I've decided to stop buying from Victoria's Secret online. This is the second time this has happened to me: I make a purchase, and then my package can't be delivered because they claim my address is incorrect, even though it's been verified by customer service. As a result, they're sending me a new package, but some items from my original order are not available anymore.

I visited the Victoria Secret in Fox Hills Mall today. I was sad to witness how it has changed recently. I feel it is related to poor management. It used to be a thriving location, but now it seems unmanaged and unorganized. The help on the floor was no where to be seen until another customer requested help, I rang for help the dsg room 3-times, and no one came to let me in. I witnessed a shopper allowing her two yr old to play with the underwear in the drawers while she ate yogurt, and the mother encouraged the kid. None of the workers addressed this. There was 4 workers that I counted, and it was only about four customers total just browsing including myself. The items were all mixed together instead of being in the proper bin/section for size. It was bad.

They charge so much for things it's stupid. Considering the quality is basically terrible. You're only paying for the name. Some Chinese factory makes everything then they put their brand on it and charge 4 times more.

I have searches multiple products including underwear and bras and many of them have unraveled or become cut after a washing. I am so frustrated with Victoria's secret.

I both in spring 2022 three pairs of thong panties, I payed full price even though they had a promotion in their shop, just because it was a special design they said, but after 12 months they look really bad with their threads out and really inappropriate.
I am really disappointed comparing with Emprintre brand of underwear that is absolutely perfect after 4 years.

It's third time when this happened! I placed an order at the VS store, it did not come, I called the support service, they told me the order was canceled, but they forgot to send an email. Now these products are not available and they cannot send anything to me. To my arguments that if I knew that the order was canceled, I could order again when everything was in stock, they simply apologized for not sending an email. Three times I already had this problem! Once they sent me dirty things. Customer service doesn't solve anything

Ok so basically don't get me wrong the clothing is cute and everything but the bras ain't it… i can't fit in a 32a which is pretty sad and i'm very upset like i was holding back my tears while my friends were buying stuff… i felt extremely left out so pls make bras that are 22a

I have been a heavy heavy user of VS products over the past decade. I was addicted to the coupons and rewards bonuses. I probably would have just gone on spending $10k a year at Pink, VS, and their other branches of clothing forever except some things have changed that broke the spell they had me under. First, the quality of the items became so inconsistent. I would purchase a robe and it would be great, then when I bought another color it was terrible! I know they outsource so you never know what you're going to get. I've had expensive items fall apart after a few months of normal use. I took about 6 months off from shopping with VS but they sent me some coupons and I was back at it. Now I notice you can only use two coupon codes at a time and not three. Also, none of my coupons work unless I call in and have someone help me. It seems like they are trying to make it extremely hard to use the coupons that locked me into buying from them for so long. Turns out I'm addicted to discounts, not the clothing from VS! When I can't use the coupons on the first try, I just close my browser and use the sweats I bought last year. *shrugs* VS? Bye, girl!

Tip for consumers:
The product quality is very inconsistent. Don’t trust site reviews as they use reviews made on an earlier version of the product, but the new product is sourced from another place. Also, be wary of the coupons. It seems like VS is making them impossible to use. I’ve had to call in to use my coupons the last 3 times I’ve tried to order. I never had problems using coupons prior to 2020.

I bought 3 bras from Victoria secret ncs I loved the fit. With 3 weeks all 3 had broken zippers! Very disappointing especial with the price I payed for them.

Used to love Victoria's Secret... when a full wardrobe was available, not just intimate wear, VS models, and odd-smelling perfume. II don't shop VS anymore. Sweatshops and overseas contracting have quashed any interest in VSVS merchandise. Basically--VS (catalog) products are overpriced and cheaply made; VS "brick and mortar" stores have limited merchandise, poor associate training, and silly, 20th century "sales" that seemed designed to dupe versus save. The magic of VS is gone. Purchase elsewhere.

I have been buying the classic cotton since Victoria Secret first opened up. With every year that passes, the quality consistently goes down. The past 8 years or so, it's been even worse. The fabric is now SO THIN, I *MAY get 2-3 wears before before my short, rounded nails go right through the material!

They don't help you order stuff if you buy clearance items. Rewards money not allow if you use 2 the same items you want to buy.

