have clear communication with this seller. They will insist to send 600$ to sit on doorsteps when their own "policy" says this shouldn't happen. They call at midnight and 6 am to try to route packages to different addresses than yours. Sketchiest company I have had to work with in a very long time

Given Covid extensions, supply chain delays on product availability, labor shortages, weather and shipping delays, credible merchants are offering a more flexible policy in terms of returns. Amazon for example is requiring all of its vendors to offer returns until JANUARY 31 2022. I contact VIP OUTLET on Monday January 03,2022 and am told I cannot return an ipad i bought on 11/27 as a Christmas gift for my daughter because it is over 30 days SINCE THE ORDER. It wasnt even delivered until the 8th of December. What's the point of black Friday sales opportunities? DONT BUY FROM WALMART OR VIP OUTLET.

Scammers

Ordered a pc then they asked for photos of ID and credit card. Responded quickly with pictures then they cancel your order for fraud. Called to request to remove all personal info and account, and they said they do not have the ability to do so. Biggest scam company I've dealt with. Please go bankrupt and die.

I purchased a Plantronics RIG 500 PRO Dolby Atmos Gaming Headset and they worked with me at a really good price and the product has performed as it should I definitely recommend doing business with them I'm referring my friends and family and on top of it they hit me up months and months later checking up to see how the product was, and honestly yall these headphones still tough after my dog tried chewing them up lol but yeah definitely will be doing more business with them in the future Ps Check me out on YouTube Cliff Wilkes

I placed an order trough this website, a refurbished Ipad Pro. After been submitted the order, been charged by them I got an email requesting a photo of my id and card used for the transaction. I sent them by email and a few hours later they cancell my order. They play with yout time, your money and with your personal information with id photo and credit card.
DONT TRUST THEM
