I absolutely love your bras and I love the shortie underwear. I must admit when I recently went in the store they have replaced the shortie underwear band with a more solid print and not the stretchy band as I purchased last year. Not near as comfortable. Please bring back the basic shortie.

O adore all my purchases from Victoria! The quality is really good. I find products as very comfortable and what I really like is a big variety of panties and bras. Also, this shop offers sales very often! So you can buy a lot of items witha good price.

This one of the coolest underwear with the high quality that I have ever bought. I wear xs or s and it's not a problem to find a size. What is more, they often provide sales which is very good for your wallet. I think it is the best present for your friend too.

Love shopping online at VS. I've gotten perfume, lotion, panties, and clothing online. It's especially great when they have their panties sale. Website is easy to navigate and use, and it shipped so quickly! I got my order within 3 days of purchasing. When it comes to returns, you can ship it back, but I find just going into a nearby store to be far easier and faster.

Today was the first day walking into a Victoria secret store, without my wife, I assumed before I walked in a would be judge and widely stared at but no it was the exact opposite from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine hello from one on of the girls, I was shopping for underwear (for my wife) and asked if they were on sale the second girl quickly showed me all the ones that were on sale and different ones at different prices, I was lost so she was very helpful showed me how each size and style was in a different drawer made it so much easier and less Awkward to do my shopping they let me look around at the diff rents styles and shapes, it took me a while but every couple minutes a girl would walk by with a big smile and ask if I was doing ok I loved the fact they were so happy to truly help me, I have never been in a store this happy with the way I was treated from the moment I walked in til check out I've never wrote a review but figured these girls need positive recognition, the one who checked me out was by for the nicest one didn't make me feel weird like I thought I would and carried on good conversation while she was ringing me up I truly help at home in this store they all treated me with a goodbye have a good day, the experience was so good I went back a second time that day to buy more( take advantage of the sale they told me about) within walking in the girl told me" nice to see you back so soon" she went out of here way to make a point to remember me, I have worked in retail all my life for 13years and never seen a team of employees treat me this wonderful I will be shopping there many times because of them and I hope someone high up at Victoria secret reads this and takes the time to thank all of the girls and the Rome Mount Berry mall store!

Victoria's Secrets is my favorite brand that suits both my demands.
It is easy to find some fancy lingerie or some practical and comfortable underwear.
I like the last "mad for plaid" collection. I already chose the item for my next order.
By the way, they sometimes offer very nice discounts.

I LOVE Victoria's Secret, always have. Half of my closet is VS. I own their panties, bras, tees, leggings, jackets, you name it. And I have to say that their stuff is great quality at a very affordable price. Especially their yoga leggings! I have a hard time finding comfortable cotton-only leggings and they come in the most beautiful designs. Their Body by Victoria bras are the best there is. Their tee's run pretty big but are always my go-to's. I have to say I've never been disappointed with any of my Victoria's Secret/VS PINK orders and I will continue to purchase from them.

I had placed an order online and needed to add something. I called and spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful. She had a cheerful attitude. She took very good care of me and my needs. I could hear her smile through the phone. I have had to call customer service in the past, the reps have always very kind and helpful.

Chelsea took out the time to go through emails and find my coupons. She went above and beyond to help me. She gave excellent customer and service and this world lacks the communication and skills this woman has. She is definitely a keeper and hope she will be recognized for this review.

The site is very easy to use, and they have great prices all of the time. If you have the Angel Rewards Credit Card you can save even more... I have received broken or the incorrect items once and just live chatted and they immediately sent me replacements without asking for the others back. Their customer service has always been great.

Just a general perspective on Victoria's Secret Bras:
In my personal opinion, they stand up to the test of immense pressure. I was in a major car accident a couple weeks ago and my Victoria's Secret Demi Bra is the only thing that held up! It kept my girls in place and I think it helped to minimize the damage to my chest from the seat belt!

I just want to thank Angie for an awesome job. She helped me as soon as she saw me walk in. Gave me all the deals they had. Offered to help me find what I was looking for. Asked if I had a PINK/VS credit card, I told her no so she asked if I wanted to apply for one. She helped me w that too. She was so attentive, kind & friendly.
