I ordered almost $200 worth of items, the first week...

I ordered almost $200 worth of items, the first week of October... it is now NOVEMBER 8th, and I STILL haven't received my items. I've called maybe 40 times over the last several weeks... they've (he) only returned 4 of my calls! Their recording says, "All of our customer service representatives are... blah blah". The truth is, their is only ONE representative... the same guy on the recording.
Every time he talks to me, he blows smoke! He gives me a brand new excuse every time!
Excuse #1 (week 2): [We] are out of stock... they are being shipped out of New Jersey instead. You will be receiving 2 packages... You will receive them Monday and Tuesday.
Excuse #2 (week 3): We use a dropshipping company... There must have been some confusion. They were supposed to ship them out. I will personally call in the morning and have them expedited.
Excuse #3 (week 4): What? You haven't received them yet? (And this is where the lies start again!): Well, sometimes the labels fall off. It is showing that they shipped the packages and they got lost. (and the next lie): We also do not put any type of receipt inside the box, so the post office can't find the correct address inside the box. (Unbelievable!) I am looking at your order now, and I have them in stock... I will ship them out in the morning... I will send it out the quickest I can. (Me: I expect you to send it 'overnight'!)... I will send it the fastest way we can...(Me: Which is overnight!)...[And as he's trying his best to get off the phone fast]... I'll send it tomorrow...*Click*
He hung up on me! He is one of those people that doesn't listen to the customer... he talks and talks and talks, never listens!
And... after I got off the phone, I remembered his words, "We use a dropshipping company"... So I'm thinking, He just LIED to me! He said he personally has them in stock! One of those is a lie!

The guy only decided to send my products AFTER I placed the review on this sitejabber. And then he wanted to BRIBE me. This is part of the email he sent:

"we are all humans and we are not perfect... You have also wrote a bad review about us on sitejabber. We understand why you wrote this review and we feel ashamed of ourselves. If we were you we would have done the same. Anyway we have already sent you your package and your tracking number, but if you agree to delete the review on sitejabber and forgive us for all the headaches we have given you we will immediately refund fully all of your order and still keep the item we have just sent you."

So, I sent him an email, and called and left a message (because remember, he never answers his phone), asking if the offer was still on the table. Guess what... Joe does what Joe does best... DOESN'T RESPOND!
He finally put a comment on SiteJabber, saying the matter has been resolved. (Really?) And, I do believe that 'Joe' has put many, if not ALL of these fake good reviews. If you notice, all of those reviews are from people that are brand new on SiteJabber. Fictitious reviewers! People don't seek out a review site and become a new member, JUST to leave a GOOD review. Someone else called him out on that. Good call!
The 'free gift' that he sent me... a porn movie! If he would've ASKED me what type of free gift I would like, I would not have requested porn. I don't like porn. But, Joe knows best! Remember, Joe is not a listener. He doesn't care about my opinion. He doesn't care about the customer.
And lastly, if he really wanted to refund me because, "He feels ashamed", then he would've refunded me with no strings attached. He never intended to refund me.

Bad experience.
As many people said, this is a reputable web, I may give you a different idea, or maybe just me had bad experience.

I was on my holiday, on 30/05/2011, ordered a item and asked vibeshop to ship my order on 30/06/2011, I estimated the time line, so I would be in my home when the order delivered. ( as vibeshop claimed thy can accommodate orders.

Two weeks after( middle of jun) I changed my mind, I decided back to home earlier. So asked them ship my order ASAP.

Email sent, got reply same day, said, my order will be shipped on 21/06/2011. Promised providing me a tracking number.

On 23rd, I didn't receive any confirmation email, I went to website, login my account, it was in authorised status.

Then I sent another email, asked them ship my order, email replied on the same day, informed me my order would be shipped on the next mondy which is 27th,

Then disaster came on 27th, no shipment confirmation, I sent email, no reply
I sent another emails on 28th, 29th, no email replied no shipment made no nothing.it seemed vibeshop went bankrupt, business was finished. Then,
I started worrying if I was being scammed., but really, at this stage, there are not much things you could do, I was telling my self, if it's a con. Just take it, hundreds of bucks, not gonna to kill you.

On 30th, I sent another email, also I was trying to get contact via web chat, but only thing I could do is sent a message, no live web chat at that moment, actually, no web chat at any moment.

Eventually I got a email at middle night of 30th, telling me my order is shipped and tracking number. Funny thing is, previous email I received are man writing emails, the last email I received just a form, stone cold, no explanation for why my order was dispatched so late, just like a machine replied a email to me.
I would give this website a zero star if I could, because they have zero regard to their customers feeling There is no way I will do any business with them. Someone said they had a fantastic customer service, I believe they did have, maybe budget cut, so they lack of manpower, even no one checked emails for the past of 4 days.
Some People may keep doing business with them, but one thing is certain, as long as they treat us like walking wallet instead of human being, I don't recommend this site to anyone who has a heart.
