Wasted hours on their assessments to be told I didn't qualify. These "tests" shouldn't take over 15 minutes. Total disregard of our time and money as time is money. People looking for a job are already stressed out, they don't have the luxury to waste their precious time on your entry level job personality tests. Redundant tests, dated practices. Keep away. The pay is low as well.
The all time WORST customer service experience you could ever dream of. It could not be more clear that they do not care about their customers. They simply want you to go away. I have never seen a "technology" company with worse processes and systems. They are a hot mess and are getting worse and worse every year. There are plenty of competent wireless providers out there, why settle for the bottom of the barrel. RUN AWAY!
I've been receiving a lot of drop calls and I unable to text out. This service provider is the worst I have a business account and my phone loses service when I'm talking to a potential client, I've lost business because of the inadequate service. And they still want payment
I ordered a hum for my Genesis and it is too big to plug in an close the door. I have the old model and it is the same size. I did bot open package but it says I owe 50.00 return fee and theres up to a 650.00 early termination fee. If thats the case I will shut all my lines down and go somewhere else.
I am a 20 year customer and it means nothing. I've spent over 40K on servuce and devices. For 20 years I've gotten a returned call 3 ttimes. Poor management is a compliment.
I've been a Verizon customer for about 2 year's now and the service has gotten worse by the month I've never been with a carrier that throttles your internet speeds down to the point you can't even open Instagram without it taking five minutes to load pictures and if you want to watch a video your definitely going to need about 30 minutes to watch a video that's less than a minute, I have the highest data plan they offer and this is the results take my advice don't waste your money and unless you live directly on top of a 5g tower don't expect to get 5g because Verizon is probably 10 years behind in covering major cities and another 30 years behind reaching rural areas
I been using Verizon for years. I recently purchased an iPhone 13 pro max 128GB and traded in my android phone. This was done at Costco. The promotion included a $700 dollar trade in. It was a nightmare dealing with Verizon, trying to sign up, get a shipping label, and get the monthly charges straight. You wait forever on the website chat, and when you go through everything, they give you a toll free telephone number to call. When someone finally Answers, you get a lot of promises but no action. It was very frustrating. Two months after my purchase it's still not right.
30 hours on multiple chatlines with a dozen Verizon "sales persons" to attempt a phone upgrade. 30 days later, multiple charges for services they wanted to sell me, and still I don't have a phone. The phones they sent were to a wrong address, my credit card was being charged everytime I called, and now I can't even follow the thread of charges. I have to cancel the account I've had for over a decade and afterwards I will cancel my Verizon contract at my 2000+ person company, which can't even help with my transition. If you have any desire for the peaceful lives we all had before the used car contracts and upselling in the megaverse-phone game, get yourself as far from Verizon as you can……. Buy a MintMobile contract for 5g unlimited data / $30 per month and you will finally have no need for pain killers when you call customer service.
Verizon billing me $35 for a boost of cell phone service that I never purchased. I already have unlimited data, so why would I want a boost? I have tried repeatedly to get help from their customer service, but even when I manage to reach someone, I get no help, just the old runaround. Last month there was a service outage, and it took me two weeks to reach customer service, but at least I eventually got some help. I have been their customer for more than three years, and I resent being treated this way.
Promised new iPhone, with trade-in would cost no more than I was paying. Turned out to be at least $20 a month more. The trade-in was supposed to be a monthly credit over 24 months, totaling $700, then they claimed not to offer that, and it's now over 36 months. To opt and pay outstanding value of new phone would void any trade-in credit. New phone works to my needs. Verizon customer reps, salespeople, and overall service is terrible.
My one-line phone was $69.13 /Mo. But adding internet service caused my account to go to $90/mo. And internet now costs me $119./mo., a $50 increase. Should have been $69.63 + $25 Internet = $95.00, NOT $119. MAY Cancel Verison, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & False Sales on Costs.
They usually call at the most annoying and busy time of the day and when you call back, no one pick the phone, not to mention their ridiculous service hours. How can one communicate with them?
