Just had my first laser hair removal session and jasmine was amazing! I was so nervous about having to strip naked in front of a complete stranger however Jasmine made me feel so comfortable! Not to mention that it didn't even take 20 minutes! I would definitely recommend having your laser hair removal there and especially with Jasmine. Absolutely pleased with my experience!

Put this off for quiet some time trying other remedies but as was spreading I just went for it, so glad. Dee was very kind, helpful most importantly friendly.my toes are starting to look healthy again do this sooner rather than later.

Yesterday I went to VGMedispa in Manchester and had laser tummy tightening treatment by the fantastic therapist there call Dee. She was very helpful and gave me lots of information about the treatment and for my first time going for something like this, I felt very at ease and was happy with the whole process. I would definitely recommend trying some treatments here and will go back again in fututre. The lady on the reception was also very helpful and gave me lots of interesting information. It was a really pleasant friendly experience.

Accompanied my daughter to 1st appointment as was horrified to read the reviews. However, 1st impressions when entering were quite different. Welcoming staff, very professional reception & waiting area. Friendly & knowledgable clinical staff. So much so that I booked an appointment for myself. No hard sell contrary to the reviews online. Whilst the treatment room would benefit from a little t l c I was very impressed & no complaints for Leeds only praise.

I'm still going through my several beauty treatments & so far I'm seeing amazing results!. I really can't wait to see the finish result & feel confident & comfortable in my own skin. My beauty therapist named Nisha has been so informative, always helpful & supportive since I started my treatments. I just can't thank her enough for every single session I get with her as she has been exceptional & always so gentle. Can't think of any better therapist apart from herself. I have been so lucky. Keep up the good work!

This was my fifth time at vg medispa. Whenever I go there Im always greeted with friendly faces and am always seen really quickly! The rooms are always clean when I visit. Each time I have a different therapist and today I was seen by Candice who was an absolute delight. She was very professional, very friendly and great at putting me at ease and making sure I was comfortable at all times. I will definitely be requesting her for my next appointment! Thanks!

Tanya reassured me and explained the procedure thoroughly. I lost my confidence after lip filler went wrong. Tanya corrected this. Thank you! Tanya also gave the best aftercare advice too.

Im having multiple treatments in Manchester branch for some time now and I have only good things to say. Girls are all very welcoming and helpful and have clients best interests at heart. I have dealt with Aisha and Dee the most and they both are professional and amazing at their job. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I regularly visit VGMedispa in Birmingham, however recently had an appointment with Kemmi and she is amazing. She listens to the concerns I have with hair growth and focuses on the area. She is always very pleasant and kind. She is a definitely by far one of the best staff members VGMedispa have at Birmingham.

Diana was so welcoming and professional and made me feel very comfortable. She asked me if I felt any pain or discomfort throughout the appointment. She could not have been more pleasant and caring. I really felt she gave me all her attention. I I would highly recommend Diana at Richmond Branch.
Also I'd like to mention I had a good communication with Anna and she understood my needs and suggested the right treatments for me.

I've had a few sessions here already (as part of a laser package) and I've really liked Candice. This is not the first time I'm getting laser done so I understand how the process works, but my previous visits to VGMedispa has left me a little uncomfortable as a few therapists really push you to buy other packages (and one even exclaimed how ridiculous I would look if I didn't get something else done...) and talk down to you about the process. Candice was very friendly and it didn't seem like she had a sales motive. She was different - the right balance between professional and friendly. I've even requested for my future sessions to only be with her!

Happy with treatment and Candice is very friendly and I want to always see Candice every time as I am very happy with her.

Wow! What an amazing treatments I've had at VG Medispa. Staff have always been professional and helpful and Karen has always offered me fantastic deals which are too hard to avoid as you don't offers like these like this at other salons. Aisha is a very kind and compassionate person who looks for the most effective treatments for your skin type with a real passion for her work. A* treatment.

Dee is an extremely friendly and upbeat character who will go out her way to get you comfortable and relaxed. A* treatment.

Treatments still on going for acne prone/scarred skin. Happy with progress and treatments are well explained and include detailed aftercare instructions.

Amazing service & customer skills very pleased with the consultation was advised of most appropriate treatment even though originally booked for something different
