As of summer 2012, this billing company site apparently has new management. They have adopted an extremely intolerable unfriendly attitude to their merchant clients. They suspend merchant accounts instantly for indirect 'violations' of their policies - ie, they refuse to negotiate infractions that were not the merchant's fault. They are extremely slow in replying to emails of customers too. I highly advise people who are searching for a billing company service to stay away from Verotel.com - they may have polite mannerisms when you actually get in touch with them, but they will drop your services with them in an instant without any remorse.
