Their "5g" network is absolute garbage. My phone never has internet service even when it says i have 5g. I absolutely hate this $#*!ing company and would rather let Magic Johson feed me a blood/jizz cocktail than to ever use this company again.
I'm sorry but Verizon is NOT a good PHONE Service Provider especially BUSINESS ACCOUNT... I'll advise you this would be the Biggest mistake ever. I tried so many times to contact them and they all they give me is the robot reps in chat that doesn't know how to answer to my questions! I am in unlimited data but everytime I go out of the house I do 't have an internet and cannot browse! I tried to contact them several times but they just gave me a robot reps! This is dissapointing to my part and I extremely regret changing to Verizon!
They can not fix problem with their system. They lie and just charge you.
I have called several times they didn't fix problem they caused it and just put you on hold never returned call after was disconnected.
So I started auto pay, but before autopay would start(according to Verizon) I needed to make an initial payment which I did then exactly one day later the auto pay came out and of course getting a refund isn't as simple as them taking my money
Repeatedly over 40 minutes waiting to cancel by phone and CANNOT cancel online where there are 400 pages of info about your acct. But NO CANCEL FUNCTION. Gave up. Did not use. Did not pay. That was 2008. Big business then decided to have insurers add fees based on credit score! My insurance for the quarter went up over 4 times the $53 they wanted for UNCANCELLABLE SERVICE! It's 14 YEARS later and I paid today because it is STILL KILLING my credit score. THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR THE 2-TIER SERVICE SYSTEM AND ALL THE PEOPLE REVIEWING SHOULD FILE CLASS ACTION SUIT. Good day.
I've been a loyal customer of Verizon Wireless for at least the last 15 years. My loyalty has now just plunged to 'zero'. Even their customer reps acknowledge that I've been a loyal customer, etc. However, I do not use enough cellular data to justify their increasingly higher billing.
When I went on their website to search for a lower cost plan, I saw a message that said it 'looks like you use a lot of data' and that I need an unlimited plan. I hardly use any data at all. So... Thanks for the gaslighting, Verizon Wireless!
I just wasted 30 minutes in an online chat with a representative who (a) was very slow to respond, (b) tried to upsell me with streaming packages I do not need, and (c) ultimately had nothing useful to tell me. I am stuck in a contract that ends in about a year. I told the representative that, when the contract ends, I will be leaving Verizon and looking for a provider that is more responsive to my needs. I was thanked for "my feedback".
About a year from now, I'll be thanking Verizon Wireless by saying "goodbye".
Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience in my life! It's virtually nonexistent, wasted around 8 hours trying to solve what should have been a simple issue, Now I'm looking for a new service provider. One that has someone answering a phone for support.

Chat is worthless. 4-5 minutes before they responded to chat! Called to get a new phone - that went well. Tried to call the next day to ask what my discount was on accessories and I had dead air... DEAD AIR... Somebody is training absolutely NOTHING about phone etiquette at Verizon. I finally hung up only to receive a call back from Verizon Support with No One on the other end. They ended the call so now they can show they tried calling me back. I will buy my cell phone cases, chargers and other accessories somewhere else since I cannot even get a simple question answered by calling in.
After having been with Verizon for over 5 years ended the relationship on a very sour note, perhaps the worst ever with any phone company. It all started with bad billing between Verizon Wireless and their Synchrony Verizon Visa service and quickly Melted down into the worst customer service! I just wanted to fix the billing but ended up severing 5 yr relationship with Verizon wireless!
After the salesperson came to our door step, we agreed on the plan he presented. However, it was 130 dollars after two months. We didn't even open the router box. Despite being told it would be 15 dollars a month, the plan ended up being 65 dollars a month.
No customer service support. I'm confused! I don't know wtf to do! Never Verizon again. I just bought YOUR product and it my as well just sit here and be a paper weight. With a $65 prepaid plan card out to sea with no shore to come home to.
I'm spending my evenings with Verizon customer service Support Team for nothing. Talk to 10 agents all of them will give completely different answers. Their agents don't know what they doing. For the same issue I had to repeat myself over and over. They don't have a system where the following agent can pick from the info from the previous conversation. I was on the process to switch from T Mobile but i change my mind. I wish there is 0 star option
If I could give 0 stars I would. Verizon unfortunately has a monopoly in my area soon am stuck with it. The reception is terrible. I have calls drop when I am in sight of a tower. The internet service is horrible and doesn't work half of the time. 10 out of 10 don't recommend. The service was better 10 years ago when we had 3G. I more often want to throw my phone down and smash it and get a land line. What's the point of even having cellular data of you can't even pull anything up? It is incredibly expensive for the service to be so terrible. Absolutely worthless.
I was told that my promotion was over and I could switch companies & only owe my final bill and then I get a bill for $901.00 the. Was told I had another month to finish it out so I went back finished my time out and they still want the $901.00 and no one will help me solve this nightmare, I even recorded the conversation that I owed nothing else for the promotion then they turned it over to a collection agency, what kind of service is this I tried to contact Corporate but they all say there is no way to do that and I'm not paying a bill I don't owe. I wish someone from corporate office would contact me.
Spent a long time with verizon I'm the early 2000s. Then switched because I felt customer service was not what it should be for the price. I recently switched back and what a vast improvement. Customer service has been great and my new phone even better
