Paid for a visa for Phu Quoc that I didn't need. Yes, their website also said a visa was not needed. However this company capitalised on my error, and chose not to remind me during the course of many email exchanges. Easier for them to take my USD70 and say nothing rather than simply put in an email to me that I didn't need to pay anything as a visa was not needed.