I found many problems with this company's online shopping website, many of which, I don't find justifiable or professional.

Tracking feature that does not provide any tracking information until package is delivered (if delivered):
I made an order of four items in a registered account using their fast delivery. For several days, I waited for tracking information about the status of my package on their website "tracking option" and it wasn't available until over a week later. On more than one order did I receive a notification from the currier by text one day before or on the same day of delivery about the status of my package and the date of its arrival. This is not professional when compared to companies like amazon that provide tracking status updates as frequently as every few hours.

No options provided to customers to change and/or cancel their orders (even through their customer service representatives):
If you accidentally make a mistake on the information placed for an order (as any human is capable of doing) you do not have any option to modify, cancel or reverse the process in anyway (unless you live in the United States) even seconds or minutes after placing the order. The reason provided is because the products are said to be shipped quickly after the order has been made. However, when checking one of my orders' information online, I found that my package was shipped 2 days after I placed it.

Order information is not displayed in your history if you choose an alternate email from the one in your registered account, to send your order confirmation to (even if ordered while logged into your account):
This information is not provided as a warning to you in advance even though it gives you the option to use any email to send the confirmation of your order.
In my case, I not only entered an alternate email to the one that I had registered, but had made one typing error on the email, so the order confirmation was sent to someone else. As stated on the previous point, there was nothing that I could do to change or remedy this problem and no way to access information about my order. Luckily for me, it was my email and not my address that was mistyped.

Does not allow you to log into another email account on the website:
Once you log into an account on the website, it will not allow you or provide an option for you to log in with a different email or account. The only way to do this is by manually going to your browser settings and deleting all of your website data and cache. I, personally, have never seen this in my previous experiences with other websites.

Chat assistant/customer care agents may terminate the chat even while you are typing a response:
I was trying to address a follow up concern to a previous one I was discussing with one of the customer care chat assistants and she terminated the chat before I could send my message after asking me if there was anything else I needed help with. This is both very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for a highly esteemed company.

In conclusion, I find this website to be impractical and even risky for online shoppers to a level that, in comparison to other online shopping services, appears unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I therefore write this review to advise people who are looking to shop at victoriassecret.com (especially those outside of the United States), to take these risks into consideration before placing orders here.
Please note that this review is based on the website shopping experience and not the products purchased.

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful when entering your information before placing your order (double check for correctness), and always enter the same email address as the one registered with your account.

VS was top-notch cute when they first emerged. The lingerie was sexy and feminine. Now they resemble the old-school Fredricks of Hollywood. Tacky and cheap looking

The only reason I am giving Victoria's Secret to is because they're Sport leggings are hands-down the best I've ever tried. Other than that nearly everything else I have ever purchased from them has faded, got holes in them, or just plain fell apart despite the fact that I always wash on gentle or hand wash, and I never put anything in the dryer. I have panties that I have purchased from Frederick's of Hollywood over 10 years ago and they still are in great condition and I have panties that I purchased from Victoria's Secret a few months ago and they are completely falling apart. I don't even put them in the dryer.

Every single time I order online or shopping store I am told about all of the sales, discounts, reward cards, and etcetera. I am a student and I'm supposed to get 15% off my purchase. I also have the credit card and get regular reward cards and used to get free panties but they quit sending those to everyone. I have never once in my entire history of shopping with Victoria's Secret had a smooth checkout experience whether it be in store or online. There's always a problem with using a reward card or getting a reward card or using a discount. They should not advertise things if they are not going to let you use them. I leave frustrated every single time I go in a store place an order. This is part of the reason why the lines are so long they always have all of these things going on and can never figure out what the customers are and aren't allowed to use together. They're so sheets are completely overworked. I know this because I used to work there and it was the worst experience of my life. They are always understaffed and running around like crazy never knowing what they should be doing. There are always too many sales and not enough time for them to go over the sales so they're always uninformed and never know what's going on. Often I leave realizing that they forgot to apply discount or put in a reward card or free gift that I was supposed to get. They never know what their stock is or what their sales are or basically what is going on in the store they work in. My last experience shopping inside of the store went something like this:

