This product was offered on an on-line freebie site to which I have fallen victim to the tune of $89.85! Among other products, the ad said it was "free" and all I had to do was pay the shipping. It came, I was not impressed, and promptly forgot about it. But today, it showed up on my checking account statement. I am elderly and disabled on a very fixed income. When I called the number on the bottle, they put me on hold forever and when I finally got to talk to a supervisor, he was rude and wouldn't budge an inch. So I'm screwed! I give this company an F-!

I cancelled in Jan 2015 and continued to be billed in Feb and March only to be told that it was the OTHER product JIVAM that was included in the free gift that must have billed me!
Can't this company be put out of business! Who is out there protecting the consumer today?
After spending 27 min. On hold, I had to give up. I was waiting to speak to a customer support person. I just wanted to find out how much the eye cream is. I am contacting my charge card and telling them to deny any charges from this company. Good luck to any of you who, in good faith, gave this a try.
Very poor product and very poor customer service, Difficult to reach customer service (on hold forever). Very unclear billing practices. As far as I am concerned avoid this product and avoid this company.
