Claim Your BusinessDo not purchase from her. Do not email her. Do not sign up for anything. I want to say it has been 10 years and I'm still haunted by her emails... Which remind me of a poor decision to buy a subpar coach bag. I wish I had read the reviews below. I have no doubt all of them are 100% accurate. Good luck!

I have been trying to get removed from her mailing list for years. There is no unsubscribe option.
I have emailed so many times requesting to be removed, without ever any response.
Literally for years. Horrible business practice.
I just wish I would have looked for reviews before ordering a handbag! Because I payed for a bag that never arrived... And Cara was smart enough to tell me that she asked paypal what to do, telling me they advised her and me to just be patient. So when I contacted paypal, I was to late for a refund and they told me they would never advise to wait because of this. And that the seller (Cara) knows this and does it so I would loose the money.
I bought two handbags from vintagebag.com.
A tan Linslade bag was well worn, rough and stained on one side, (not the side shown on website photograph), the handles were limp and had black marks on the underside and the metalwork very tarnished.
An alligator bag had lost much of its gloss and the front lower right side was pitted and scratched, an attempt to hide the damage was made by painting the area with some kind of lacquer.
An optimist might consider that Ms Chell views her merchandise with romantic eyes through rose coloured spectacles giving rise to enthusiastic hyperbole:
" PERFECT!, mint!, excellent!, never carried condition!".
However on the balance of probabilities, likely just another of life's chancers at work.
If you are content with items that are given a glowing description but on being delivered to you prove to be a load of old tat, then shop at vintagebag.com.
If you believe that a problem should be solved by receiving a series of shrill e-mails and threats to destroy your reputation then of course deal with Ms Chell.
Should you be seeking a straight forward delightful or even pleasant shopping experience then do NOT deal with any of Ms chell's websites.
I have bought handbags from USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. There are many good honest dealers out there, so it is not difficult to avoid Ms Chell and enjoy your shopping.
Ps the one star because zero or negative rating not availble
Pps I am now interested in the possibilities offered by photoshop
My handbag was described as "near mint" condition and then arrived with cracks, yellowing, bad odor and pen marks. She responded to only one email and never provided a refund or acceptable resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!
I ordered a vintage bag from Cara Chell at Vintage Bags, first the wrong bag was sent, when I queried it I was told I had placed the wrong order despite her sending confirmation of the correct bag. I have returned the bag and was told I would recieve a refund. That was a month ago and I am still waiting. She is now ignoring my emails.
She is a very rude lady, I would never use her website or recommend it.
Vintage handbags, evening bags, casually vintage purses.
