This site lists items they don't own. They find items cheaper on Amazon and eBay for flat rates and when you buy from them they buy from those sites and have the item shipped to you. This is called an unauthorized dropshipper because when this seller does this the warranty and return policy is void unless they have an agreement to be a dropshipper but they don't. They are a fake website with no actual product so they can't resolve any problem you have.

Never again am I buying from a store where I know nothing about them. This site ripped me off and did not send me a free game as they claimed. I read so many bad reviews about this place after I placed my order, but it was so cheap I couldn't resist. I should have stuck with gamestop.com.
They Super Mario Slapped Me - I bought an old school nintendo from them. There were a ton of sites that were selling them but i decided to use videogamesdiva.com because there offer in big colorful letters was that the system came with a free game. Since you can't buy them at any stores anymore i figured since I was giving to my girl for xmas at least she would have something to play until we could order some games. Obviuosly they never sent the game. When i nicely requested my game. They said ohh god sorry we will send it out priority mail today so she will have it for xmas. That was Dec 17th. Since then I have sent about 6 emails to them and filed a complaint with Amazon.com. Not a single returned email or phone call. Thats how I got Sper Mario Slapped
Never buy from VideoGamesDiva 100% Scam Artist - VideoGamesDiva did the exact same thing to me. They are nothing but lying, scandelous trolls. I made a huge order with them, about $500 worth of "sealed" and "brand new" video games. What I received were games that were taken from 3-game "collector's edition" sets with big text saying "PART OF A SET, NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL RESALE" where the UPC should be. I contacted the seller and received no response for at least a week. Because of the large amount of money and no response, I left negative feedback and then the seller started responding. Turns out they didn't like that I was upset at getting ripped off. They must have been making a lot of money ripping people off with those games to get so mad at me! They went onto Amazon Forums with a new user ID and posted slanderous comments about myself and my business. These people are the scum of the Earth and do not have any kind of ethical barriers. If you plan on doing business with them, you might as well be shooting yourself in the foot. Do not be fooled by this person and their scam. VideoGamesDiva is a SCAM SCAM SCAM 100% of the way!
