Claim Your BusinessYou place an order with these guy's and a part is faulty. Cannot speak with a human it is all automated and you have to email them. Eventually after 2 weeks you get the replacement and it is the wrong colour. Send photo's in email to them and another 2 weeks pass and still no replacement. Email them again to get this matter resolved eventually got a reply that part is on its way. I have used these suppliers for years, but now their customer services is really disgusting. Bring back the customer service phoneline where customers can call and get the response they require. It is clear that this email them only situation is a disgrace. Thanks

Spend your money elsewhere. As if you have an issue getting someone to actually help is an absolute nightmare.
