Claim Your BusinessI ordered two chairs months ago. My credit card was charged immediately but the chairs, months later remain undelivered. I have called the company at least 10 times and never received a call back. Now I have to go through the hassle of working with my credit card company to get the charges removed. Terrible company. Buyer BEWARE!

It's been 3 months and I still don't have the $365 chair I ordered. I called 4 times and no response. Too bad I didn't read the reviews below. Have to call Visa tomorrow to dispute. How do they stay in business? I have never dealt with such idiots in my life
We won a chair at the Killington World Cup last Thanksgiving, and have had zero success collecting. We have also called several times and left messages, without return calls ever being made. At least we are not out any money, but we were excited for the chair, and probably would have ordered more if the company had been on their game. They are not!
Like others writing reviews here, I ordered two chairs, paid in full in advance, and I never received them. I'm currently working with the Vermont Attorney General to seek a refund. I urge others to do the same.
I have been trying to get in contact with the company with no luck and thought I would look at the reveiws. It looks like others are having similar problems. I also tried to call the number on my invoice and the number has been disconnected. I bought 4 rockers and two tables for my deck from John Ouellette. We received them weeks after they said they would arrive. We put them together which was a task in itself but we did it. Now a year and a half later, they are falling apart and we have some kind of insects eating at the inside of the bark. This was one of the first questions I asked before purchasing and was assured they were white pine and would not have to worry about bugs. I am now out $1,300. And not sure what to do about that lifetime warranty. I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company. If anyone has any idea on how to get in contact with this company please post on a review.
The chairs that are made by Vermont Cedar Chair Co. We are told carry a Life Time Warranty, Well I can tell you that is not the case! The chairs only last 1 year then they start to fall apart. The roping comes undone, rots and starts to mold. The cedar wood molds and gets weak. The chair loses its support so its not safe to sit in. The company does not stand behind it's Life time warranty. Save your money The chairs are not worth it!
I purchased the Vermont Cedar rocker for my mother for her birthday. Which did not arrive in time for her birthday. I was told that I would receive my delivery within 2 weeks. Well, this was not the case, It took 3 months before I received the rocker. Then the real problems started. It came in a box with some assemble and there were no directions. We called the company and NO ONE ever called back! It took 3 people 4 hours to get it together. It was a night mare. If you are considering purchasing a chair from Vermont Cedar Chair make sure you don't need it in a timely manner, you may be waiting a very long time. Also make sure you get instructions. In all I wish I never make this purchase.