Sorry I had to give 1 star I could not proceed with no stars. To all you Verizon customers FYI if u decide to disconnect your internet say the day after ur monthly billing cycle u will be charged a full month. That is y we have streaming. Oh and if verizon system goes down and u try to call after it's up, u still woll be charged. GO COMCAST!
They are the worst phone company ever their service is $#*!e do you have any other option go with someone else
I have never dealt with such rude and incompetent people! The store on 291 is horrible! I would not wish this on my worst enemy, if I had enemies!
Went to do a simple trade in and upgrade, every month they try to charge me $300 for one line. Now I'm paying for their mistakes instead of buying groceries. My original payments are 116$ not 335$… The thing that got me so upset was that Verizon is such a giant company why am I paying for their mistake at minimum wage. Fix your own problem. Stop milking more money out of people who cant afford it.
I had been having issue with Verizon since I joined 4 months ago, takes 15 mins to load a page, many dropped called and couple days completely no service. I was told 1-2 bar LTE is normal. Today on one of my work site, I can't even get a page to load. I waited more than 15 mins, at the end I was dropped. Spending more than 24 hours on phone with them the last four months plus 4 times at Apple store and 4 times at Verizon Store still can't get anything fix. Verizon tech team and Apple store both ran diagnostic on my phone said I had more than 50% dropped. They both said it's not the phone issue, it's their data issue. More funny they send me a 16" data booster to tell me to carry around on one of my work place. Are you kidding me. That's a luggage, or the size of frying pan. I filed a repot at the BBB and they respond to me because we are in a congested area. They tell me to wait for them to grow. If that's the issue why should I pay premium price to wait for them to grow. Am I support to quit the other job to wait for them to grow? They promise high speed internet but all I got was 1.04 download speed. Sometimes even doesn't load. That's SCAM. When I ask them to release me from the contract. They threaten me with close to $3000 balance on our phones. I traded in 4 iPhone 11, one of it is pro max but they said on the side line when I trade them in they don't value those phone. I'm basically lost all of my phone and stuck with $3000 balance. This is how they keep customer from leaving them scam advertisement.
Told them I wanted to cancel the account they said they would take care of it never did and said I owe them money for the time after the account was closed. I told them I would not pay the additional money because I told them to cancel the account they sent it to collections terrible company.
So it comes time to upgrade. I upgrade to the S21 Ultra and IPhone 13 Pro Max( for the wife). I had purchased an Iphone SE for the granddaughter but had approximately $130 left to pay on it. Sales lady tells me she can switch the remaining payments to another line( I have 5) making me able to trade the SE for the Pro Max and get the promotional credit.of $800 towards the Max. Am 6 payments in an still no credit for sending in the SE. So I call CS. They tell me that I cannot get the money off the Pro Max because money was still owed on the SE. What a crock! Then they said they would give me the market value of the SE... a whole $80. I would never have gotten the Pro Max had I not been misled by the sales lady. They tell or promise you one thing and blindside you another way. Oh, 1 last thing... when I asked them to send the SE back, they say that once they receive it, it's theirs! Even if sent back in a trade -in envelope that they send you( as was the case with me!). We mean nothing to them. 15 years down the drain with them.
I recently transferred my service over and I have so many regrets. First, I purchased a phone from Verizon to be picked up at a store. Instead, it was shipped to an address which was out of date. After calling them repeatedly to either cancel the shipment or change the address they decided to change the address... except they didn't. I had a new phone being shipped to the wrong address after multiple phone calls. Once I was finally able to cancel the shipment, I went in person to purchase the phone. After transferring my line, my phone number is NOT showing up and so I called customer service for help. They kept me on the line for FORTY MINUTES with no competent assistance. After about an hour of waiting for help and receiving unhelpful suggestions, I WAS HUNG UP ON WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE FOR THE PRICE I PAY.
Answer: Go to My Verizon, click the 3 bars at lower right. In drop down menus hit contact us then schedule a call. They will call you about the time you scheduled a call-back.
