We stayed with VillaDirect in one of their vacation homes this Disney vacation and we have to admit we were impressed. Never felt like a number and anytime we had questions- from booking to checking out- every person/department we talked to was helpful and actually took pleasure in helping us. No attitude and no disappoint. The house was exactly as pictured and the themed rooms were a hit with the kids. We will definitely only be staying with VillaDirect from now on! See you soon! Thanks!
