Ordered blackout drapes and very pleased with product. It took about 2 weeks to receive item which is longer than what I'm used to but they were quick to respond to my inquiries and kept me up-to-date on shipment. Well worth the wait.

Customer service will not help you at all. They ask you to take pictures, then email you back and want you to measure your bed. If you are in the bedding industry you should know what size by the standard sizing. I am out over a hundred dollars and the quality and sizing is crap. It is way to long and barely covers the sides. With these being coverlets there is no way to even fill it with another blanket.

I ordered a blanket and received sheets. Bull$#*! for hundred dollars. I will expose this company. This company doesn't have the right to be in business at all. Don't even like the picture.

Absolute crap! The material is $#*!. It comes from China so do not be fooled by the location of Oregon. I'm in the process of finding the company owners. Their "refund policy" really does not talk about refunding your money but more providing you replacement/more crappy product. 100% trailer park rip off!

I purchased a top and legging set for $60. The pant material is horrible. You can see through the material and the fit was horribly cut. Worst part is that I have to pay to return the item and there is a $40 return fee. Let me not mention the runaround I got just to get a final answer. NEVER AGAIN!

McDonalds look alike product, nothing like the picture. No information post purchase about transport tracking. I'd almost given up on ever receiving the product. On arrival the fabric is a $#*!ty micro fibre, design is washed out and the seams of the quit are not finished with overlocking. The pillow cases are so oversized I've never seen a pillow the size of the case. Absolute crap product and selling to the Kiwi's when I thought I'd bought a genuine Kiwi product. My home people would never produce such a $#*! product.

I purchased a lion king 3D hoodie for my husband's birthday which is in November, and they sent me the wrong month on it, and the quality of This hoodie is very poor, and the color is absolutely no the same as the picture, so upset!
And when I tried to returned this back they just gave me excuses and they won't let me return this DONT BUY!

Ordered June 8 took my money received 3 emails saying can't deliver due to address. Last email from Jasmine said this is know done and order still not here as of July 20. Very disappointed

I had placed an order back in March. Remind you the total cost was 89.99. I paid for fast shipping. All together it came out to be 99.99.
Two weeks went by still no update on my order. I emailed them and they claimed it was in transit. I was given a tracking number thru fed ex. No tracking information available. After another week I emailed them again. This time it took them 4 days to email me back. Then it wasn't even from the previous sender then had given me the tracking number. It was an automated email, telling me my package had been successfully delivered. I've emailed a million times since. Contacted fed ex. No results. They keep sending me an automated email! 100 dollars gone. Bad business! Telling me ask my family members! Really! Yeah cause they'll totally keep my package from me!

I ordered a 85 dollar bed comforter, took 2 months to arrive, and it came in a package the size of a orange, was 2 small to fit any normal bed and pillow case could not fit any small pillow, basically they sent me an extra large bandanna and are passing it off as a high quality quilt. Plus customer service is a joke, been many days of trying to get a refund and they refuse to help

My mother ordered items in excess of $200. They have never arrived. When she contacted customer support (twice), she was told they would look into the matter. No updates or product ever materialized.

Do not buy from this company they are thefts I order a hat & didn't come in told me it got stolen never gave me my refund back.

This company is literally the biggest scam I have ever seen. I ordered a German shepherd tank top and matching leggings months ago. When it finally arrived in was from China and for a bull terrier. I complained of course so they said to keep the order because shipping was so expensive to send it back and they would send out the correct order asap. Months went by, not only did they send me another order but it was wrong again, not just the breed of dog but sizes as well. Again I was told not to worry they would get it right next time. Omg, now I have 3 sets of bull terrier clothing in the wrong size still. They demanded I send them back and pay for shipping. I have 33 emails from these idiots, the last one saying they would refund my account in 5 to 7 days, ya right. They won't even respond. The original order was 60.00 of which I really didn't have but I love my dog. This so called business is bull$#*!, I will be contacting the bbb on Monday. DO NOT BUY A DAMN THING FROM THEM, THEY ARE AWFUL. Anyone have a bull terrier? I'll send you an outfit, I have plenty. Never have I seen such a piece of $#*! outfit company like this one

My wife ordered a quilt from this company a week ago. They took the money immediately we where waiting for a confirmation email and nothing we emailed them and still nothing.Do not buy anything from them we are now out $95 because we thought this was a legit site.

I need my money asap the feds need to look into you all ripping people off and not responding you got the right one today.

I ordered a quilt on June 23rd. Nothing as of July 20th. Jasmine hasn't responded in 2 days and it appears like I'm not the only one that's been ripped off.
