I love my verlo mattress !! I also bought 2 pillows but I unfortunately hate my pillows. I should have gotten the memory gel ones. But I tell everyone there is no better mattress than Verlo. Top quality mattress . The sales person was very knowledgeable and nice
I'm very happy with my mattress and was very happy with my purchase experience at the verlo store.
Suggestion: I bought a twin XL. I like the extra length but wish it were wider like a full mattress. I did not want a queen size. Plus, it's easier to find sheets with a full mattress than a twin XL
We actually traded in the two twins for a king sized mattress and paid additional money for the exchange. It was a pleasure working with Daren to resolve the issue we had with the two twin sized mattresses.
One of two purchases was a twin mattress that will be used for guests that visit. The other is a roll a way bed also for guest purposes. The is the second survey that I completed from Verlo. No response from Verlo regarding the first survey I completed with similar responses.
Suggestion: Based on it's size I would not have ordered the roll a way bed. Not happy with it. However the mattress that we ordered for a twin bed we are happy with.
Suggestion: The mattress seems to be somewhat hot (temperature wise). We bought the mattress pad from Verlo and took that off and it seemed to make a slight difference. Then I bought a different mattress pad and it seems to make the sleeping cooler.
The mattress is a bit too firm and I'll be calling to have an adjustment soon
Suggestion: I had a great experience at the Verlo store so I would not change a thing. I will be taking advantage of the one time adjustment.

Suggestion: I wouldn't change anything. It's great the way it is. I also like that I don't need to flip it vertically. All I need to do when it's time to rotate it is switch it horizontally.
Before I purchased my Verlo mattress, I woke up daily with low back pain. Now that I have a Verlo mattress, I have not had ANY issues with waking up with low back pain! Amazing!!! Sleeping like a baby. I had a GREAT Sale Rep who was very informative about the types of mattresses and I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make my decision. A very professional but friendly sales rep who made the process so easy for me. Also the delivery team was punctual, and very friendly and professional also. A great team!!!!
Suggestion: The only negative is not being able to use the mattress handles to turn the mattress.
I wish the bottom mattress/box spring (?) was not as tall which makes the mattress taller. Didn't realize the height until it was delivered.

I am extremely happy with Verlos customer service. Im happy with the mattress I chose, but think maybe would be more comfortable if it was a little bit softer.

Yes and No. I was thinking of calling you to ask a few questions. The bed is comfortable, but I wake up warm almost every morning. I tried sleeping with one less blanket and even tried changing to a different mattress pad and still wake up warm, which I didn't do with my old mattress. What is the material on the mattress? Could that be the problem? I remember asking what was the difference between the V7 Sleep Cool feature and the Temperature Regulation that is on the V3 (and V7). I think you said if I don't wake up warm with my old mattress, then I should be fine with the V3.
Suggestion: See my earlier response about waking up warm every day
We placed the verlo mattress in our. Travel trailer that we keep in Minocqua. It's so much better than the one that came with the trailer. We won't sleep on it again until spring.
Suggestion: We can't think of anything at this time.
Except my husband is snoring more now that we have the new mattress It is taking quite a long time for the new smell it dissipate

I have been experiencing less lower back pain in the morning now that I've been sleeping on a Verlo mattress and Verlo pillow. The Queen VerloFoam Pillow doesn't seem to breathe quickly as I lay my head on it. I feel air pressure on my ear when I rest the side of my head on it. It's not uncomfortable, but I do feel some air pressure in my ear. Overall, it's the best pillow I've ever had!
Suggestion: It's a bit thicker than our previous mattress, so the fitted sheets we had do fit a little tighter.

at first the mattress was to firm. Verlo took it back after 30 days and turned the firm into softness and comfortableness. During the 30 day they gave me a foam filler mattress to put over the firm one. It helped a lot. got great service. Verlo mattress is worth the price,

When we were shopping for the matteress we made Fred aware that we wanted the least movement. Very dissatisfied with the adjustable platform. Every time I move it Rick's my wife Unless something is done about this platform I will never step foot in a Verlo store again and I am ready for two more mattress and box springs
Suggestion: Exchange the platform for a box spring
exceptionally soft and comfy with the pillowtop, delivery guys were so nice and careful about the installation. THey were particular about putting the box spring on the bedskirt without wrinkling it. I appreciated it because I had just ironed it!

Sleeping was much more comfortable and possible for a while, now it needs adjusting, will be coming in to talk to Steve as soon as I am able. I will NEVER buy any other mattress again and wish we had purchased a Verlo years ago instead of wasting money on what we THOUGHT was a good mattress. Your staff are all wonderful, caring and helpful. Everything is well made, beyond what I ever expected.
Over all, I am pleased with my mattress!! This is my second Verlo, I will diffinately buy my next one there.
Suggestion: I wish I would have gone a bit lower on the box spring. The bef is a bit high.
