I ordered flea/tick protection nexgard for 3 dogs. I saved $50 compared to a competitor. Although shipping wasn't super speedy (2 weeks and 1 day from when order was placed) I still think that is good and they communicated when it was shipped and when it would arrive. VERY Satisfied customer.
Ordered some flea control product, 1 month later still hadn't received it, they claim it had shipped out 3 weeks prior but didn't have a way of tracking it, uh right. I am not sure if they are just really incompetent or a scam or just don't care. I saw the reviews and thought well maybe they had a employee that was screwing up took a chance but no, I really believe a lot of the positive reviews are someone who works for them or associated with them, which tells me it is a scam. Buyer beware!

I've ordered my pet meds almost a month ago and still have not yet to receive them, they even told me that it could take 45 days for them to ship it and they said that they don't do tracking#s, everyone else does tracking. I will NOT order from them ever again.
Ordered in February. July 31st still no delivery. Contacted them and email reply stated they couldn't refund it because my bank keeps declining a refund. BS. Now they will not reply or answer calls in regards to the order#.
Simply awful company, customer service non existent, took numerous complaint emails to get the cat food I ordered, it eventually took 9 days to deliver, I should have received it in 3, and if I hadn't complained I don't think it would have even arrived by then. I wish I'd read all the numerous on-line negative reviews above before placing my order. Lesson learned.
Not convinced it's the real deal. I received the product damaged and despite a polite email the company never responded. Also after previously using the product I know how good it is, using this my cat has not improved since so I'm not convinced. Vet shop took a week to get the product to me so the fleas developed even more, overall poor product and very poor service.
I ordered Frontline spray which was on indefinite backorder as it turns out. After canceling the order, I was told the charge would be refunded to my credit card which it was not. I made many calls and emails to vetshop.COM and google checkout with no result. I was told it was already refunded when it was not. Finally I asked Discover Card to get involved in reversing the charge. That was the only way it was reversed. Never again would I order from this place!