The entire store was a mess and I was unable to find anything. Waited a long time to get a fitting room and once I did I realize one of the things I had grabbed ran small. I waited over half an hour for an associate finally come help me. I then waited another half an hour after she disappeared in the store to come back to me. I was told that somebody could bring me out on the mobile POS but there was nobody to be found so I waited in line for just as long as I did in the fitting room. By the time I got to the register the item out of school. I could order online was not available so I decided just to take the one I had my hand even though it wasn't the one I wanted. Victoria's Secret was having a bra and Sport pants set for $50 promotion. When she rang up the bra and Sport pants though, they weren't ringing up correctly and she didn't know what to do so I did not get to purchase the items. I waited all that time in the fitting room and in line for nothing. I left that with other items I was going to purchase and decided to just order online. Upon ordering online they did not have the items I found in the store that I wanted either and I was unable to use my student discount online or in-store. I finally got my shipment but they left out my reward card. I am done with Victoria's Secret at this point.

I bought a perfume a few days ago and didn't like the scent. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt but wanted to do an exchange regardless. Was told by the cashier that an exchange would have been fine, but the package was open. I love Victoria's Secret, but I'm going to be more cautious about buying the perfumes because of their policy

I miss when the clothes said PINK all over them. Down the legs, on the butt, all over the hoodies. I miss the sequence & glitters on the sweat pants & hoodies, I miss the sequence covered backpacks that said PINK, I miss the adorable comforter sets & PINK bedding & plush dogs you could buy. I miss when the clothes were actually cute & the sweat suits were worth spending money on. Now they have clothes that are plain & bland thay don't even say the name of the brand on it. If I wanted a plain t shirt I would go to Walmart. After all we are paying for the name so therefore we want the name plastered all over our cute pink outfits again! & bring back the adorable duffel bags that had sequence & pink logos all over it. Bring back the velcro sandals not the cheap non velcro sandals that rip apart after a couple wears & give your feet painful blisters. Also why would I want to wear a hoodie or shirt that is also made for men in that exact same design & color? They have the same 2 boring black "pink" lettering that they have had for years. There isn't even anymore sexy/cute & girly color options. No one is going to spend money on plain Jane stuff/ clothes with no print/logos & ugly colors/stripes etc. Bring the cute pink outfits back! The quality has went down & the prices up.

Prices are too high for such cheap products. Wore this brand for years in underwear and each time the waist bands ripped off each pair. No longer buy them, as they do not last.

If you order from Victoria's Secret Online outside of the U.S. then you are stuck with items that don't fit, unless you want to pay shipping costs for the return. Pissed off that I didn't know this before hand as every other store I order from allows you to return in store or has free shipping returns. I get more and more disappointed with this store every time, no wonder their sales are declining so much. Won't be purchasing from their online shop again.

I am an Angels cardholder and find that the deals are there but the quality of their products is going way way down. They had a special recently for 8/$27.50 panties for Angels, which is such a great deal! I made a special trip to partake, only to have the lace on the underwear rip apart to the point that they are now unwearable after one wear.

I subscribe to their newsletter but their website doesn't load no matter what I do! It just comes up a jumbled mess with misaligned text and no images. I keep trying to access their sales but it's frustrating and the only way for me to shop here is to visit the mall:-/

Panties are good, nothing else ever fits right. Ordering online is a scam, most other websites give free shipping for ordering more. If you want to take advantage of one of their other sales, or they don't have a free shipping coupon out when you order, it's ridiculous. Tiny nightgowns and women's underwear don't weigh that much, so why do they charge so much more for ordering expensive stuff? It makes no sense. Plus, they don't even put it in a box, it's all shipped in thin plastic bags with no protection. No thanks.

Placed a order with Victoria secret on June 20,2020 with a rep and she was giving me prices that were not the prices on line. However I was transferred to a supervisor without my knowledge I waited for 20 minutes for the young lady tocome back to the phone instead I got a rude lady name Sheryl id number *******. She was rude didn't know what she was talking about told me I couldn't use my 50.00 dollar reward card along with my 10.00 reward card which yes you can I have been told by other reps you can use up to three rewards in one single transaction. Ive done so before. Also she told me that if I didn't place my order that I would lose my reward altogether because I had given her the numbers already therefore I felt I had no choice but to place this order. This women sounded very bitter and went on and on with the rudeness. I really felt she didn't want to help me because of my race. The list goes on what was said to me. Sherly needs new training I go thru hell with every damn rep at vs.
